Comoda struttura di passaggio, per chi transita nei pressi di Firenze è ben posizionata.

La posizione per chi viaggia in macchia, il parcheggio disponibile davanti al B&B

Non c’è stato alcun contatto umano, e a parte due capsule per il caffè nulla di più. Sarebbe sempre carino che i B&B possano fornire qualcosa per colazione, anche solo come accoglienza.

La stanza grande, il letto comodo, la posizione molto vicina a dove si trovava il mio impegno di lavoro.

La pulizia da rivedere (ho trovato dei capelli in bagno e sui cuscini e molta polvere); il bagno molto spartano; la macchina del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti non funzionava. In generale il rapporto qualità - prezzo non molto alto.

La stanza era esattamente come in foto, molto pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, inoltre anche se il personale agiva da remoto è stato facile contattarlo e interagire con tempistiche brevi

La sconsiglio per chi non ha un mezzo proprio di locomozione o vuole soggiornare al centro. Le scale per salire sono strette e ripide, però c’è a disposizione una struttura per i disabili, inoltre la stanza da noi scelta è una mansarda, non adatta a chi supera il metro e 80 di statura 😂

Buen alojamiento en las afueras de Florencia

Habitación muy cómoda y limpia y hacían la puesta a punto de la habitación todo los días, igual que un hotel. Además tenían el detalle de regalarte cápsulas de café.

Quizás la única pega es que no está cerca de Florencia (media hora en coche al centro) y no es que esté especialmente comunicado en transporte público. Si no vas en coche, quizás no es el hotel más indicado.

エアコン、専用バスルーム、寝心地のいい大きなベッド。共用スペースに電子レンジと大きな冷蔵庫とエスプレッソ・マシンがあります。冷蔵庫にはドリンクやチーズや果物を保管しておくことができます。滞在中は部屋の清掃はありませんが、追加のコーヒーや追加のタオルなどがほしければ、随時リクエストすれば届けてもらえます。　場所は、フィレンツェまで30分のプラートという街（フィレンツェのプラート門とは違います）。プラートの旧市街地からは徒歩30分ほどの住宅地で、近くにレストランはありませんが、徒歩３分のところに超大型スーパーがあり、対面販売のお惣菜は、なかなかおいしいです。このエリアはフィレンツェ市内に泊まるより安く、下の「第三の方法」を使うと最短約40分で市街地に行くことができるので、非常におすすめです。フィレンツェと宿の間の移動方法は3通り。第一は、フィレンツェ中央駅（S.M.N駅）からは、鉄道でPrato Centrale駅まで出て“2+”バスに乗ってFiorentina 1下車、徒歩1分。Prato Centrale駅にはバスの案内所やチケット売り場がありますから心配ありません。第二は、Prato Porta al Serraglio駅から”2+”またはR1バスに乗ってFiorentina 1下車、そこから徒歩1分。ただ、Prato Porta al Serraglio駅は、プラート旧市街の遺跡には近いのですが駅前には何もないので、駅前の通りを歩いて市街地に入り、タバコ屋を探してバスチケットを買う必要があります。（フィレンツェには、バスと電車Trenitaliaの共通チケットというものはありません。）第三は、フィレンツェ中央駅から徒歩８分の「プラート門」の横のT1 Porta Al Prato Leopoldaという停留所からR1という郊外行きバス（Pratoと書いてある青いバス）に乗って30分、Fiorentina 4で下車、徒歩3分。ここから徒歩2分。鉄道よりはるかに速く楽です。チケットは、少しわかりにくいかもしれませんがフィレンツェ中央駅の左右の出口近くに「バス・トラムのチケット」の自販機があり、そこでSub-urbanを選び、Pratoと入力して2.9ユーロを払えばOKです。バス車内でチケットを買うことはできません。R1バスは、平日はプラートからフィレンツェに通勤する人たちのために1時間に3本くらい出ています。土日は1時間に1本ですが、時間に正確で安心。Google Map通りの時間に来ます。鉄道とバスを乗り継ぐよりずっと便利です。プラートの観光もおすすめです。徒歩で半日もあれば見て回れる小さな街ですが、興味深い遺跡が残り、すばらしいです。プラートの旧市街にはツーリスト・インフォメーションがあり、観光客でいっぱいのフィレンツェよりもずっと丁寧に、地図に沿って見どころを解説してくれます。日曜日にも開いているレストランもあり、フィレンツェとは比べ物にならないほどゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができます。この宿からプラートの中心地まで歩くと30分弱、“2+”などのバスを利用するなら10分程度です。

バスでの行き方、チケットの買い方などを事前に教えていただければ、よりありがたいと思いました。多くの宿泊客は車で来ているようでしたが…。

I have stayed there now twice and I would go back. Exceptional clean. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Coffee machine. microwave and fridge. staff very helpful and friendly. every time I am in the area will book here. Shower gel provided.

In general, I enjoyed my stay. I think it is great for solo travelers and very affordable in price.

It was affordable and clean! Private bathroom! Also there was a cafe machine and refrigerator in the common area with small cups and suger for cafe. A small vending machine in the entrance! There is a very big mall right in front of the properties with pharmacy, cold food and cafeteria.

It is close to a big street so you can hear cars all the time! Also, there is not any elevators and you need to take stairs. That would be nice if they provide some forks and spoons! half an hour far from city center. No kitchen for cooking!

Bad

Felt really insecure. We travelled with our child, the door couldn't be locked. The key was malfunctional. We moved some furniture towards the door side to secure ourselves. Everything else about the place was satisfactory.

Perfect for its value

The location was pretty far to walk from the train station, but very accessible if you take the bus. There is little to do around the areas though. The room was super nice, as was the owner, my bed smells good and very comfy

Nice room for one person with private bathroom and a small balcony

It was very noisy, the room is in front of a very busy street. Also there is no fridge in the room but there is a shared one at the hall. And the mattress is uncomfortable.

Excellent location, near the highway exit. Check in and Check out very easy.

Not so clean. I found hairs (short&black) in the shower and in the bedding... Maybe normally, I wouldn't have been so careful, but traveling with a two-year-old child, cleanliness is essential.

This accoomodation is a joke.

This accommodation is a joke. The room was overall dirty, a lot of dust everywhere. Bed linen was in a strange dark color and it does not give us the feeling that is clean. We have sleept all the nights with the towel over the pillow. Poor quality of the windows joinery, and because the property is right beside the highway, you can easily hear all the cars from the outside. It was a nightmare to sleep there.
