het was gewoon fantastisch

Locatie was zeer goed gelegen. Dicht bij het Patheon en Trevi fonteinen. Dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. zeer dicht bij een winkeltje.

's nachts een beetje nachtlawaai (op straat), maar dat is ook het enige. En ook niet elke nacht, enkel 1ste en laatste nacht.

Très bon séjour quand même

L’emplacement parfait pour les visites comme les courses. On ne perd pas de temps. L’organisation de l’appartement malgré seulement trois chambres et deux douches pour 14 (mais on le savait).

Le manque de matériel dans la cuisine. Une vaisselle hors d’âge (vaisselle de cantine d’il y a 50 ans !!). Aucun plat de service ni pour cuire pour 14 personnes dans le four. Pas un couteau par personne, on a du en acheter. Aucun verre à vin !!! On a du en emprunter en achetant du champagne….dommage! Un gros effort est à faire de ce côté.

Family trip, two families. Well taken care of!

Very clean. Extremely flexible and friendly. Perfect for two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Central to all the things we wanted to see. Host was fantastic and communicated well. Thank you for everything!

Exceptional

Everything. The apartment itself is huge. I have lived in entire apartments smaller than the master bedroom. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of room to spare. The kids had a great time running around and hiding from each other in the various rooms. The kitchen is fully functional and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location just south of Piazza Navona cannot be beat. Everything we wanted to do was easily walkable (even for my 70 year old parents) except for the Colosseum (which we wound up walking to anyway) and the Vatican (a quick trip on the bus).

My only complaint is that there is a bell tower that rings at 7am somewhere close by. It woke me up every morning.

A very spacious apartment with a very convenient location

The location was very central so we could walk everywhere. The apartment was extremely spacious. The toilet/shower set-up is a bit unusual but we managed to make it work even with 7 adults. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. There is a small lift which was great to get the luggage up and down but the rest of the time, we just used the stairs as the apartment is only 2 floors up.

We booked a transfer from the train station to the apartment and the driver turned up 30 minutes late and the van was too small to fit all our luggage. Only 2 sets of keys were supplied which was a logistical nightmare when couples wanted to go out separately.

My experience with Rinidia was super excellent. The location is amazing, you can reach all famous spots in Rome walking within 20 minutes maximum. I didn't need to use the public transportation. Rinidia is clean, specious, with four big rooms, two bathrooms, living room with big flat Samsung TV and big kitchen fully equipped with all facilities. The internet is available with very acceptable speed. The staff are always available for any need. The owner is very cooperative, he arranged my transportation from and to airport, and he was available all the time replying to my messages quickly and giving me some excellent dining suggestions. Overall, I had very comfortable trip to Rome because of Rinidia. I strongly recommend it without any hesitation. Thank you very much.

Superb

I appreciated having 4 private bedrooms and large common spaces for our group of 9. The bedrooms were larger than expected. The kitchen offered everything we needed for our breakfasts "in."

There was a little more street noise than we expected.

Huge comfortable apartment with great location

Huge! This apartment was bigger than we imagined and fit the whole family perfectly. Big kitchen table, 2 showers, 3 bathroom sinks, living room and plenty of bedrooms. Perfect! The location was great with a grocery store across the alley, pizza place not far and the Pantheon just a couple of blocks.

Everything was what we wanted but if there was one tiny little thing is that the wifi was strongest at the kitchen. But hey, this is very trivial and did not cause a big deal with our family.

Perfect in every way.

The property was beautiful, well equipped and had lots of room for our large family to move around. We came here to spend 3 nights in the centre of Rome after my son's wedding in the country. It helped us to make what had been a perfect trip even better.

I have nothing that I didn't like about the property. From the location to the bedrooms to the living spaces, it was perfection for us. We were a party of 13, 7 adults and 6 children. It fitted us perfectly.

an excellent stay in Rom downtown for a big group

all in all - one of the best stays I've ever booked!! the location was great, the pictures are just as the apartment looks like. great check in and check out. the host replayed very quickly and friendly with great tips. the rooms are very big and the apartment was really clean. the bathroom is great for a big group

on a very high level: in the bathroom some hankers for the towels would be great and a room to leave the language after the check out.

Great stay! Authentic roman appartment perfect for sightseeing in a group or with family!

An authentic roman flat right in the centre of the city. The rooms are generously large and the beds are very comftable. The walls are thick so even with a lot of people you wont hear them too much. Spotlessly clean. Every sightseeing place is easily reachable by foot and a supermarket is literally across the street. If youre more for eating out then there's lots of restaurants and bars around, everything from small/cheap to high class restaurants of any kind.

As youre so close to the city centre it might be a little too loud if youre trying to sleep with the windows open. But to be honest, thats not really a problem of this room but of the location. Also, it's not easy to park directly at the appartment so keep that in mind when youre arriving with your own car. Taxi works great though.

brilliant apartment! absolutely perfect for our girls trip.

hosts were so helpful and organised a transfer from the airport at a competitive rate. photos of apartment doesn't do it justice! the rooms are all spacious and the two separate showers are very handy
