Overall, our experience was awesome and enjoyable. Value for money

Hotel is located near Ghat from where you can see the River Ganga flowing from river view room. During morning and evening time you can watch many boats ferrying in Ganga. The location of hotel is 5 mins walk from main road but you can enjoy walking through narrow streets of locality. Hotel Manager, entire staff, cook and ever smiling waiter are very supportive, helpful and provided us excellent services. Breakfast and food was very delicious.

good and helpful staff always eager to help and make stay comfortable neeraj accompanied us at 2am for early darshan which is highly appreciated. No one will do such a gesture and it’s very kind of him manager is very helpful

Perfect to visit Varanasi

Perfect location very close to the Ganga river. Relatively large rooms. Helpful staff. Wonderful view on the river from the rooftop restaurant.

Some rooms have no window viewing outside: only a small window on the side of the inner courtyard, which is covered. When eating outdoors on the rooftop, beware of monkeys who come to steal your food (they seem to think they own the place...)

A perfect destination for a comfortable stay and of course its a class of its own.I will go again.

Firstly location was excellent,staff behaviour was even better, cleanliness,food, ambience made my holiday a perfect one.

Memorable and "disturbing" in a positive way of course.

Typical Haveli style hotel with a courtyard in the center. The location was a minutes walk to the Ghats and you had a great view from the terrace . A 5 minute walk for the Ganga Arti ceremony. The food , too , was excellent especially the "Butter Chicken". Good services offered (transport of luggage , taxi , sunrise boat ride (a little expensive though ! )

The room , though spacious , was dull ; could do with some modern lighting . The air conditioning broke down so we went with the fans , no safe in the room to keep valuables.

Good location but

The location was right at the banks of the river (ghats). Made it convenient to walk to the main ghats for the evening aarti and also for sightseeing and boat ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication and organization was good.

The place didn't give an impression of being very clean. The restaurant was just a few tables on the terrace. Felt like we overpaid for what we got. Although we had booked the highest tariff room.

we liked the property. the staff were amazing and helped us in getting to the property and also helped us during our return. all the ghats and major attractions were at walkable distance from the property.

I really liked the rooftop bar. Nice view, the food is very good and the waiter is nice & polite all the time! He never forget to smile!

The buildings is not so new so the price it’s a lot compared to others hotel of Varanasi & other city.

aweso0me place and I would definitely stay here again

the location of the hotel is awesome . right on the banks of ganges and we had an awesome view of the ganges from our room. Though the approach to the hotel from the main road was difficult, the hotel staff came up to the main road to pick us up and took us to the hotel through the narrow lanes of kashi, which itself is an experience by itself. The owner Mr.Sanjay was really helpful and the entire team took good care of us . Extremely friendly and helpful owner and staff.

At first location seems little strange because of the narrow street going to the hotel but is fact, It was a very good place to stay. Amazing view of Maa Ganga river from ur room n terrace. Everyone was very helpful. And the best thing was that u can go in few minutes down to the ghat n hv a Ganga bath. We loved it.

This experience has shaken my confidence in Booking.com rating and information

We took river view room and had wonderful view. Sitting at the roof top was blissful too. The staff was very very helpful they even escorted us to a weaver from whom we bought good Banarasi sarees..The food cooked in the hotel was nice n fresh

The access to the hotel is by foot through a very narrow and filthy lane. This was not mentioned well in the site. The rooms they claim is 215 soft it's unlikely to be so. There was hardly any room to put up a chair. When it rained water came into the room from under the door. The room was definitely not worth 19000 for 3 nights. It would be a great deal at 3k per night. The photographs though of actual.spots create a misleading impression. The rating I saw at Booking.com was close to 9. That to me looks completely manipulated
