Справжній палац! Дуже гарна локація, бездоганна робота персоналу. Окремо хочу подякувати за ідеальне прибирання в номері. Невимушена атмосфера в розкішних інтерʼєрах. В холі фантастична флористика. Дуже сподобається естетам і романтикам. Провели незабутні дні.

Мені все сподобалось, але деякі мої зауваження можуть бути корисними. Ми жили на -1 поверсі з виходом у свій дворик, я б там проводила час, якби там стояв зонт і шезлонг. Обмін карточки на полотенце можна комбінувати з самообслуговуванням, бо іноді приходилось чекати.

Fantastická dovolená s fantastickými zážitky

Výborný personál, hlavně u bazénu, recepci a obsluha v restauraci a v baru v horním patře… nádherný hotel a krásný bazén a vyborne jídlo

Moc toho nebylo, vše bylo perfektně zařízené, snad jen špinavé vchodové dveře u vchodu z restaurace do hotelu (do tohoto hotelu se to příliš nehodí), uklizeni pokojů není potřeba 2x denně a zcela jiné standardy uklízeček (jedna odnese ručníky co visí, jiná ne atd.)

Fantastich!

De locatie, aan het strand en op nog geen 29 minuten de highlights en centrum. Hotel zelf is indrukwekkend bij aankomst al. Er werd zelfs nog schoongemaakt en zelfs stonden een keer de sloffen klaar en lagen er chocolaatjes op het kussen.

Onze douchedeuren sloten niet goed waardoor natte boel en de handdouche bleef niet staan. Bij het ontbijt moet er meer personeel bij want de borden bleven te lang staan en een keer hadden we het idee dat het brood niet vers was.

Unbelievable hotel with a great service

This was an amazing hotel of great quality and for a reasonable price. The rooms were fantastic, plenty of space and very clean and replenished. The staff were so friendly and helpful and definitely gave the 5 star service. The hotel also had so many facilities including the bars, pools etc. Great location also being right on the beach and only a 15 min walk from the center. Would highly recommend if you are in Malaga.

Nothing much to put here as we had an amazing stay. The only thing was we were quoted a high price for transfer from the airport, despite being close distance. We opted to book taxi transfer through booking.com instead as it was almost half the price. However, the concierge service was incredibly useful when booking taxi to the bus station and overall with any queries

Fantastic

The room was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. The restaurants were fantastic. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect. The whole experience was fantastic. I will definitely stay there again.

It looks luxurious in the lobby but the room is not worth of its price.

A male staff wearing glasses in reception wasn't helpful. The room is not well decorated，bath room door can't close completely. It may look fine on the picture but not comfortable compare with the cost.

Genuine 5 star hotel, just a little pricey.

The hotel is a genuine 5 star hotel with all the facilities and staff attention that you would expect. It's reasonably expensive, but you get a lot for your money.

The hotel food, especially the pool bar/restaurant is unreasonably expensive, although convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants within 2 mins and half the price.

A very good experience but since we have explored every inch of the town, we probably won’t return.

It is a fantastic hotel, the best we saw in the resort. The town is a short walk along the coast and a very worthwhile tour on foot with great architecture and medieval buildings. The restaurants in town are better than those along the coast.

The only criticism, would be that the bathing is rather regimented around the pool. For those that are not bothered about swimming, there is an area that the hotel could organize for sun beds away from the pool that would be less regimented and congested. It’s a lost opportunity.

Be very wary of booking rooms with views as when your arrive they are "unavailable"

The rest of the hotel facilities were excellent - particularly the pool area. The rooftop terrace is nice but be aware that it can be booked out for private events.

We booked a room with a city view - when we arrived we were given an internal room with a view of a roof. Staff seemed unable to understand that this wasn't what we had booked, expected or in fact paid for. It too 3 attempts to sort it out. We were give a garden room which was much better than overlooking a roof. I would be very careful and wary about booking a city view room or any view room without a guarantee that that is what you will actually get without having to demand it and spend loads of effort trying to sort it out. Not a great start to what was meant to be a treat at the end of a holiday.

Grand stay at Gran Miramar

The hotel is beautiful with spacious common parts perched in the middle of a beautiful garden. Room size was perfect for our party of three and the size of the bathroom was very much appreciated. The staff is very kind and attentive, the breakfast was fabulous and the location is very central with the marina and the old town just 5 min away. The pool is vey nice and that’s where we stayed. There is direct access to the beach but we didn’t go there because the sand is stoney and there are way too many people.

For some reason I was not offered a welcome drink like all other guests, which was kind of disappointing.

amazing stay! would stay here again!

I loved the accessibility of the hotel. it’s within east access to the beach and nearby attractions. the hotel itself offers so many facilities & the pool area is wonderful! the breakfast was delicious & the staff make sure all your holiday needs are met. the rooms are luxurious & comfortable and worth a visit in my opinion!

Luxurious and very well looked after.

Room was spectacular, facilities excellent, the pool area in perfect surroundings with very comfortable beds and excellent bar service. Free water every day was an excellent bonus as the wapeather was so hot. Would definitely go back.

The only thing that could be improved was that the shower was leaking into the bathroom floor. Looked as if the seal was worn. It was also have been a bonus if we could have connected my iPad to the television.
