OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, (sleeps 4) with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed with flat screen TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy, Flat screen Smart TV with streaming NetFlix, games, books, DVD’s and a new comfy sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op Laundry on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. This place was great, better than the pictures. Incredible views, great location. Only negative is the walls seem very thin and it’s easy to hear your neighbors. We would happily rent it again.

The place was perfect. Clean. We'll set up. We had every thing we needed. Too floor. Nice and quiet. A couple things I noticed were: We lost something and lifted a couple of portions of the Davenport and it was not.clean under them. Kid toys small and food (popcorn, nuts, candy). Also the bathroom in the guest room the plumbing in the sink may have an issue (in my opinion). The cold water side which is usually on the right is on the left and the hot water side is usually on the left is on the right. Confusing. Maybe someone could swap the plumbing? Another blanket would have been nice. And we couldn't get regular tv because the instructions weren't simple enough or not very clear. It was a truly great place. Just those few thing were kind of odd. We had a great time there.

As new parents we wanted a relaxing trip, and have been to seaside a few times previously. Most things are within walking distance. So with a great view and easy walks to food and sights we figured this would be a great trip to continue learning how to travel with our little man. The place did not disappoint. Even with wet weather the view was outstanding. The place was spacious but cozy. Nicely remodeled kitchen with lots of amenities. Comfy Main bed (we did not try the pullout). Many little extras, games, blankets and some beach items were all great bonuses. There were a few minor cons. The Screen door was stuck open, (but with rainy weather we did not need to use it). There were a few minor cleaning issues, with some stains on the carpet (that had been previously cleaned) and some of the towels and bedding had bleach spots or minor staining from use that did not come out during cleaning services. Having a newborn with us noise was a bit of an issue in the bedroom as we heard barking dogs, early construction and elevator noises from the room. Rest of the house was quite though. These noises are not the owners fault and just a minor annoyance. We also both experienced some allergy issues (We associated with possible cat or dog dander as that’s our only real triggers) but did not know for certain and luckily things didn’t get worse. Overall this is a great place to call home base while visiting Seaside. You should consider staying here we will next time we go back

We rented this property for a friends get-away and it was perfect! The two "real" beds were both excellent and the two full bathrooms was fantastic. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed (and more!). There were even beach chairs. It was really close to everything we needed. We'll definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Place was clean. Couch was comfy. Bed was a little firm for our taste, but that's just us. Hands down the best thing about the property is the view, can't be beat! The weather was not very cooperative while we visited, but sitting on the great couch and watching the view was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our accommodations were great with beautiful stormy views of the Ocean and dunes and the sound of the rough sea. Location was perfect ... walked to Maggie's for dinner (my husband uses a walker so that was great). No crowds to fight in Seaside and we could get in any restaurant. I guess that is the upside of bad weather! Oh well ... it was a good change of scenery! Cheers! Property Managers: The rental was really well equipped but would have liked some wash cloths and hand towels. And, perhaps a throw or two on the sofa for those chilly nights.

We came to the coast for a 4 day visit. This location was great! Very near the Turnaround Point, easy walking distance to bars/restaurants. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. You can’t beat the view!

This property was perfect for our family of four! It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were easily able to contact the property manager to see if early check-in was available. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Condo itself is extraordinary. Can't improve on location either. There are some cleaning issues though. Throw pillows on sofa filthy. We just removed them and left in closet. Windows needed cleaning. Dining table and stove needed a little cleaning. The elevator is stinky. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchen tools. The king bed is super comfy. Even with the above mentioned ckeaning issues I would return.

It was ok...a little disappointed in it for the amount of money we paid for just two nights. We were called the day of check in and told they were short handed on housekeeping that day. We arrived and first impression of the place was the elevator smelled so bad I can’t even describe it. Then found hair in the shower and on the bathroom counter, a used washcloth hanging in the bathroom, dirty coffee pot with grounds still in it and just an odor about the place that made me question what else wasn’t clean?! The couch was very worn down and my kids complained it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also disappointed they didn’t provide any coffee. It wasn’t terrible - had a great view- but we definitely weren’t impressed and wouldn’t stay there again.
