Very busy pool area, not enough loungers, wait for breakfast, dirty rooms

There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom of dirty water, it took over an hour for some to come and fix it, we had to beg to move rooms as it was my sons bedtime and we could. promise the bathroom, no apology no acknowledgment, the night team did not inform anyone, apparently according to the handyman they were aware of the problem and it had happened before, it was dirty water that fell on me, huge health risk I am a doctor and felt very unwell after it occurred, I will be taking this further, shockingly handled

The leak in the room could have been dealt with better

perfecto para una escapada de ciudad y playa

El equipo es muy amable y hacen todo lo posible por atender a los huéspedes. La ubicación que al principio nos hizo dudar, terminó siendo un acierto. genial comunicado en bus con el aeropuerto, la playa de en frente, a pesar de ser la ciudad, está genial y nada masificada. el paso a la ciudad es muy agradable, aunque son 2 km se hace muy bine y en cualquier caso hay bus a la puerta. El servicio de toallas es estupendo la terraza para tomar algo es genial y los atardeceres increíbles.

Un par de días tuve que conectarme por un tema de trabajo y la wifi no es segura. Tuve que utilizar mis datos. Yo no estaba en la planta Level, si piensas trabajar pregunta primero. No pude conectarme a entornos que requieren seguridad. La piscina es pequeña y a pesar de las muchas tumbonas siempre hay mucha gente. En el gym hay de todo pero es muy pequeño, con tres personas hacíamos cola... El día de llegada había una botellita de agua, nunca más se repuso, pases las noches que pases, solo una botella pequeña :( Era agosto y las camas están con edredón, o pones el A/C toda la noche o tienes que quitar cada día el edredón... Es un placer dormir tapado en verano, pero en Mallorca... no lo vimos muy "sostenible"

Lovely relaxing stay

This was our 30th Wedding Anniversary present. The hotel was pleasant and quiet. The Spa was excellent and the staff were wonderfully thoughtful.

The pool bar was too busy to get served so unfortunately we left without being able to order anything.

Level staff on third floor disastrous Poorest service on Majorca Bottom floor staff were great but third level staff for vip hotel customers very poor and don’t know how to do proper customer service and didn’t make us feel welcome at all Breakfast staff tried to refuse us service repeatedly

Room was nicely furnished, hotel was clean, nice bathroom.

Schönes Hotel

Ich habe das Hotel wiederholt gebucht aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand/ Portixol und Palma (ca. 25 Min zu Fuß) Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Bucht von Palma zwar etwas abseits, dafür ist es aber nicht so touristisch überlaufen. Das Zimmer, insbesondere Bad inkl. Rituals Produkten war modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und appetitlich angerichtet. Aufgrund der Level Buchung erfolgte das Frühstück in einem abgetrennten Bereich. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lage des Hotels…5 Min. zum Strand 15-20 Min. in die Altstadt…Bushaltestelle ( auch Flughafen 8 Min. Fahrzeit )vorm Hotel…hatten Level-Zimmer gebucht …eigene Lounge für Frühstück (sehr gut) und Getränke ( gratis bis 23 Uhr) am Abend zusätzlich kalte und warme Tapas …Handtücher für Strand ….Dachterasse mit Pool und tollem Blick

Zimmer mit Meerblick (welcher nicht uneingeschränkt da ein großer Wohnblock die Sicht verstellt) sehr laut da an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Palma gelegen

Enjoyed the holiday, nice beach and restaurants close by, close to Palma centre.

Good breakfast, nice rooftop bar

Deluxe rooms were only offered water to drink on first night, then you had to buy your own. Bad communication between reception and housekeeping. Not enough sunbeds by rooftop pool, impossible to get one. Noisy road.

Great location, lovely rooms with complimentary toiletries and kind staff

The location of this hotel suited us perfectly. It overlooks the harbour of Portixol to one side and Palma to the other. It is about a 15 minute walk into Palma central (there are a lot of buses and the hotel were superb at arranging taxis very quickly). The staff are so kind and helpful (bar my comment below) especially Noela and Roberto. The roof top pool and bar are lovely with towels provided. The room was spacious with kettle, shampoo & conditioner (so useful for mini breaks!) and the bathroom was appointed very well. The best thing about the rooms are the thick doors meaning hardly any noise from neighbours (and our floor was busy).

The male lifeguard was so rude and unhelpful. We thought maybe he had just taken against us (my 70+ old mum and I) but he was equally rude to a German family with a little girl! He should not be in this role.

Simply the best

from walking through the front entrance, the hotel was welcoming, modern and we felt very relaxed from the start. The staff were all first class and we can’t thank them enough for making our trip the best. The rooms were fantastic and the roof top terrace was unreal. Cant wait to visit again soon!

Fabulous City break

Super staff! Loved the rooftop pool and view. Lifeguard Lady kept the area very nicely and was helpful. Hotel is Close to beach, Palma centre and old Town.

More sun beds needed by the pool. No information or brochures in the room - literally discovered the spa as we left - and this is our second stay!!!

Great location, but...

Location

Staff was nice, but very slow to be helpful. Also, there was no privacy in the bathroom - even the shower had a glass wall to the bedroom. Also, the faucet design for both the sink and shower were awful - I couldn't figure out how to turn either of them on. I've never had that problem in over 40 years of active business and leisure travel.
