Highly recommend. I plan to come back to this hotel.

Top service. All speak English. Extremely helpful, friendly and respond-full. The staff at the door and at the desk were best in class. Property at 5 star level, spotless and looks all new. We took a room with a terrace.

All was excellent, although the air conditioner was a bit problematic and didn’t cool that well.

Won't stay again

Except for some employees giving you a weird look, the fact that the use of the SPA is being charged for hotel customers is a big turn off... Breakfast is good, although lack of renewal, as all dishes remain the same always... -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Salvo algunos empleados que te miran raro, el hecho de que se cobre por el uso del SPA a los clientes del hotel desmerece bastante.... El desayuno está bien, aunque falta renovación, ya que todos los platos siguen siendo los mismos siempre....

I stayed 8 days and if I wanted to go the SPA 2 times a day, they would have charge me every single time... how ridiculous... same goes for the parking... It's hard to understand why they can't come up with a all-in-one solution for long term staying customers... to offer a good deal instead of that feeling of being a milk-cow for using hotel facility... Suggestion for management: why not charging your guest every time they use the bathroom? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Me quedé 8 días y si quería ir al SPA 2 veces al día, me habrían cobrado cada vez... qué ridículo... lo mismo ocurre con el aparcamiento... Es difícil de entender por qué no pueden llegar a una solución todo-en-uno para los clientes de larga estancia ... para ofrecer una buena oferta en lugar de esa sensación de ser una vaca lechera para el uso de las instalaciones del hotel ... Sugerencia para la dirección: ¿por qué no cobrar a los huéspedes cada vez que utilizan el baño?

Overall great hotel and good location

Great location, very luxury hotel and staff were friendly and helpful.

When you’re around the pool area you have to go in to the restaurant to order drinks, it would be nice if they had pool staff

Very nice stay at VP hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were assigned into a very great room with city scenery. Also the facility and design were wonderful! Will definitely choose VP again next time )

Beautiful, luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel and luxury room. The bathroom was modern and very spacious. I loved how the toilet and shower are separated from the sink area with a door. The staff were incredibly kind and offered exceptional hospitality. We never had to wait for an answer to our questions and there was always someone available to help us right away. Truly a phenomenal staff that is passionate about their work. Being greeted with a welcome beverage was a nice touch! The rooftop was also so beautiful. We wished we stayed here longer and will definitely return on our next trip to Granada.

The pillow was very flat and didn’t offer much support. I saw there was a pillow menu but didn’t know if this was an extra charge or not. This could be a good point to bring up at check in.

A great city break.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The bedroom had a great view of the square and was very modern. Ginko bar had amazing food and cocktails.

The spa wasnt the best.

Modern, New and Tech Hotel

It's an espectacular hotel, very modern and new, amazing features, great view of Plaza de Espana, great rooftop restaurant and very roomy.

Tha location is a little off compared to the other Gran Via hotels, but there is a subway station in the corner!

La ubicación,Las instalaciones,diseño, la limpieza, habitación con gran espacio éramos cuatro, restaurante Ginkgo y sobre el trato del personal ha sido inmejorable. Hoy en día sorprende que haya trabajadores/as tan amables que facilitan tu estancia con niños.

This Hotel is exceptional in every way , it’s 10/10 in everything. Beginning with the reception, concierge, breakfast staff, lobby , sky bar and restaurant. Staff are amazing they make your stay even better , cleanliness top notch . Food amazing breakfast and restaurant. Location great . Big beautiful rooms , high standard with stunning views . To top it all of nice surprise cakes for my birthday in the room . Much appreciated. This is the best hotel in Madrid , can’t wait to come again and stay surely without a doubt in VP PLAZA ESPAÑA DESIGN HOTEL . It’s perfect luxury in every way . Thank you for this memorable stay .

Very modern, clean, great facilities and offers everything that you might need for a short or even longer stay. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming!

I wish there was an access to the terrace/roof. The building itself is tall and offers a great panoramic view on Madrid

posizione centrale e comodissima. non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma siamo stati al rooftop per aperitivo e dopocena. accogliente e buona qualità, vista molto bella.

Хороший новый отель, отличное расположение, приветливые сотрудники, вкусные завтраки.

При полностью оплаченном проживании, отель берёт депозит 100 евро в день, в нашем случае - 500 евро. Таких депозитов мы ещё не видели, хотя часто путешествуем по Европе и останавливаемся в 5-звёздочных отелях, всегда депозит 100 евро хоть за 10 дней проживания, хоть за 3 дня. Постельное бельё за 4 дня не меняли ни разу, один раз поменяли две наволочки, обратились с проблемой на ресепшн, - бельё полностью поменяли через 10 минут. В один из дней уборщица забыла тряпку в туалете, не положила второй рулон туалетной бумаги. Когда бронировали номер, завтраки не включали в проживание, так как планировалось много ранних поездок почти каждый день. В итоге, осталась пара дней, когда мы и пришли на завтрак. Первый раз всё было отлично: нас встретила сотрудница отеля, записала наш номер и в конце завтрака дала мне чек на подпись. Второй раз, подойдя на стойку для завтрака, сотрудник отеля проверил, что у нас не включены завтраки и решил нам об этом сообщить. Я сказала, что в курсе, сотрудник почему-то решил уточнить эту информацию на ресепшн и куда-то стал звонить, мы не стали дожидаться результатов этих переговоров и пошли завтракать. Через 5 минут ко мне подбегает тот же сотрудник и говорит, что уточнил на ресепшн, что у меня завтраки не включены в стоимость проживания, я опять сообщила ему, что в курсе и не понимаю, в чём проблема. Сотрудник исчез и появился около нашего стола через пару минут с чеком и стал выяснять, как я буду оплачивать этот завтрак... Я напомнила сотруднику, что у отеля мой депозит в 500 евро и ему не за что переживать, завтрак в любом случае будет оплачен. Сотрудник оставил чек и удалился. Я на всякий случай сразу подписала чек и лично отнесла и вручила этот чек сотруднику, чтобы наконец-то начать свой завтрак, так как ещё раз видеть его у нашего стола мне не хотелось. На мой взгляд, персонал отеля с вывеской в 5 звёзд, должен понимать, что такое сервис, чистое бельё каждый день, профессиональная уборка без оставления в номере грязных тряпок итд.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
