Location
One bathroom with so called two bed rooms. The second bed room did not have formal bed. One had to convert folding sofa into bed.

The property was near to all the attractions
The room was in the attic and it was extremely hot and no proper ventilation and there were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen

We stayed in a standard room which was decent for a couple. Since we travelled to Switzerland for a month we had these 2 large heavy bags which were a bit of trouble to keep since the place was small & cramped, Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. The room has an attached balcony. Where you could see the clock tower of Lucerne. The place is located on the banks of the river, surrounded with cafes and restaurants. It’s in the heart of Lucerne. Just couple of blocks from station. Amenities were all good. There was a fan and additional lights were installed. Good wifi. Big bathroom. The building has a lift. Laundry is on the 2nd floor. The staff were courteous and friendly. Easy checkin.
Since the property is in a building which is on the bank of Lucerne river. You have to climb these large 27 steps. As I mentioned we were travelling for a month and had these large heavy bags so that’s the only trouble we faced while getting up there.

Property is very clean and well equipped as per description. Property is also located at a very good location - a few mins walk from the train station.
The water heating system had issue during our stay so we had to shower and use cold water instead of warm water during the chilly weather.

Location is good
No hot water was there in bathroom due to some heater problem which they didn’t solve during our 2 day trip, bathroom light not working, bathroom handle came off. Poorly maintained place.

Dos utensílios da cozinha, da localização
Falta de espaço e também não tinha armários ou prateleiras para nossa bagagem

The location was nice and the fridge was a decent size to store groceries. You get what you pay for.
Everything was too small.
The room wasn't big enough for two people with luggage.
The bed was small and uncomfortable, like a rock with a thin layer of foam on top. There were only two thin pillows on the bed and no additional pillows in the room
The lift was too small
The noise of other patrons was terrible because the walls were paper thin. Drunk people stumbling in at 4am were very loud.

Good location in the old town 10 minutes from the station. Laundry area free to residents.
These rooms, much too small to be called apartments, are above a restaurant which shares its back entrance. People from the restaurant walk through the stair well and the access door is kept wedged open. Smoke comes up into the stairwell and smokers stand outside the entrance door. Smoke and noise from these came into our room if we kept the window open. The room was tiny with a sink, hob, fridge etc in one corner. There was just one light in the room ceiling, no bedside table (no space for these), no bedside lamps for reading, the tv was in the corner on the same side as the bed so difficult to see. A hook to hang a towel on in the bathroom would have been useful! A very uncomfortable, claustrophobic and noisy room.

Location was fantastic! Room was simple and clean. Had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Check in easy. Would highly recommend.
Was a bit hot. Couldn’t adjust the heat.

The location was excellent for Fasnacht activities. It is right next to the epicenter of Fasnacht - the Rathaustreppe. It was roomy, the kitchen was great for my purposes (some quick meals), and the bathroom was very nice. This room was excellent for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. It is also a short walk from the train station, central parking, and the lake, of course.

The location was perfect right in the middle of the old town. Also the apartment was really comfortable and spacious and it had a small terrace with nice view.

Too hot inside the apartment. Need Air Conditioning or more fans. Whole family was sweating all night

The apartment was reasonably spacious and well equipped. The UK to Swiss adapters were a nice touch. The location is perfect for ease of access to the train and bus station, lake/boat terminus, historic sites and shops. The apartment is literally just up from the riverside and lots of restaurants on the door step. Access on arrival was really easy and hassle free. Free WiFi was much appreciated.
The location is also a downside - it's above a restaurant, so you hear the noise of bins being filled with empty bottles etc and then you hear waste collection in the morning, plus the occasional smell of smoke from staff on a cigarette break. Being above a narrow passageway means you also hear the noise of people and luggage being trundled along the cobbles. The lack of air-con compounds the problem as windows need to be left open in warm weather.

Great location. Nice to have an elevator from street level to avoid stairs.
Would be better if the listing described how to find the street level elevator (from restaurant) to avoid stairs with luggage.

Convenient location
Lugging the suitcases up the stairs to reach the entrance of the apartments.
Very hot - window door broken, no netting in windows so when open bugs got in
Cabinet for clothes in really broken condition
Shower water did not mix well, it sprayed hot and cold water intermittently while taking shower
Electric stove location really odd - interfering with main door - not safe at all.
Futon for third bed was very light and fragile and not at all comfortable.
Noisy with lack of privacy from other buildings
Way of giving instructions that - no extra towels will be given, clean up after you or pay $150. When you are charging close to $600 per night, one expects some conveniences and not being treated like $99 hotels!!!!!

The location is excellent but I do wish you had mentioned the lift and the ability to enter lakeside as the first day we lugged 5 huge suitcases up the cobblestone steps and it’s wasn’t easy when we could have come in through the lower entrance. Comfortably cozy apartments with a kitchen which was very user friendly. The area is ideal and feels very secure - we were there with our 2 children in the 2 bedroom apt.
The bathroom had tiny roaches throughout our stay and we ended up having a very hot spell the first 2 days - the pedestal fans are great, the tower fans are very ineffective. I believe with global warming the need for standing a/c’s is sure to catch up.

The location was great, in the centre of everything.
The room was too small for two people.

We absolutely loved the location! It was in the Old Town in a building that faced Lake Lucerne! It was in a happening area between the lake and the old area of shops. Unbelievable! We really enjoyed the space, I loved the bath! It was a great apartment!
The days were quite warm and our apartment was SO hot! We were on the 4th floor..it got hotter as we ascended!
The mattress was way too small for the bed. The towels were small and thin.

Location was great as it was a short walk to the station
The heating didn't work,
The facilities were basic
Room was tiny
Bedsheets didn't appear to be fresh
There we 2 single sheets which was strange given it was a double bed.
The shower light kept turning on and off during a shower.
The soap didn't smell of anything, thankfully we'd brought our own.
They didn't send the tourist cards in time and said it was due to the weekend and perhaps I missed the email.
Also there was a very odd smell downstairs. We wish we'd stayed elsewhere.

Cosy little apartment on the third level, clean and comfortable. Cooking facilities were great. Best feature was the laundry on the second level and the proximity to Lucerne station so it was nice and central to get everywhere with the Chapel bridge right outside!
The shower sometimes did not get warm and it was too cold outside for a cold shower too! Also even though it was a double bed it was two single size quilts which was strange. Didn’t bother me but it might bother a couple

There is everything you might need in a room
The room overlooked another building, which was too close. So I kept the curtains closed, then it was too dark inside to wake up in the morning.

Location was great. Access from through the restaurant by the river was better than going through the main door as it goes around the shops and taking flights of stairs.
No vents in the shower. Should have included the shampoo with the soap.
Smart TV was provided but no apps was installed, like Netflix, Roku or other smart app for TV, where visitors can use their own account to login and watch while relaxing.

location was near near to the chapel bridge and also to the train station. there was a microwave, and the water kettle was clean. its easy to check in and out.
there wasn’t shower gels and shampoos. there was a kichenette, but no cooking oil and basic condiments.

I had a double bed with private bathroom for a good price. Very, very simple accommodations. Great location!!!
The noise: screaming children in the hall, doors slamming, people talking while walking up the stairs. The rooms are supposedly set up for long stays but there is no way I’d want to stay in that room (Pluto I) for more than a couple nights. I’d say the property and amenities are hostel-level quality. I had no issue getting my key once I figured out where the lockbox was but others arriving struggled.

It’s really close to the lake; really nice location to explore the Old Town of Lucerne. Short and manageable walk to the Lucerne Station if arriving by train.
Came unknowingly in February, when Lucerne’s Carnival is in full swing. (Even a week before the actual festival date!) There was a huge and joyful party on the street/basement where the apartments are located. More than 1k people, loud music, drinking, bands, etc from when we arrived at 4pm to midnight. The apartment has a decent soundproofing system which blocked a good chunk of the noise, but we definitely were not able to sleep until the party died down because it was right below us. Maybe those coming in February should be prepared to join the party instead!

Centrally located, clean, compact with a small balcony. Everything one could need! The staff obviously took pride in their work and the housekeeping had left a few coffee capsules, they had arranged the room and kitchenette with such care. There was small lift to bring you to the top floor!
I had not seen the lift and had taken the stairs to the top floor with my bag, luckily I found the lift for my next trip back up to the room so it’s not really a negative point!
