Very nice apart

Apart is located in a quiet area, near to a very good pizzeria, Lidl is at 7 min walk. Friendly host, let us do a late check in/out. For those who want to walk the old town is at aprox 20’

Great location to explore Alghero and further afield.

Location had plenty of free parking nearby and was a simple 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Alghero. The apartment was clean and the host met us early to allow us in, many thanks, he explained all the facilities was accessible if needed.

Superb

Very spacious bedroom with good beds and rollets. The kichen was fully equiped. The bathroom was clean with many towels and all the staff. The owner was kind.

There is no hall, you enter the living room from outdoor. The segragstion of waste is a bit complicated in Italy but it is not fault of the owner. Lack of kettle for tea making.

Nice place with all necessary equipment - kitchen, dishes, washing machine etc. Comfortable place in a quiet location, a little bit far from the city center, but price and quality of the place recompense the further location. Nearby a great pizza and bar Trigu - worth to recommend.

Superb

The apartment is easy to find. There is a supermarket in the neighborhood. It is located in approx. 15 minutes walking distance to the historical part of the city and 20 minutes to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. The furniture is new and clean. There is a huge terrace: perfect for breakfast. Pierluigi let us leave our luggage at the garage as our flight was at 9 pm. He also let us check in at 10 am since we arrived early.

There was no iron in the apartment. It was not a big deal for us, but would be great to have it. On the last day when we were leaving, the stove was not working and there was no hot water. Not sure what was the reason.

Terriffic value.

The apartment is spacious, modern, clean with kitchen and laundry facilities and a nice secure, shaded terrace that was quite cool even on a 36 degree day. The aircon units in lounge and bedroom were great. The bed is super comfy. Also, Pierluigi provided a Hospitality Card that provides discounts to certain sights (including 9 euro entry to Neptune's grotto instead of 13...even though the tourist information office in town told us there was no discount for that sight). This was a bonus, thank you.
