Very comfortable well appointed accommodation in a great location. Felt very relaxed.

Location. Ideal for visiting my daughter and close to the town centre. Also, could park my car on the premises.

As soon as we arrived we noticed a plug socket was hanging out of the wall and the shower door fell off and hit us. Not a great first impression.

immaculate, well-appointed apartment with a good location, for a good price.

The place was immaculate and had a staff person readily at hand at the door to help with entry, checkin, etc. It was well appointed with nice furniture, dishes, bed, couch, etc. Instructions were very clear. Everything worked, especially the heat! After 2 weeks in the UK in Jan and finding every rental borderline cold, this was nice. There wasn't really a breakfast, though it was a nice touch to have a few boxes of granola/muesli, milk, and instant coffee/tea in the kitchen when I arrived. They weren't replenished but possibly if I'd asked they would have been. Also, I sent a question about the towel warming rack and it was answered quickly.

No real complaints. Perhaps the windows could have a had a blackout curtain but the blinds kept them pretty dark at night (with streetlights behind the unit some light filtered in).

Hotel need to improve the facilities in room

Quiet and excellent location to town and railway station

air conditioning not functioning properly, shower head lose, water clogging in the bath area, broken sofa set, insufficient utensils and other things in kitchen

For all the time we spent in the hotel, it was just what we needed. the kids enjoyed it, however when booking with booki

it was very spacious and had good air conditioning throughout. very clean and had all the amenities required for a short break.

the showers weren’t very good. the stand in shower didn’t have much power and the shower head was broken so didn’t stay pointing in the right direction. the view was onto a carpark…and surrounded by other buildings.

good value for money, not luxury but good for a short weekend break to explore the city centre.

the location was perfect, walked everywhere. comfy bed and had a functioning kitchen (we wanted to make our own breakfast). air conditioning came in handy as weather was very hot. overall for the money paid, it was good value .

parking, we had to park in the queen street multi story car park, I think we paid about £18 per day (3 days). hair dryer started smoking when turned on but the helpful receptionist got us a new one prompt.

Fantastic visit to Reading. Thank you.

The location was well suited to our needs. The staff were very helpful.

The shower head did not seat properly so you had to make due when showering.

Relatively cheap and cheerful

The property was in a good central location, it had its own car park. The apartment room was a good size with all the things you’d need.

Room was a little tired and in need of a refresh (some paint peeling, vinyl in bathroom was lifting, worktops were bleached).
