This is a townhouse quiet community in the middle of Condado, San Juan, the tourist/expatriates district in San Juan. Literally 3 minutes from the beach and just one block from restaurants, hotels and bars.
The property has three floors with two bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms and one large activity room/bedroom with two full comfortable sleeper couches. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 half bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, dining and living room.
The property has a balcony and a large solarium terrace in the third floor. It also has new TV curved screens with cable and WiFi internet in the living room and activities room.
The property is decorated with exquisite taste with fascias in all three floors.
There is an underground parking spot with beeper access.
This property is less than 5 minutes walking distance away from La Concha hotel and 10 minutes from the Vanderbilt.

My overall stay was pleasant, safe and enjoyable. Very close to the beach , food and other attractions. Would recommend for another trip to Puerto rico

Beautiful well appointed property close to many restaurants and the beach. It is stocked with everything you will need. The space is tastefully decorated with modern appliances. Even the toiletries were very nice. The AC is cool and all the appliances are modern. The beds, sofa beds, and pillows are very comfortable. You will not regret booking this property.

This property is so much better than its listing. On the 3rd level, where there are two sofa beds, there is also a full bathroom. We were under the impression that it was only a half bath. The two sofa beds? Far better than the last 4 star hotel I stayed in. Thick comfortable mattresses on these "beds". Not just for kids, two adults in our group slept on these beds and had no issues.
Electric shades and blackouts on all of the windows, Italian leather sofa in the main living area, full size name brand appliances, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker in door. Each room has its own airconditioning unit which works very well and with a remote.
Cristina was an amazing property manager. She was always available via text to answer all of our questions and was extremely helpful. The bedrooms had nice closet space and were very comfortable.
Things to note:
There are two flights of stairs in the unit. The first goes to the master bedrooms, the second goes to the upstairs living area with the two sofa beds. If you have major mobility issues you will not be able to access the sleeping areas or showers. I have bad knees and experience pain when going downstairs. There are no handrails but the stairwell is narrow enough I could put my hands on the walls to assist if needed. I took my time and had no problems.
All in all, this is a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend it and would happily stay here again given the opportunity.

This place is too cute!!! Many stairs, no oven (so don’t grab a frozen pizza lol) otherwise it is super safe, you need keys to get in and out of the gate on the front door, and 2 gates leading to the street also the gate leading to the parking garage. Speaking of that is a tight space, backing in is essential and you must be very careful. The property manager was great everytime I texted her she responded pretty quickly. I would stay again. Walking distance to the beach, casino and many restaurants, short drive or Uber ride to Old San Juan and many other cool places.

The property is in a good location within easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants. We really appreciated the layout of the townhome which worked well for our family, and it was nicely decorated. Checking in and out was very easy, and the owners were incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean, well-air conditioned condo just two blocks from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The check-in process and communication with the owner and manager was really clear and very well-documented with helpful photos. We loved the very-capable A/C, elegant and comfortable living areas, and the big fridge with ice-maker. The kitchen is sufficient for breakfast and very basic meal prep. The deck on the top-floor wasn't usable in July, given the time restrictions, but I appreciate that the people living under the deck also want to have quiet evenings. Beds and linens are good quality. Bathroom connected to the front bedroom is spacious. The shower in the back-bedroom was a tight fit, but usable for my 6'3" husband. A previous reviewer complained about street noise, but the back-bedroom was very quiet, and the people in our group sleeping in the front bedroom had no noise issues. The fold-out couch on the top-floor is surprisingly comfortable. We would be delighted to stay at this property or, frankly, any other managed by this owner-manager team, who are super-responsive and thoughtful.

Great location for our family vacation. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Old San Juan. Communication with hosts was great, and the property was nice, clean, and secure.

Overall our experience was really nice. The host was so friendly and communicative. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed.
My critiques were almost all external factors. The biggest downside was that this was a fairly noisy location. I was drawn to it because of the quiet time and the neighbors were definitely quiet but the street was loud and busy. The windows didn't do much to keep out the sounds of yelling and honking at all hours of the night. I know that can't be helped but it was a little ironic to be adhering to these quiet hours in a spot where this is little to no quiet.
My only minor critiques for the apartment itself were that we did find a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and I also thought the bed was pretty uncomfortable. That's very subjective, of course, but it's just something I struggled with.
That said, I absolutely loved talking with the host and would be happy to work with them again.

We had a group of six in town for a wedding. This place was perfect for us. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out.

was really nice inside the plaza shared with the neighbors was pretty, you can tell they make an effort to keep it nice for everyone. The parking downstairs was tight, but safe and well lit. Nice to have a built in sparking spot in an are where parking is at a premium. Several nice places to eat, shop and drink within easy walking distance. While many places were still recovering from hurricane Maria, the owners have done a nice job with this rental.

Christina is so kind and very hospitable. The property was beautiful and so clean. Location walking distance to the beach, and everything else you need for your stay. We are definitely planning to stay here for our next trip to Puerto Rico! Looking forward to it!

Stayed 5 nights. Location is perfect, close to everything. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was in condo (beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, coffee maker, washer/dryer, parking to name a few). Beds are comfy. If you do need anything or have questions, Christina and/or Manuel are available and more than happy to help. We only reached out for checkin/checkout and they responded very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I and both daughters and their significant others were attending a destination wedding and wanted to make a vacation out of it. This condo appealed to us because it was centrally located in Condado Beach and had room for 6 adults. Unfortunately, one couple did not make it due to a flight cancellation. This unit had everything we needed and we felt extra safe with the two locking gates on the property. My only negative experience was check in because the property manager spoke very little English. We had to wait awhile for her arrival and we had some language difficulties. Things improved after that first interaction. I will definitely visit San Juan again!

I stayed at this property for a week with my 3 sisters. 2 of us were celebrating our birthdays. It was perfect for us, plenty of room with 3 floors to spread out on and everyone had their own space. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, it made it so easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The roof deck on the 3rd floor was everything!! We sat outside every day and every evening and enjoyed the breezes. There's even an awning up there so you can sit outside even if it's raining. As the other reviews stated, it's actually a 2-bedroom property with a really large livingroom on the 3rd floor with 2 sleeper sofas. They are really easy to set up and put away.
The place was clean, and we loved having a washer/dryer to use too.
As long as you don't mind climbing stairs (because it's 3 stories), this is a great place to stay!
The neighborhood is perfect, one block off the busier Ashford Ave but on a quieter street only 2 blocks from the beach. It's super-close to everything and you can walk everywhere in the area.
We all agreed that we would stay here again.

The checkin process was very simple. Location had 3 different gates, so great security. There were basic necessities at VRBO and we very much appreciated it. The location was VERY good. Very close to shops, restaurants, and other stores. Property manager was very vocal and helpful when it came to us checking in and finding everything we needed and providing examples on how to use the pullout couch and very interactive throughout the whole trip. There were beach/bath towels for us to use and amenities for the bathrooms. The house was a great place to stay and would recommend! Thank you Cristina and Manuel.

Great location
Great location in the heart of Condado beach! Off street parking and great security with all the gates. Very close to everything you need and lors of beaches. We have already booked our stay again at this same property next year.

Beautiful large condo in a great location.
Came to San Juan for HS class reunion in July. Came across 1158 Magdalena exploring the vrbo site. The place is as nice as it appears in the website. We were out most of the days with a packed itinerary of reunion activities. Almost wish we had had more free time to just kick back and enjoy the apartment.

Would definitely recommend. Best part was convenient to the beach.
The condo is clean and the owners were very quick to answer any questions and provided clear instructions. Also appreciated the amenities they provided (beach towels, coffee, cookware).
Just a small note - it's not 3 bedrooms - more like 2 with a giant loft - but still fits 6

Great property for your Condado and PR vacation
This condo was perfect for a week in Condado. It's convenient to the beach, great restaurants, and to visiting old San Juan. The condo is clean and the owners are easy to work with. We would definitely recommend for small families.

Very nice property. Very clean. Great location close to many restaurants stores and the beach. Host was a good communicator. Slept 6 comfortably, but it is not a 3 bedroom. Two bedrooms with there own bathrooms. The third (bedroom) was an entertainment area, next to the very nice balcony area, with two bed coaches and no bathroom. Overall very nice place. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property. Very clean. Great location close to many restaurants stores and the beach. Host was a good communicator. Slept 6 comfortably, but it is not a 3 bedroom. Two bedrooms with there own bathrooms. The third (bedroom) was an entertainment area, next to the very nice balcony area, with two bed coaches and no bathroom. Overall very nice place. We would definitely stay there again.

The property did provide dish soap, sponge, bath towels, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but oddly there was hand soap in only one of the four bathrooms. We ended up buying some soap at the local Walgreens. It also would have been nice to have a dish towel. But overall, the property was great!

Another fine stay!
Our second time at this townhouse. All was well, in fact there was nice new furniture on the rooftop patio. We will almost certainly be back for a third visit - it's that comfortable, clean, and perfectly located.
