We had a wonderful time here. Very nice, clean and well kept cabin. Nicely located to everything. The traffic is a bit noisy but the fence definitely helps. The price you pay for the location. Would definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful cabin, walking distance to the lake. Hundreds of wineries, & cider houses. The cabin was perfect for our sibling vacation. Large cabin, very clean Peaceful and all around great! Will come again! Thank you Cheryl and Jim for a wonderful place.

Owners Jim and Cheryl have a beautiful property at Cayuga Lake! Gorgeously crafted and well thought out home, very clean and spacious. It was nice to sit out on the porch, by the fire pit and also to play a round of cornhole on the lawn when we had some down time. Definitely try to walk down to the lake at sunrise and take out the kayaks. Lots to do in the area, hiking and breweries galore. Loved our stay, can’t wait to come back!

Cabin C has three queen bedrooms, each with a closet and full length mirror. There are 1.5 bathrooms. The full bathroom has a shower. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious. You can relax on the Adirondack chairs on the porch, or cook s'mores over the fire pit in the common area while playing corn hole! Jim and Cheryl are wonderful, attentive hosts. Three couples scheduled a weekend to catch up, and enjoy the wine and chocolate event on the Seneca Lake wine trail. Two of us had stayed here before, and we were pleased, but not surprised, to have the same wonderful experience as last time. The cabin is very clean, has everything you need for cooking, ans is perfect for just relaxing and catching up. Cayuga Lake cabins will always be our first choice when staying in the Finger Lakes.

The hosts thought of everything, even a gift with treats for our dog and us! Jim made sure that we knew that he was available if we needed anything. He is kind and accommodating.
The photos do not fully capture the homey feel of this modern and well-made cabin. The kitchen with concrete countertops was stocked with every possible item needed for our Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen and living room form a spacious great room, complete with dining room table, peninsula with comfortable stools, and couches, all overlooking the communal yard and Cayuga lake across the street and down a ravine. Quiet area, wonderful fire pit, picnic table, grill, and corn hole.
An easy half bath is just off the great room
with three generously sized bedrooms and full bath with shower at the end of the hall. The blackout shades work!
Our pet dog enjoyed his stay too! The concrete heated floors kept us warm, were easy to sweep when we dragged in some leaves, and were gorgeous!
Definitely visit this region for its abolitionist and women’s rights and equality history, access to beautiful parks, wineries, breweries, and gorgeous finger lakes and hiking. We enjoyed Dickens Christmas in SKANEATELES with personal interactions and entertainment from talented performers in period dress, a taste of roasted chestnuts, and a fun carol singalong. We hiked Taughannock Falls State Park, and learned history at Seneca Falls visitor center for Women’s Rights National Park.
And the cabin was home.

Jim and Cheryl are fantastic people. They were there for anything we needed. Cheryl even gave us money and laundry soup on our last day so we could do laundry in town before our next stop.
The gift package upon our arrival was an added touch.
Would definitely stay here again.

We were down for Cornell University commencement. The cabins were located in a great place to explore the wineries and state parks in the area and also make it to Cornell for the early morning. The cabin main area was spacious with lots of room on the kitchen for everyone to be helping with the cooking. The rooms had blackout blinds which was great. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for making dinners and breakfasts. The fire pit was a nice area to relax around in the evening with lots of firewood available. Jim checked in on us when we arrived to make sure we had what we needed and was quick to respond when there was an issue with the water which we really appreciated. Perfect spot!

Cheryl and Jim are amazing hosts. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a hand written note congratulating us on our anniversary. During our stay we had a few requests. Cheryl responded within minutes. We have stayed at high end hotels and never received such service.
The cabin is very clean (and we are super picky), nicely equipped and well maintained. The location is in the middle of the wine trail making it very convenient.
We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Thank you Cheryl and Jim!
