This is the second time we have been able to stay at this wonderful property. It is nicely appointed and a great base to do whatever our schedule is for the day. Great backyard for kids and grownups with a nice fire pit. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood and yet a simple walk to town. This is our 29th year coming to Seaside, this is the best home we have stayed in to accommodate our family. Hope we can get it for next year.

Pictures never do justice like in real life. Our family was very surprised with property. This lovely home was very welcoming with snack on the counter when arrived and so many extras that were included for us to use. We had so much fun while at the beach but we also could not wait to get back and relax outside with an amazing backyard with a fire pit. Our little dog had so much room to run around too. This place will definitely be on our to do list again. Amazing! Amazing!

Absolutely loved staying in this home. The amenities and extra touches were welcoming. You can tell that the owners want you to have a good stay. My 3 grown daughters and I schedule an annual "girl's trip" and we all agreed that this is our all time favorite stay.

Joan and Eric are amazing hosts. The house is clean, roomy, and the kitchen was amazing to cook in. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is right next to the river which was pretty. The beds were so comfy I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! We appreciated the very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, large backyard, and toys and activities in the garage. My daughter's family stayed with us and there were many items for her 4 and 1 year olds. The only thing missing was a high chair. We would definitely stay here again.

the living part of the house had planty of room for the 6 of us. we enjoyed the outside spaces and the proximity to the beach. We would like to stay again. A couple of things you will want to check is that the VRBO information does not line up with the contract the owners say you have to agree to. In particular the cancelation policy. Also while reported as sleeps 8 the "pads" you have will be in the living room floor. We enjoyed the use of our RV which solved that problem. All in all a nice quiet place neighbors were friendly.

This was a great place for our little family. The fire pit in the backyard was fun. We did s’mores and enjoyed the quiet evenings by a fire. It’s a short walk to the beach which my husband and I did every morning. The pots and pans were very warped and difficult to cook in and some of the cooking utensils were dirty like they were used and then put right back in the draw. This was minor things though. I could see us staying here again!

This was our second stay at this convenient and comfortable home. Just the right amount of space for the 2 kids and 4 adults, and the back yard is just perfect to run around, have a fire, relax any time. The beach is quite close and walkable for the young and old. Terrific place and responsive, friendly and courteous hosts. Highly recommend.

The home is spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to town. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again if we have a larger group of people. We were all very comfortable. We spent every evening around the fire pit which was such a nice cozy addition. One thing I want to add for the people that stated they had difficulty with the television; is that there isn’t regular TV, so you just have to pick one of the MANY available services. For instance: go to PrimeVideo then pick their “guest account.” It’s as easy as that!! They explain to pick a service in their instructions, but maybe people thought they’d need an account of their own and didn’t even try it?? Not sure, but it was super simple.

Well the first thing that happened was the tvs in the house did not work Then we were able to get a few shows on the living room tv But could get nothing on the bedroom tv And owner said there was nothing they could do about it because they were out of town Second problem Mattress in first guest room was like a bed of nails my body still hurts Third Power outage for 3 1/2 hours with no candles or anything in the household We had to go to store and spend 85.00 on candles and our dinner was ruined do to no power Forth The faucet on kitchen sink was messed up The pans were discusting Cookie sheets Fifth The worst yet my 60 plus year old brother in law feel thru the back deck as the board was completely rotten Which we have pics of We have stayed at many many vacation rentals and never had these kind of issues And we believe we should have a refund for this property We were unable to move to a different location due to it being a holiday weekend And due to the fact this this property charged almost 1200.00 for 3 days If someone could email us a response on these matters it would be appreciated ty The Tallmadges

Nice house, very clean, the kitchen had everything needed. I had expected a fully fenced yard for a dog, but one side was shrubbery, maybe I just didn’t read the description well enough.

I drove the 4 hour drive from Seattle to Seaside Oregon. A mile before i got to the property, my daughter got sick and we had to go to the emergency room. From the emergency room we had the choice to go to a hospital in Portland. Instead, we drove back to the Seattle area. Long story being short, i never entered the unit, but paid $1000 dollars for it. Guess i should have purchased the insurance. I tried to negotiate with the owner, but oh well, was told i would have had to cancel to get any chance of a refund. Thank you for the opportunity to share my story.

Access to to the property was easy and very seamless. Communication was top notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to anyone to stay here. Everything was well labeled and they had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay (short of a full refrigerator and butler to cook for you). I may have to make another trip down here in the summer just to enjoy this place again!

Went to Seaside for a basketball tournament. The house was nice and close to the school and the beach! We did have a little issue with the heat but Joan went above and beyond to get it taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

This wonderful house felt just like home. Very well kept, stocked with literally everything you would ever need (especially kitchen!) Great TV and wifi set up. Plenty of room for 4, plus more. Outdoor space made us want to return when the sun comes back out. Very quiet safe neighborhood with easy drive or walk to beach and shops. Easy quick communication with hosts. Would absolutely return!

We rented this house for my 40th birthday, and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and then some. The location is relatively secluded and close to the beach. The beds were SO comfy and the kitchen was great to cook in. All of us would definitely come here again.

Huge living room with plenty of space to hang out and socialize. Covered outdoor area as well with plenty of seating. Yard is also decent in size and was big enough to play corn hole. Ping pong was fun in the garage when it started to rain. The home had everything we needed. Also a 5 minute walk to to the beach and 15 minute walk to downtown seaside which was awesome
