Logement assez confortable et bien situé mais pas tout à fait à l'image de la description.

Logement bien situé, chambre assez spacieuse, bâtiment calme. Café soluble et bouilloire à disposition.

Chambre pas vraiment comme sur les photos: elle fait en réalité un peu cache-misère (couverture pour cacher le canapé abîmé, taches de moisissure au plafond, rideau sale). Salle de bain privative en fait à l'extérieur de la chambre (et pas verrouillée), pommeau de douche cassé et fenêtre de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement.

Great stay outside London

Easy to find. Check-in went smoothly, It was very comfy and clean. Amazing location outside of London. One train and you're in the heart. The host was lovely.

Good location, good size room, happy to stay again

Room was a great size Had a kitchen area for self messing Good location to Kew station and Richmond is a 20 minute walk away Didn't really meet the owner other than to hand the key back but that interation was friendly

I had been there three years ago and it was good. The service and the comfort has gone rock bottom.

The shower was atrocious. No TV. The Wifi port for all the flats was set up next to our beds.

Locatie is mooi

Geen handdoek op vloer van badkamervloer geen grote spiegel. We dachten toegang tot keuken te krijgen maar bleek later niet mogelijk ivm volgeboekt zijn. Huis heel gehorig ( kinderen horen een ander echtpaar sex hebben)

Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Perfect spot near to studios .

Location was great… lovely shower, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Very good.

Poor but only one night got me through

Room was ok, location wise.

Many things, the bedding felt unwashed and smelt of stale cigarettes. Broken drawers. Very hard to sleep when the bedding was so stale. Not happy.

Great place and value for money definitely.

I loved the location. So close to shops and restaurants. A 5 min walk to train/tube station, so getting into London without using car was perfect. The host was always about if we needed anything and was very friendly and helpful.

It was slightly cold at first as the heating went through skirting boards but did take the chill off. Other than that it was perfect for us.

Had a great weekend, helpful staff, lots of small shops, fish & chip shop & a great pub .

No breakfast but plenty of local cafes. Great location for Kew Gardens!

The bed, could feel the springs through the mattress topper.

The property is clean and adequate. The value for money is very poor, even considering the location.

Location is obviously excellent and the room was clean.

Familjärt, lungt, rent. Trevlig personal. Perfekt om man bara behöver ett rum att sova i.

Hade bokat med eget badrum men badrummet låg i korridoren, förvisso mitt eget men fick ändå gå ut i hallen för att nå det. Det kunde stått i informationen Trodde frukost ingick i ett bed and breakfast en det gjorde det inte men jag hade gärna fått använda köket om jag ville.

Excellent stay for those looking to explore London

Great location! The property is located very near the Kew Gardens (they are paid btw) which were gorgeous. The metro station is a 8 minute walk away from the property and you can get to central London in 45 minutes! Because of flight delays, we arrived past the 11PM check in limit but Geoff was very comprehensive and helpful in that regard!

Room we stayed in is very close to the metro line and we could hear the trains passing by

Location. Fat cat.

Unpleasant. Listed as quad. Deceptive photos as pull out guest bed for 4th. Clearly two differing rooms in photos. Would not have booked with true photos/description. Mattress was just springs! Filthy rank blinds that you have no choice but to touch. Windows sealed or rotting, poor ventilation. Bathroom was filthy, half used shower gel left. Broken extracter, damp smell. Shower broken and constantly dripping. Way too much decrepid oversized furniture in small room. Not appropriate for a family. Wouldn't stay again, wouldn't recommend to anyone on any budget. Disappointing is an understatement. Second worst accommodation I've ever stayed in across the globe.

Very Kew

We actually took 2 separate rooms, one for my wife and I and another for our 3 children so there was plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are behind a large 2 story Victorian house in what was possibly originally a stable and are well appointed and finished. The location is a short walk from Kew Gardens tube station and even shorter walk to restaurants, pubs and shops.

Parking was a bit of a challenge - weekends are fine but weekdays you will have to pay for parking somewhere.

It was clean and comfortable, parking was available and access to Richmond and Kew Gardens was easy

The room was compact but served its purpose. There was no breakfast involved which we knew when booking. The bed was comfortable. Geoff made us welcome.

There was only one chair to sit on when watching the TV or chatting etc.

The member of the staff made me wait for twenty minutes to check in. Moreover, the shower had a leaking part and we didn't get hot shower. I asked about it by texting, but the staff never replied me.

Disappointing

No breakfast supplied. Ground floor untidy and grubby. The room was clean but meagre. No mirror in bathroom, no bath mat, poor quality towels.

The property has a messy appearance inside and out. Website set up expectations that were not met. Clean room but inadequate otherwise.

You get what you pay for.

Room was clean, bed decent. Rooms are in a home in a private neighborhood. A fine accommodation for a budget stay. Rooms are in a home in a private neighborhood. I don't recommend it if you are traveling with a car.

There is no on site parking. If you're very lucky you can find a spot in the neighborhood, but your need to pay for a parking pass. And only a slim chance you'll find parking nearby. Also, I left an expensive item in my room which would have been very easy for host to return to me (I was more than happy to pay for postage and time). Tried reaching out multiple times for help. One brief response and then nothing.

Disappointing overnight stay

Great location, quiet until trains started running early in the morning. Tea, coffee making facilities with biscuits.

Property did not feel well looked after, there was a mattress in the hallway and skip on the drive, the furniture in the bedroom looked like it would collapse if used.

Location is good, especially if you’re visiting Kew Gardens or on the move. But would probably not book again.

Hotel is a bit old and smudgy, needs an update! Even for the pricing I didn’t feel comfortable.

very comfortable beds and linens. The host was nice and helped us with connecting to the wifi. We think there is need for a bathroom vent since there was mold on the ceiling and wall condensation that did not dry overnight.

Read comments from different source before consider it

Close to Kew Garden Tube Station

No central heating (said to be broken) and only provide a small electric one which couldn’t barely heat up its surroundings! (lucky that the temperature didn’t drop below freezing when we stayed)
