Vacation just 2/10 of a mile from Short Sands beach, shops and restaurants at this cozy, spotless and immaculate 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home!

Recent renovations in late 2022/spring 2023 included updating kitchen cabinets, new quartz countertops and a new side patio & front porch!

First level offers open floor plan so you can be in the heart of the action whether you’re cooking, dining or relaxing. The second level contains all the bedrooms (sleeps 8) and a full bath.

Amenities include gas grill, outdoor shower, window AC's, washer/dryer, WiFi internet, cable TV, Smart TV, dishwasher, and 2 coffee makers (Keurig and traditional pot). Off street parking for 2 large vehicles. Second floor deck with peek-a-boo view of the ocean, first floor 3 season sitting room with futon couch, outdoor patio and outdoor front porch.

While pillows and blankets are provided, bed linens/sheets are NOT. Guests must bring their own or utilize a local linen rental service at their own expense. Bath and beach towels are available for use but must be washed and dried prior to check out otherwise a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please be advised that there is a security camera and motion activated lights positioned outside on the side of the house that overlooks the driveway.

The space was great for our family of five! Plenty of room and perfect location to Short Sands. I had a couple of questions for the host and they responded within 30 minutes. Will def come back!

The location was wonderful. Short distance to short sands and downtown York Village. I would suggest a handrail in the upstairs bathroom, in the tub and outside it. Lots of seating vault. I give this rental a “10”

This was our second year at this property. We fell in love with this area of Maine last year and hopefully will make this a yearly tradition for our family. The house is perfect for us and being able to wander down to the beach with a hot cup of coffee in the morning is awesome. Mark is a great host, great communication, just couldn't be happier that we found his place. Great house, great location, great host. What more could we ask for. Thanks again Mark. Hope to see you again next year.

We stayed for a weekend with our whole family , which is hard these days because everyone is an adult. We had the best time ever. Walking distance from the beach, cute space, but note it's quite musty in the bedrooms, coordination over the phone with the owner is required, it's BYO sheets, and you must wash and dry towels (with a 10am check out) else $100 fine.

We had a wonderful weekend in York! The house was super cute and cozy. We walked down to the beach and around town. We watched them making taffy at the Gok6den Rod and drove up to see Nubble Light. The kitchen was well equipped for making our meals and the table was perfect for playing games. We can't wait to visit again.

We had an amazing stay for our family’s summer vacation. It was a easy walk right to the beach/downtown. The out door shower is a huge plus to rinse off after the beach. The ACS kept the house perfectly cool and the beds and furniture were comfortable. Hoping to book more future vacations here!

The house was exactly as listed, beautiful and clean. We had plenty of room for our two families of four. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere- to the beach, zoo, and restaurants. Our renter text us back immediately with answers to our questions and recommendations of places to go/eat, he went above and beyond. We can not wait to go back!

Every year in September my daughter and my 2 daughter-in-laws go to Maine for our annual get together of fun and shopping This year we were lucky enough to find Marc’s home on Belmont Ave in York. It’s a beautiful home with a 3 minute walk to Short Sands Beach which can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The home is tastefully decorated and immaculate. The owner, Marc was easy to work with which made our stay there fun. The area has some great restaurants, lots of things to do for all ages. We are so looking forward to going back next year.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Easy and quick walk to Short Sands for dinner. House had plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, etc - stocked better than most rentals. Hope to stay again!
