We were allowed to use different sleeping rooms as there were no other guests. The Wi-Fi was quite good in case you need to work. It seems that if you are a big company and book the entire apartment this would be an OK place to stay, in case you are a small group maybe look for a hotel downtown. Please keep in mind that the place is located right at the end of the city (40-45 min walk to the center), this was OK for us as we had a car, otherwise you need to use a bus or taxi. Nearby the apartment there are a supermarket, a restaurant and a breakfast place, also a bus stop.

Check-in: we booked the room at 8:00 AM on the day of our arrival, by 14:00 the host had not seen the booking so the apartment was not ready. It was cleaned in a hurry and prepared for us, but the bathrooms and rooms could have been cleaner and fresher. The apartment had a strong smell of cigarettes, probably left by the previous visitors. Comfort and cleanliness: The beds were quite cheap and not so comfortable, the pillows weren't great either. The whole apartment consists of 3 sleeping rooms without much furniture (for example - no chairs), there is no common room, just a small kitchenette. The lady that gave us the key told us that actually this is a shared apartment, so every sleeping room can be booked by a different guest, which was a surprise for us, we thought we are booking an entire apartment (the host however allowed us to use different rooms, as there were no other guests, which was nice). The whole place should be able to accommodate 10 people, however I don't think it will be very comfortable for so many guests. I would recommend turning one of the rooms (for example the one with balcony) into a common (living) room, it will liven the place, make it more comfortable and the guests would have a nice area to socialize.
