This beautiful home has recently been aesthetically updated with calm colors and cozy touches. Rest your feet on fun bear ottomans while watching TV on a large flatscreen TV and/or admiring the fire or view! Map out your ski plans on the Sugar Mountain wall map and rest your head at night on a comfortable Sleep Number bed where you can set it to your own liking. This retreat boasts creature comforts such as a fully-equipped chef's kitchen (with both an automatic drip or Keurig coffee maker) and a large main suite with a large bath, a reading nook in the main bedroom, and a large dining table on the deck for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. All these amenities are perfect for lounging after a day at the slopes, a day of golf, hiking, zip-lining, or just adventuring. If you're visiting in the summer, the large private balcony becomes a second living room with wonderful, cool fresh air. From the balcony, you can easily witness the beauty of Sugar Mountain trails and watch the skiers and mountain bikers.

There are plenty of local restaurants in close proximity, including Bella’s Italian, Highlander's Grill & Tavern, and Reid's Cafe. Grocery stores are conveniently located as well.

THIS PROPERTY WAS WAY MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. VIEWS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE NEIGHBORS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. WE WERE A LATE ARRIVAL AND THE CHECK IN WAS STILL VERY SIMPLE. WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY FAMILY BACK AGAIN.

Owners did not scrimp on quality of furnishing, decorating and having the best provisioned kitchen we have ever seen. I was pleased and would consider coming back again. Great views. Be mindful there is construction that often had the entrance blocked causing minor delays and noise.

This was my first time in the area and I loved the location. You get a beautiful view of the mountains and ski resort from the balcony. The short drive up the mountain can seem a little daunting, but I recommend experiencing it for yourself. The host provided brochures and guides for local entertainment that really came in handy. The location of the condo places you within minutes of various activities and sites. I look forward to booking this condo in the future. This cozy condo is one that I would highly recommend.

The views from this place--an unobstructed panarama of the Blue Ridge Mountains surrounding Banner Elk NC--are absolutely the best. Love the black bear and brown bear footstools! And the deck is big enough to have several friends over for drinks or dinner and still have plenty of room to walk around. Well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious.

The view was breathtaking. The furniture was comfortable - except the master mattress, which was a cheep replacement. The knives we all wonderfully sharp.

The place was beautiful and very clean but the mattress in the master bedroom was horrible!!!! My husband and I on our 30 anniversary had to leave and go sleep on the small bed. One side of the mattress is like it had collapsed. I was literally trying to sleep in a hole. Hopefully a new mattress will be bought before they rent it out again.

Great view of mountains. Well equipped kitchen. Reasonably well cleaned. Comfortable living room furniture. The beds were horrendous. They were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. If an extra firm bed is what you desire, then this unit is for you. Otherwise, I would not recommend this unit. We would not release this unit unless the beds are upgraded.

We had a WONDERFUL time here. It was very relaxing. The entire condo was gorgeous! & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was close to grocery stores & restaurants. The beds were comfortable as well. Although we had the lower condo, it didn't feel that way. The views were extraordinary , and breathtaking. We can't wait to go back again.

This condo is in a great spot on sugar mountain. There’s two reserves of condos like this with this one being lower down the mountain which we loved. It was gated and private with an amazing view even on the lower level of the condo building. It was absolutely perfect for us and another couple to spend the weekend with friends. Our only complaints are with stocking and cleanliness. In each bathroom the roll of toilet paper on the holder was half used (one roll was actually over half gone) and there were absolutely no extra rolls anywhere in the condo. For 4 people and 3 full days this was an issue and we had to purchase more. There’s only one extra trash bag in the kitchen as well. There were cobwebs on the lights and piles of hair in one of the bathrooms and dirty napkins were on the barstools when we walked in. Other than these small things, the stay was fabulous and we’d definitely book again! (but will have to pack TP from home next time)

Beautiful view of Beech Mountain, Banner Elk and the foot of Sugar Mountain. Very nice deck. Clean and all the creature comforts of home. Very convenient too wherever you want to go. Will definitely be returning.

Everything was perfect except the actual furniture. Our bed was great but couch & chairs looked nice but were so hard on our backs we could hardly sit for more than a half hour without pain. The kitchen was stocked with every dish possible. That was great. We would definitely rent again but bring our own portable chairs with lower back support. The chairs on the lanai were comfortable so we spent a lot of time looking at the beautiful view. I’m an early riser so I watched sunrise over the mountains every day. It was WOW!

This property was a perfect place for us to stay while skiing Sugar Mountain. The property is very clean and fully stocked with extra blankets and a very complete kitchen (including slow cooker)! The gas fireplace was a huge bonus for us after the slopes. The property manager was very responsive, even on a Friday evening. The views can't be beat, and we look forward to staying here again regardless of the season!

My daughter and I stay here for a week in July 2020.This condo in the Reserve II was terrific. We will definitely would stay again in this condo for a relaxing stay.

This condo is superb. The view is wonderful. The evening view from the deck while enjoying the night air and LACK of humidity was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
Extra - the rental staff were very nice and helpful as well. Be alert on the booking website, I was not paying attention and made a critical mistake and only booked for one night and needed two. Staff was very understanding on letting us exit a couple hours over deadline as we tried to find another lodging. Thanks!
