I stayed at the property 2 times -- once in a single room with shared bathroom and the other time in a double ensuite room. The single room is good if you plan to stay shortly, otherwise I recommend the double room as it is more spacious. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised -- the rooms were clean, decorated in a chill, beach house fashion; there was a communal kitchen for those who would like to cook their meals and a really cool terrace on the top floor. I would love to come back!
Sure, the place could be more fancy

Very good location and clean acomodation .
Good vibe , you feel like you are in Mexico not like in comercial Hotels.
I was satisfied but I belive it is even more charming once garden pools, flowers, teraces, fences ect... are in top cond...during top season.
I visit La Paz offten for overnight stay and I will be back to this place for sure.
Payed by card as per Booking reservation no issues there.
All was as expected , bit artistic place but that is what I was looking for.
Do not expect standard comercial hotel this is a place with funky relaxing atmosphere.

On the north end of Malecon. comfortable beds. unique, “funky” place. Water available, kitchen for guest use.
advertised balcony only a 2 food wide area not useful and no view. roof top not comfortable. no shade. hard chairs.

Great location. Only 2 blocks away from the malecón. Clean room and comfortable bed. Margarita was great. She recommend some excellent restaurants and attractions in La Paz. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a great option to stay for a few days. The room was clean, simple and pleasant. The night was cold, but we had a warm blanket, we slept well. Convenient check-in and check-out. There is everything for a comfortable stay.

The first time I stayed here, it was in the 2nd floor king room—lovely, lovely, and excellent value. The second time, a week later, I opted for the "economy single room" on the first floor, for almost half the cost of the King room. It still had the same nice touches (embroidered table covering, nice reading lamp, clean ensuite bathroom with hot working shower, an electric kettle and mini-fridge) but the room is definitely only a place for sleeping. Instead hang out in any of the communal areas and decks on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floors.
I love the bed sheets: 100% cotton! I had a bad experience elsewhere with 100% polyester, so coming back to crisp, white cotton was so-o-o appreciated.
For a budget traveller, this is probably the best deal in La Paz. It was great being able to leave my luggage the morning of my 3 PM check-in and being allowed to stay at that time to recharge my phone, demonstrating the same helpful and kind staff, although I missed reconnecting with Roberto.
Nothing you can do about the fact that the only window in the single economy room is a window into the communal kitchen (my curtains were drawn across it for my entire stay). The noise from other travellers is fixed with a good set of earplugs. However, the ill-fitting plastic toilet seat kept pinching me—ouch!— until I learned to squat in a way that prevented it. Might be time for a replacement?
Umi the cat doesn't like the small room as much as the King room with a balcony egress—or was it me she changed her mind about? :-)

The staff was very helpful and the room was tidy and had a comfortable bed. The sitting areas and plants were beautiful!

Great location to the Malecon. Perfect for an inexpensive hotel. All the other guests were respectful and quiet.
The room was amazingly clean. It is not a brand new hotel however, it is perfect just the way it is. Thanks for having water, coffee and all the other things available.
I liked everything

Margarita is a really nice host. The place has the perfect quality/price balance. Shared toilets and shower are clean. There is a nice rooftop and the place is beautiful. Also it's not far from the bus station
Internet was fine but not stable for videoconference. As a tourist its perfect but for work it depends on your room
