The bathroom was dirty and had mould everywhere
You could smell damp as soon as you walked into the room.
There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere.
It was dusty, for the price that we paid, definitely not worth it.
The bedding was dirty too.

The decoration was attractive.
The room was very dark and a bit dirty around the window. The main issue was the smell of damp in the room and the smell coming from the straw matting.

Very stylish, lovely size, everything you need, some lovely touches like games, and DVD’s books and a gorgeous roll top bath. lovely location.
The beds were a let down to such a lovely property, very uncomfortable with a rouge spring that catches the ribs just right. We also like the fact we had a garden with this property that we could enjoy in the sun, however we had the cleaning staff (lovely friendly staff) coming and going through it to get to their stock from the garden shed while we sat out having our breakfast which wasn’t ideal.

Very clean and recently refurbished inside (very nicely done) by the look of things but outside of building needs painting/cleaning as a bit off putting. Lovely new kitchen and living area. Lovely little garden outside.
No tea towel provided. Property was cold and it wasn’t clear how to turn on heating (we didn’t as anrrived late, but we both felt a bit cold going to bed). Odd mix of dated/contemporary furniture in bedrooms. Beds not very comfy. Key box works fine but host didn’t tell us which unit we were in so had to try several doors!

OK location for what we needed for one night as we were visiting the Minnack Theatre.
Stayed in Stable 3, nice big room, shower was nice and powerful.
Teas and Coffee etc were provided which were handy.
Towels also provided.
Next door to the pub, we were unfortunate that it was Easter Sunday so too busy to book last minute for us, however Spar was a 5 minute walk up the road.
For a 5 star I was expecting the room to be a little cleaner, cobwebs, marks on the ceiling. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Basically was ok but not perfect.
The tv was broken / a pain to use so didn't bother. Wasn't a huge deal for us.
Unfortunately if you have noisy upstairs neighbours you can hear them through the ceiling.

The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff were brilliant and helped me arrange a surprise for my partners 30th birthday. I can't thank them enough for what they did. Amazing facilities and beautiful views from the terrace. The shower and roll top bath were perfect and big enough for 2.
The apartment wasn't particularly clean. It could do with a good dusting and getting rid of all the cobwebs. The double beds weren't double beds they were 2 singles pushed together which isn't comfortable at all and the mattresses were too old and all the springs were gone. Please invest in some proper double beds and new mattresses.

it was a lovely room in a perfect location. a lovely place close by called Sennen cove and within walking distance to lands end.
facilities were excellent and shower was immense. the best yet!

The room is spacious, well thought-out (in terms of layout and supplies), clean, and comfortable. I appreciated details like coat hooks and a full-length mirror. We stayed for one night as part of a 12-day roadtrip through England; this ended up being was one of the nicer rooms we'd booked for the trip.
They call with the lockbox code (not an email). I was traveling internationally and had swapped my SIM card to avoid exorbitant roaming fees. Totally my bad, but as a result of the SIM swap, I didn't receive the voicemail with the lockbox code and panicked when we arrived late at night and couldn't reach anybody. Again, my bad, but my suggestion to Saddle & Stable Rooms would be to email this info, especially for international travelers -- it makes it much easier to be able to refer back to the info when one has multiple rooms lined up for a trip.

Clean spacious rooms, very warm.
The mattress wasn't the comfiest due to the springs, feeling lumpy.
The front door was a stable door but the top section doesn't close fully so I can feel and hear the wind.

The place is very close to the Land’s end and Sennen cove, so was well positioned for our plans. It was easy to get the keys. The place accepts pets.
The room was not very clean. There was massive amount of dust under the bed and under the fridge cabinet which we saw when picking up something from the floor. There were also spiderwebs/dust in the corners by the ceiling.
The Kitchenet is tiny and right next to the bed.

Great shower but it flooded the bathroom floor enough to be running out the door onto the living area.

Noisy fridge and and no air con, room was too warm and beds squeaked on each move, unfortunately our room the main door was not a stable door so left just a small window to allow any air in
