Sehr gute Lage sehr freundliches Personal perfektes Frühstück

The room was v spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good. Pool was rather cold to swim in.
The hotel is now looking very tired and shabby. . Needs an uplift. Couldn't get food round the pool apart from 1 hour at lunchtime.

La piscine , très belle vu sur la mer, chambre spacieuse.
Un peux vieillot , très rustique

Breakfast not great, very disappointing

Great position
Needs updating drastically. Looks like something from the 80s

The accommodation was not as shown on the internet, it was one room instead of a room plus a separate lounge.
The rooms must be more than 30years old & have never been upgraded, the accommodation is VERY tired.
Rooms need an upgrade

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t even ask and we were upgraded to a bigger room upon our arrival. They took such good care of us. Our kids loved the pool too!
It was a bit outdated, but still felt like we were staying in a 4-5 star hotel.

Incredible location in Netanya on seaside cliff and promenade, just a few steps and you are at the sea, big room with the balcony and sea view, rich and varied breakfast (kosher - no meat), underground parking included, very helpful and welcoming staff. Reasonable driving distance to all major Israeli attractions. Hotel is a bit old and worn but it can be forgiven considering all the things above. So much better than any of Tel Aviv hotels with similar price.

the view from the balcony was amazing. the room was large. the breakfast was good, there was a nice variety of food.
the hotel is old. very old. everything is old. the coffee is terrible. the pool is filthy. the tennis courts are completely neglected.

Location, family atmosphere - a real home form home. I loved the antique furniture in the lobby and the feeling of old world elegance. My room was exceptionally quiet as well.
Decor was a little dated in the Suites (at least the one I was in), but the rest of the hotel made up for it

They were very accommodating when we had a problem with the initial room. The breakfast was nice. Although no omelet station, you can ask staff for an omelet from the kitchen. They sometimes had juice and cookies out in the lobby. The location is amazing, and the pool is very clean. within walking distance of town. beautiful small almost-secluded beach (called Onot beach) near hotel.
The first room we received on the 11th floor was carpeted and reeked of smoke. The balcony had some boards bolted on to the cement in an unprofessional manner. I would have rated the hotel 1-2 stars based on that room. I couldn't breath in that room, so they moved me to the 4th floor. a room with a wooden floor, no smell of smoke and a view of the ocean (which is what we originally ordered). I was shocked that they offer that room to any guests.

The rooms are a lovely size and well equipped, the location is excellent, beach is gorgeous and I enjoyed a swim in the pool which was very nice too
the rooms were a little cold - it was unusually windy and the wind was blowing through the air con! there was nothing that could be done about this apparently. Staff were generally a bit dismissive and uninterested - had to ask a few times to get an extra blanket. Breakfast is plentiful but strangely unappealing - lots of heavy pastry/ fried stuff/creamy sauces and cheese but no fresh fruit and yoghurt and no decent coffee

The swimming pool area and spa wasn't clear enough. Also, spa towels wasn't clear (saw some mud points on it), but still it was fresh.
3.5
The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed and was very dirty. . It was full of hairs and there were even pills on the carpet!
We booked this hotel to be on the beach and to host a family dinner. After we arrived we were told that the dining room would not be open for dinner that night.
