Wenn man wirklich nach Rimini will, Top Preiss-/ Leistungshotel mit freundlichen Eigentümern

- Nähe zum Strand (~300m) - Kooperation mit Strandbetreiber: 2 Strandliegen + 1 Sonnenschirm für 11 EUR/ Tag bei 5 Tagen Mindestmiete (Stand Mai/ Juni 2023) - Parkplatz (auch wenn etwas eng) direkt an der Unterkunft für 5 EUR/ Tag - Unterkunft sehr sauber (aber Wechsel Handtücher und Bettwäsche nur 1x Woche. Reinigung nur bei Abreise). - Rolläden! Auch in teuren Hotels keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Dadurch ließen sich die Zimmer sehr gut abdunkeln. - Sehr zentral. Restaurants, Eisdielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustüre. - Kostenloser Fahrradverleih (ca 10 Fahrräder) mit und ohne Kindersitz. Fahrräder in gutem Zustand. - Aufenthalts-/Gemeinschaftsraum (mit 3 Tischen) den wir für unsere Spieleabende nutzen konnten. - Günstiger Getränke- und Snackautomat (z.B. Cola 1 Euro). - Bequemes Bett und Schlafcouch - Freundliche Eigentümer

- Balkone etwas schmal (zu viert frühstücken kaum möglich) - Ein Geschirrspüler wäre nicht schlecht gewesen (wussten wir natürlich vorher, aber Abspülen im Urlaub macht keinen Spaß) - Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, aber größtes Manko ist die enge Bebauung in Rimini. Dadurch kein/ sehr wenig grün und teilweise sehr laut (z.B. immer wieder laute Abluft der Hotelküche gegenüber oder morgens durch Fliesen Sägearbeiten Nachbarhaus geweckt worden oder 3 Nachbarn die sehr laut bis 04:00 Uhr auf dem Balkon sich unterhalten…)

Perfect holiday and very clean room

Absolutelly super! Very clean, well furnished (in real the room is better then it seems on the pictures), amazing balcony (street=sea side view), almost at the beach (thanks to hotel the sun umbrella and beds for almost half price), in the centre, supermarket 1 min or 5 mins bigger one, welcome set in the room, close to metromare (10 mins to the Rimini centre), best hosts, thank you for late chcek-out!

Everything was great, the host was really helpful. There was some language barrier, but it worked out ok.

It was too cold and the heater didn't work, there was no duvet only a sheet. There were no trash bags.

Very nice

The room was clean and very comfortable, enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Ca 300m from the beach,so this was a plus. Also 5 euro per day for the parking spot was very nice also. I definitely recommend this location.

Perfect hosts and great apartments!

Perfect hosts: very polite and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good: close to the beach, not far away from the supermarket and metro bus and railway station.

Still, this is a good place to stay at.

Big appartment (for Italy). Awesome balcony with the sea view. Clean, good furniture, good conditions of walls etc.

Stuff is speaking English very badly, cannot understand you correctly. No cleaning of rooms, laundry for money, lack of soap, lack of toilet paper, towels for money (one change for free is ok if you stay 4 days, but we stayed 12 days and this is completely inappropriate). Electronic room key not working from time to time. Very noisy street, a lot of midnight tangos and disco evenings around. Water rains from the conditioner.
