Pésimo

Nada.

El agua fría casi no sale, mi mujer casi no se puede ni pintar, poquísima luz en el aseo, cama colchón muy muy blando, habitación minúscula. No puedes regular la calefacción (excesiva). No volveré. Un desastre

Agradable, pero sin visibilidad en el baño.

La limpieza, la ubicación y el estilo de la decoración.

No había iluminación en el baño. No se veía prácticamente nada. El espejo de aumento del baño no estaba bien anclado a la pared y no se podía utilizar. Nadie lo arregló durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches.

Very good

The reception staff is excellent and tries to help in all situations. The hotel is close to the Metro and you can walk to the city centre.

It's a little bit expensive.

comfy bed

The air con, WiFi didn’t work and then no water for 2 days. Management left it up to one young new staff member to deal with very upset clients. very poor for a hotel that isn’t cheap. would not recommend as they clearly don’t care when something goes wrong. we have still not heard back about a refund either.

the hotel is in a great location, but you could probably get better service for your money elsewhere.

Good location

Overpriced, air con did not work in the room which made it extremely difficult to sleep at night in the heat. staff did not know how to fix the problem. The staff were not overly helpful.

Staff, location and breakfast

Our room 208 was right beside the elevator and very noisy. I and my husband could not sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there as we could hear people walking around and the elevator moving all night. Not to mention the loud noise coming from the shower tubes when the person in the room beside ours was having a shower at 6 in the morning.

It was okay. Friendly staff.

I liked the location, the view from our room and that the staff was easy to reach when needed.

The bed was too firm. Right sink drain and shower didn't drain fast enough to keep up with water flow. Ended up standing in a little bit of standing water. Those we're just a little annoying. The inability to latch the shutters open led to them slamming when the wind picked up in the middle of the night during our stay.

Welcoming staff at a comfortable hotel (especially the bed) with an excellent breakfast.

The furniture and fittings were a little bit tired, but don't let that put you off.

Great value for money in Madrid

Comfy bed, aircon, great location especially if you want to enjoy Madrid whilst getting out of the most touristic streets, great value for money!

Not much, coffee/tea station in the bedroom could be added but all in all a great place to stay.
