Great place to have vacation

Great location close to the beach an Metromare station. Most important Fillipo the host is very nice and helpful

Noise from the train tracks and parties in the neighbourhood .

Superb

Fillippo at the reception is a great guy, support you with any kind of request or question! He knows your name.....and say hello ...... The laundry is just next door which is very comfortable if you travel with kids not need to take so much clothes! The room is ok clean and the beach 3 min walk from the Residence! We used beach Bagno 101 with animation and kind host! I will come back.......

The only negative feedback. In the direct neighbor there is a hostel and on Friday, Saturday big noise party till 1 am, which is quite difficult to bear if you can't stand loud things! Solutions: take some ear plug and close the window and the shutter....

It was a comfortable and joyful stay.

Location is very good, close to the sea and convenient transportation - metromare. There are small shops to by products just few blocks from the apartment. Apartment has convenient and spacious bathroom with bide. In the kitchen was everything we needed. And we could park rented car by the apartment for free. Filippo is very helpful host, thank you!

Because the house is very close to the railway you may wish to close windows during the night if apartment is directed to the street side.

Filipo is a great host! Always helpful and kind. Apartment is spacious, close to the beach and has a big terrace.

All you need for a Great safe Holiday in Rimini

Filippo was an amazing host, anything you need it's no problem and always with a smile ( and a coffee:) apartment was modern and clean (very important) parking secure, close to the beach, easy access. Washing machines in the launderette downstairs, brand new pots and pans with all uttencils. Weather and food were great! All you need for a self catering holiday in these new normal times after Covid. Grazie mille Flippo!

Street can be noisy but the double glazed doors shut most of it out

Exceptional

5 mins from the beach, excellent locality, rooms nice. Fillipo was great and helpful. Trains are close, but it´s ok. Everything was great. Just need to reserve a parking place upfront if you come by car.
