Excellent location. Accommodation was really clean. White bed linen was spotless
Very few glasses give the size of the property

Michele was a great host. It was a great location right in the centre and easy to access. Very spacious apartment and the beds were very comfortable and all three bedrooms a great size. Shops, cafes and restaurants all around.
Could have done with an extra comfy chair or sofa in the lounge if more than 4 people staying there but plenty of alternative seating still on offer
4.5
posizione strategica, appartamento spazioso e confortevole.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena.
No estaba limpio. El living es incómodo y faltaba ligar para una familia como la nuestra.
Quien estaba a cargo, Martin, fue imposible comunicarse. Siempre terminaba contestando vía Booking Michele quien si se demostró amable y dispuesto.

Great location

Has 3 rooms, spacious, but the living room has very little seating —
This place didn’t feel relaxing. A cozy area rug in the living room would have added a touch of warmth.
Dripping water from the AC, washer was difficult to use, no drying rack for clothes, extremely small kitchen, 5 paper towels only, hardly any sitting space in the living room

Clean and well appointed. Quality beds, linen, and air con as well as a fantastic location.
This is less than 100 metres from the trevi fountain and you walk out into the action of Rome at the front door.
Nothing that we can think of. Elevator went to 4th floor and we were on 5th, but that didn't affect us.
For light sleepers may be a little noisy.
4.5
Less than a block to the trevi fountain. We walked to everything during our stay
The apartment really could use a bigger couch. For a location that sleeps 6+ people a 2 seater couch really isn’t enough.

This place was awesome, simple but such a spacious apartment right on Trevi fountain with locals staying in the building.
Michele was fantastic check in, explaining sites and recommendations and showed us how to make italiano coffee!
Right downstairs you can line up for 5 euro take away cocktails!!
Has dishwasher and washing machine for clothes.

no breakfast included but close to amenities. Location was excellent
Elevator did not work, walking 110 steps with an infant and luggage was not ideal

location and space, my family really enjoyed this days

The location is great - walking distance to many attractions such as colosseum, trevi fountain, Spanish steps, train station, etc. There is a local grocery store nearby, lots of restaurants and places for pizza and gelato! The host was helpful and always available via WhatsApp. The apartment is spacious and clean.
The apartment is on the 6th floor with a tiny elevator going only to the 5th floor. We had lots of luggage and 3 kids capable of walking but if walking is an issue, the tiny elevator or elevator to the 5th floor only might be an issue. The elevator fits 2 average size people but if you are slightly claustrophobic - do not use it. Its about 2ft x 3ft in size.
The bath plug does not plug so you cannot take a bath, but cannot stand up to shower either as there is no proper cover/barrier for the water if you are standing up so you need to get a little creative to use the bath. Otherwise there is another stand up shower in a second bathroom.
There is AC is all the bedrooms which was great but the AC in the living area with the pull out coach barely works - it doesn’t provide any cooling relief so we ended up moving our third kid into one of the bedrooms and he slept on the floors using the couch cushions.
We stayed during a heat wave in mid July so if you are staying during cooler months, the stairs, and AC wont be an issue at all!

Location was superb. Lots of room for family of four (two teenage children). Michele was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs!

Amazing location steps from Trevi and great restaurants and historic areas. Nice communication and convenient with elevators to floor below.

We loved the location and the space of the apartment. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and as did the rest of the apartment. Our host was very helpful and considerate. He showed me where to go with a map, walked me through the whole apartment and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived and after checkout until our flight.
There was some construction being done next door which stated at 7 am but they would pause work if asked for a short time so we could get ready in peace and quiet. Since we were out exploring all day it really wasn’t an issue but we were surprised at how early they started and weren’t expecting it on Saturday morning.

Great location, decent beds.
Dirty, messy, and needs some love. Heat did not work at all. It got cold at night. Black mold in master bathroom shower area. Very gross. Very small 2nd bathroom and hot water took 15 mins to work. Freezer in kitchen was frozen over. Cheap plastic flowers covered with dust in the living room. Tacky. Messy boom closet stuffed all sorts of junk in the bedroom. I brought my in-laws here and was so embarrassed!! The location is amazing but there’s plenty to choose from in the city center. Don’t bother with this tourist trap.

You are paying for the location it is perfect.
Dirty. Our feet were sticking to the floor. Food left in the refrigerator. 1 bed didn’t have sheets! Smelt like a Hookah lounge even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. Their were 4 of us. We chose this unit because it had 2 bathrooms. It did but one shower didn’t work. Once I cleaned, opened all the windows and bought air freshener’s it was ok but I really shouldn’t of had to. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great, apartment, wonderfully central position. Easy access to buses, or within walking distance of the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, obviously right at the Trevi Fountain. Quiet and cool in the apartment.
Seamless coordination. Highly recommended.
