The hotel is really great! Ideally located in the park near to the metro and shops. All the staff are very polite and always help. They recommend interesting locations. The breakfast is good. The rooms are always clean, cleaned every day and towels are new every day. We really really liked the hotel. Next time we will stay at this hotel. Huge greetings to Timmy and the whole team.

Location is good.
We had a duplex unit. The sofa beds are actually just sofas. The aircon in one of the rooms was not working and the all showers are weak, shower heads not holding up well. Bathroom in Master room is badly designed, complete lack of privacy.

Hotel's location is good. Employee behaviour also good.
Their Breakfast is not good.

The first four days we stayed here were awesome! Extremely friendly staff! Then we asked for some ice for a drink to be delivered to our room ... what an inconvenience! If we could have bought it from outside the hotel we would have! It only takes one lady with attitude to ruin our whole experience! The Manager heard my complaint and organised ice to be delivered to our room between 5.30 and 6.00pm. At 6.00pm we went to reception to remind them ... finally got some ice at 6.15pm. Cannot believe such a little request would ruin our stay here when all the other staff are so lovely!
The angry unhappy lady who we inconvenienced by asking for some ice for a cold drink to be delivered to our room!

Handy on direct metro line from airport. Takes 24 hour check in times. Great place for stopovers. Very friendly

- Competitive price compared to other hotels
- Decent location
- Helpful staff and one of them speak some English.
- Good Wi-Fi speeds
- Affordable laundry service onsite.
Breakfast time is roughly 2 hours and has a limited selection, but it's manageable especially if you're accustomed to Chinese breakfasts.

Location is good.
1. Breakfast is very limited, and once there was no food left when we came (40-45 mins before the breakfast time was supposed to end). 2. As a foreigner, they would ask you to bring a nucleic acid test and you cannot check in if you spent less than 6 months in China. Why? I do not understand why a person after spending 1 month in quarantine is still being restricted to go places and to use services, considering the fact that it only applies to foreigners, not Chinese citizens. There is no logical explanation, only ignorance. Just for this infuriating discrimination I give the hotel 1 out of 5.

Very basic, no frills. The property could do with an update as it’s super old. The room-service girl who we met the first and second night was very nice and smiley, super accommodating too.
The bed was extremely creaky, the shower head wasn’t strong enough to wash my hair, the shower door couldn’t close and so the floor got wet very quickly. Understandably, it’s humid and the room has a musty smell, possibly because of the old furniture.

Nothing, maybe location if it wasn't under construction
Rude, impolite and unfair reception people with no English capabilities
Whole area is under construction and the hotel sold a wing which is also under construction, work starts at 6, extremely loud drilling, in 360 degrees, and loud noise from workers and cleaning peiple, don't expect to have a good rest, this will still take a long time, dixit reception
I recommend to stay away if you want to have a rest, want to have an early wake-up call, this is your place. For me, it ruined my weekend, as I almost had no rest, as I arrived very late.

Great location in the center of the city, cozy, and green surroundings. Amazing price for area.
Took awhile to check in, health code wasn't working properly. Wifi didn't work.

Good location near the metro and close to the Canton Tower and Zujinag New Town, decent room for the price, eveything was ok, breakfast included.
Strict scehdule for the breakfast and they don't seem to recharge it past a certain time, so you better go early

This was our second stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and some of the staff speak fluent English. The room was cleaned daily and complimentary water bottles (sometimes fruit baskets) were also provided. The attractions in Guangzhou are near the hotel (nearest metro station Kecun). Highly recommended !
- Breakfast menu limited (probably due to the current situation)

All staffs are very kind to us, especially Mr. Timmy, he is very nice manager. Room is very clean and they upgraded the room for us. Breakfast is good~ Metro is very close to the hotel, in additon, there are lots of restaurants near Metro.
It is my third visit to this hotel, and I am sure I will visit there when I visit to Guangzhou Fair.
