Location was good as we had to attend a wedding at Rhebokskloof
No "staff" interaction at all. No pamflet or any indication whether or not there was breakfast available or not. 2 Rusks in room was stale.

Beautiful area, very clean, nice apartment, close to wine farms, the owners were very responsive when needing help, and overall we had a great time staying here.
Can't fault them on much, but you don't receive any information regarding the checkin process until your checkin time. Would have preferred having the info earlier, but this is a trifle, and we had a great stay.

we did not eat breakfast and took our own , there was coffee and milk normal stuff but also average
the place is not clean, the TV did not work, when i looked why not i stood on a chair and was horrified how dirty if was where the TV was. the one bedlamp did not work, the one plug was loose and open, dangerous. when we arrive and our daughter wanted to shower, no water, phoned the owner, he was not available, this was only fixed the next morning. the beds mattress was poor, very very soft and uncomfortable. the shower door's handle on the inside loose and rusty not good at all. unfortunately i cannot rate this place as average even. will not use the facility again

I would recommend this place to anyone. For under a R1000 you get a night for 2 and breakfast. What a great place . Money spent well
The loadshedding

Very accommodating and welcoming staff that went the extra mile.
Everything was good and nothing bad to comment on.

I used the accommodation to get ready for my wedding. Location is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really lovely. The owner was very happy to put on the back up generator when we needed some power and he would always come and check up on us. The rooms have a key code to get in which made a late check in very easy!
There was no hot water so wasn't able to shower properly (before my wedding) but I think that was more due to loadshedding and the owner was in the process of installing back up power so hopefully won't be an issue in the future!

Breakfast is not included when booking through booking.com so just be aware of that. But the breakfast was really good and the price was also very reasonable, it was the perfect amount and the owner was more than willing to be accommodating to our party of 12. The sites around the accommodation are beautiful and the rooms are well maintained and have all the basic amenities one needs. We loved being able to check in ourselves and not have to fuss with keys! Hennie was attentive especially during loadshedding to try to make sure we had power when needed. We used the venue to get ready for our wedding and it was the perfect place for it.
Very small thing, but found the bunk bed very creaky so was just worried that the person on the bottom would keep waking up each time it moved. Overall though, no complaints. Once the back up power is fully functioning this place will be completely saved from loadshedding!

The grounds were beautiful.
I did not like being booked into different accommodation upon arrival. Unexplainable but disappointing. Consolation was that the bathroom was nice. The owner would purposely avoid answering certain questions, after he says "WhatsApp me for anything". No wifi. There was a cat that would meow at our door and window, because it wanted to enter in the middle of the night. No great vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast, no fresh fruit either. An irritated owner asked us to sit inside after we sat at a breakfast table that accommodates 6 ppl on the sunny terrace instead of 4... mind you, there were other tables available outside. We stayed outside, no apology for requesting the move. I expected better to be honest, I wish them the best.

private
noisy in the wind. its a white material tent, so the porch light that automatically lights up in the evening means you are trying to sleep in what seems like day light from outside.

I would have preferred a face to face interaction with the staff. WhatsApp communication was efficient but my preference is still face2face.
