Wir würden den Aufenthalt wieder so wählen.

Das Zimmer mit überdachtem Balkon zur Wasserseite Hafen City war klasse. WC und Bad sind getrennt. Leider gibt es kein kleines Waschbecken im WC und es ist innenliegend. Aber nicht so tragisch. Man muss halt dann ins Badezimmer wechseln. Das Frühstück in Büffetform haben wir dazu gebucht und es ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Direkt eine U-Bahnanbindung, um flexibel Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Hamburg-Card ist zu empfehlen. Anreise: Linie U4 vom Hbf. bis UNI Hafencity, zwei Rolltreppen und man ist schon beim Hotel und bleibt vor allem trocken, wenn es mal regnet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben daher nichts zu bemängeln.

Entspannter Hotelbesuch

Es ist entspannend mit Kindern im Jufa zu logieren. Wir(Eltern, Kinder, Enkelkinder) hat es wieder gut gefallen im Hotel. Auch wenn die Kinder mal etwas lauter sind regt sich keiner auf. Leute die ohne Kinder reisen und sich durch Kinder gestört fühlen sind hier evtl. nicht ganz so zufrieden.

Es gibt ein paar Sachen die man verbessern kann .

Freundliche Mitarbeiter . An einigen Interessanten Neuen Punkten von Hamburg kommt man schnell zu Fuß .

Harte Betten , Baustelle vor der Tür , Sauberkeit entsprach nicht der Hotelklasse . Das sind Hinweise . Auf die Baustellen vor Ort sollte man hinweisen , dann kann man sich auch darauf einrichten . Alles andere liegt in der Hand des Hotel Management und ist schnell ab stellar .

Alles in Allem absolut in Ordnung, UBahn Station direkt am Hotel, alle paar Minuten geht die Bahn zum Jungfernstieg

Freundliches Personal Zimmer wurde getauscht da der gebuchte Flussblick nicht vorhanden war

Top Hotel in etwas ruhigerer Lage.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit gutem Frühstück und schöner Terasse mit Flussblick.

U-Bahn zwar direkt am Hotel, aber zu Landungsbrücken, Reeperbahn, Schanze muss man immer umsteigen.

Ganz okay für eine Nacht

Modernes und gut angebundenes Hotel in Hamburg

Der Service im Restaurant wirkte sehr lustlos und genervt obwohl nicht viel los war. Das Buffet hat mich sprachlos gemacht, kaum Auswahl, teilweise mit Alufolie bedeckt und keine Linie in der Auswahl. Ich bin selbst Teamleiter der Hotelgastronomie in einem 4 Sterne Betrieb und ich weiß wie schwierig es teilweise ist und beschwere mich ungern aber das? Da sollte man dringend nachbessern.

HAMBURG 4 Tage Trip

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, gute U-Bahn Anbindung, EDEKA und Bäckerei 10 Gehminuten entfernt; Zimmer war sauber, klein- aber ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene;

Personal an der Bar (im Eingangsbereich) spricht kein Deutsch, auch die englischkenntnisse waren eher schlecht

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch sehr abwechslungsreich

Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber sehr teuer 20,.Euro pro Tag

Exceptional

The bar in the hotel was great, we had a great experience with the bartender. The room was beautiful and had a great view. The bathroom was nice and big, having both a bathtub and shower separate were nice, and the toilet being in a separate room was also nice. Our balcony was nice and big and also private. The decorations were cute and the lobby was clean and well decorated with friendly front desk staff.

Pretty much a perfect stay. No negatives to add.

Not 4star quality to far from center and old wodden with hole (fell through with one leg of chair)!!

Terrace with old hole in pavement (wooden floor) and we unfortunately fell in one chair!!!!! We found out that it was a known problem and it was still not fixed!!! Check out very slow.

Diner buffet with limited selection Only few snacks/light meals available during the day Water supply in the shower was dependent on usage of water from other rooms (while showering, the cold water supply would cut off, if a guest in another room would use cold water at the same time)

The man in the reception was not friendly upon arrival. The "double bed" was made by 2 moving single beds.

Good value for money.

Basicaly a newly built hotel, in an area with sprawling new development. Much of the area looked like a construction yard, but wasn't noisy. Very nice promenade starting at the riverside behind the hotel that gets you to the centre of the city or e.g. the Landungsbrücken if you like a good hike. Courteous staff, spacious restaurant, underground parking with elevator access to the reception area and the rooms. Close enough to walk to the city centre if you want to stretch your legs before a meeting.

Didn't have a problem with anything, the hotel was conveniently located. Had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to the underground garage, but missed a sign that I discovered the next day.

The huge lobby bar; the maritime theme in every detail; kids play area inside and outside; views on the channel; good breakfast; dinner option available; nice staff

it’s a big hotel, so you might need to wait for breakfast a bit if you come in the peak hour; if you come later they may run out of some foods and do not necessarily replenish; a bit too far off if you want to walk with kids but a subway station is right behind the corner
