La Piscina estuvo bien, pienso que se podría mejorar en el mantenimiento de los equipos de gimnasio

En la noche una pareja hacía ruido al lado de mi habitación, palabras soeces.

Experiencia nefasta en Lima

Lo único que puedo salvar es el personal, que fue amable en todo momento y no tuvo culpa de la situación. O al menos eso fue la sensación que nos transmitieron.

No me gusta poner malas críticas pero nuestra experiencia fue de traca. Todas las instalaciones fallan, son un peligro de habitaciones, sinceramente no entendemos cómo pueden tener 3*, incluso el personal nos lo reconoció. Una tubería del WC se averió e inundó toda la habitación. Repito, no me gusta poner una mala crítica porque además el personal presente fue amable, pero la gerencia quiso cobrarnos 250$ por un mal estado de sus tuberías. Cuando les dijimos que no íbamos a pagar nada, quisieron "negociar" una rebaja del 50%. No hay mal que por bien no venga, desde aquí también animo a todo el que lea esta opinión seguir confiando en Booking (no tengo ningún beneficio por decir esto), Booking dio la cara por nosotros, gestionó todo y ha quedado en un susto. Hay opciones por precios muy similares que son mucho mejores en cuanto a gestión (que esa es otra, tuvimos que pagar por adelantado y por fuera de la plataforma de Booking) y calidades.

Buena atención, comodidad y ubicación!!

La ubicación, muy cerca al Larcomar, el desayuno es tipo buffet con variedad de comida. Las camas muy cómodas, y el personal muy atento.

El WiFi en el cuarto piso no tenía mucha potencia, la final lograron arreglarlo pero si demoraron un poco. A pesar que esta fuera de su alcance cuando llegamos estaban haciendo trabajos en la calle delantera y el ruido era excesivo durante el día. Esperemos terminen pronto para que sea tranquila la estancia de los demás huéspedes.

La ubicación es excelente, una zona muy segura, cerca de restaurantes, money exchange, centro comercial y más.

Las habitaciones son muy frías El agua de la ducha cae poquito y es tibia, no caliente La habitación triple es muy pequeña.

A memorable stay at Miraflores in Lima

The location is very convenient, 10 mins walk to the Miraflores downtown, and 10 mins walk steps down stairs to the beach. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly and willing to help you as much as they can. They even packed me a sandwich and coffee at 4.30am for my early morning trip to Huacachina oasis and Paracas. The regular morning breakfast was also hearty served at the table.

The hotel feels very dated. The corridor,, rooms and facilities are smelly. They didn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. The only small water bottle was in the fridge with alcohol bottles that were chargeable.

Hôtel confortable très bien situé. Petit déjeuner complet. Personnel aimable. Piscine sur le toit. Restaurant.

La pression de l'eau dans la douche est très faible et l'eau est rarement chaude mais il s'agit d'un problème fréquent au Pérou.

Nul et sale. Personnel paresseux avec les touristes

Le petit déjeuner et la personne qui le servait.

Le personnel de l'accueil qui ne fait aucun effort pour parler autre chose que l'espagnol. La moquette dans les chambres est aspirée mais pas nettoyée. Ça sent les pieds. L'hôtel est miteux, la piscine s en roof top.... Faîtes moi rire. 2m sur 3m10. Elle ne semble pas entretenue comme l'ensemble du bâtiment. Concernant le personnel, nous avons demandé qu'il soit fait appel à un taxi. Il nous a demandé 90 sols. On lui a répondu que c'était aux alentours de 65 sols. Il a accepté puis nous a demandé de payer avant l'arrivée du taxi. Il a donné 20 sols au taxi et s'est gardé le 45 sols. Cet hôtel est à fuir. C'est la première fois que je commente avec autant de véhémence. Booking devrait le retirer de sa carte.

Un buen hotel con excelente ubicación y personal de calidad.

El personal muy atento, muy buenas personas me ayudaron todo el tiempo volvería siempre sin dudar, las habitaciones muy completas tienen micro, cafetera, refri y un lavabo perfecto si vas con niños.

El desayuno no es variado y la piscina de agua fría, es lo único que cambiaría.

Okay - ish

Room size was as promised, clean, comfortable bed. Wifi worked fine. Staff kind. There was a fridge (most simple student dorm type of fridge) in the room that doubled as a mini bar, but only had 3 lemonades in there. At this point it was confusing if it's complimentary or extra. It turned out to be extra. Location is good, walkable both to the beach and the more central area.

Had to leave early, so asked for a breakfast to go. Although I got the breakfast, unfortunately the only thing I could have from it was the coffee and a tangerine, as the cheese had gone sour (didn't even try the ham at this point). Some pictures are heavily edited or very old as they don't represent the current state. While the room was OK, the pool area on the roof hasn't seen a fresh coat of paint in years. Feels over priced for the area for what it offered.

Central but the service is not good at all.

In the heart of Miraflores and near to Larcomar.

We asked for Sandwiches instead of breakfast but they just forgot. The service in the breakfast room is super slow and not reliable.

Not a last-minute deal.

close to touristy places in Miraflores, they stored my luggage after checkout, breakfast was included.

Outdated, strong humid smell in the room, had to ask for a different room, stains in bed sheets, corrosion in almost every metal surface, paper thin walls, no real pool and the jacuzzi was closed. I checked Airbnb and there were other better options around the same price point.

Good for overnight/ short stay and simplicity.

Nice and helpful stuff members. I had an early tour and girl at front desk offered that they can prepare some breakfast to go, which I appreciate it ( at 5 AM). Also another girl who worked night shifts gave me small tips about tour I was going to ( so don’t forget your bug stray) and sunglasses. Location is amazing, short walk till coastline and center of Miraflores.

As other reviews stay, it’s a bit older then it seems in pictures. And seems like walls are really thin as I heard people coughing, talking, TV from other rooms ( but earplugs helped).

Disappointing

First nigth the room was really cold, 2 the breakfast was poor. I prefer the buffet,on Sunday only one person served the breakfast, and I have to wait for long time. The need to improve better services.

Nice hotel in a good spot in Miraflores

Great location, short walk to Parque Kennedy or beach. Room was cleaned well, no complaints about cleanliness. All staff were incredibly friendly. Gym facilities (limited and not we did not use personally but still nice it’s there). Breakfast was made fresh everyday and was delicious.

Not a lot of variety in the breakfast, tv didn’t work when we first arrived and not a lot of channels/no capability for Netflix/cast from phone
