Staff, efficient
Lack of facilities
4.2
The breakfast was nice and the whole staff was very friendly, the room was ok
1. It's written that location is beachfront, but the beach is around 15 minutes walk because the hotel is located above and the beach is down the stairs
2. The parking is ok, but the reception on the -1 floor is bad and they don't give any possibility to open the gate without calling to the reception
3. There's no pool.
4. The hotel is very expensive and doesn't worth it
4.2
Great location and sea view , nice children playgrounds next to the hotel on sea promenade
Helpful crew , rich stacked breakfast
parking maybe hard at times . have to double call concierge to get in or out of garage
4.2
nothing special
The attitude is not good

Toilet had great pressure
Beds where horrible how can you combine 2 singles and call it a king or even a queen that's a disgrace for a hotel. Staff was not friendly at all, even though it's israel teach them to properly greet guests so they would even consider comming back for the service and friendly smiles.

No breakfast
Very expensive and wasn’t clean

Very good location in front of the beach. Very nice rooms: modern, clean, spacious, light.
We came before high season and no facilities in the hotel were working. (Bar, room service). One day we came for a breakfast and they told us: the buffet is closed as there are no people in hotel. The personal didn’t even say sorry for inconvenience. They delivered breakfast to the room - which was omelette and tuna salad, which was not good for kids. Finally when I told to management It was not acceptable they didn’t charge for the breakfast but anyway this was not pleasant incident and no reaction from management in the beginning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The 'dairy buffet' breakfast is outstanding, tasty and plentiful in variety.
all is very good

The Room Decor was excellent and spacious.
They gave me an upgrade
They came at 11:00 am and were insistent I leave.
I had some stomach upset and I found this obnoxious.
I am extensive traveler with Booking all Hotels I stayed give Breakfast free.
They charged me for the breakfast

the position
a bit old. Needs some renovation

Nice and neat hotel. Very close to the beach. Some places to eat nearby (5 minute walk)
No restaurant or breakfast when I stayed there

Hotel entrance and rooms beautiful. Tasteful interior design. Fantastic location.
My room 502 was by the elevator and the noise was very disturbing. Had to move room at 4 a.m. Couldn't bear the noise of elevator particularly on Shabbos when it stops on each floor. The acoustics in the hallways is disturbing. Each time a guest came and went from their room the sound of the door slamming or shutting resonated loudly in my room. I didn't like that at all.
