Great location but not set up for long stays

The studio apartment is in the heart of the old city but tucked away from the street noise that can be loud late into the night with outside dining. If travelling to the Monash Prato Centre, the location is perfect. There is a lift to get luggage upstairs, a washing machine in the apartment and a dedicated dryer just outside the room. Only one key is provided but there is a coded entry at street level and each apartment has a lock box for the key if guests need to go in separate directions.

The apartment was not well set up for a 12 night stay and did not match the advertised photo with no couch provided leaving us to use the bed or dining chairs when at home. There is plenty of room, and a strange choice to provide a 6 seat dining table in a studio apartment designed for no more than 2 people. The crockery supplies were also very limited with only 2 of everything making the large table redundant. We were not provided with basic essentials such as a kitchen sink plug and dishwashing liquid - we had to use the large pasta pot as the sink within the sink and purchase dish liquid to clean up after meals. We were provided two very flat and well worn pillows and it took 3 days and many follow up reminders to get them replaced along with some additional towels to dry dishes. A mid-stay linen change was not provided for the 12 day booking, and despite multiple requests for clean linen and agreement, nothing was received. Were we expected to wash our own items, this should have been made clear and detergent provided.

Perfect comonication.

I liked the kitchen, dishes, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, tasteful and beautiful apartment, washing machine, bathroom.

on the first day, the apartment was cold, the floors were cold, we didn't have slippers with us. The hospitality could have been a hanger for outerwear and a shelf for outdoor shoes.

Much cheaper and more comfortable than in Florence plus excellent accessibility to Florence!

Spacious, light, modern studio with a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen! walking distance - 10-15 min to the train station (20min to Florence) and the Prato historical center.

Soft and creaky mattress, sleeping is not very comfortable. The bathroom has an uncomfortable sink, there is no shelf for cosmetics and even a place for soap and toothbrushes!

My recommendation is not to book here!

Just your location

No Romantic and no Luxury apartment. It's very small, specially the shower were it's impossible to move. The description says that there is a sofa bed, but not that it is the only bed in the apartment. I have my back broken after sleeping here! Dirty and smelly kitchen utensils and tools. We didn't see the host at all. Upon our arrival, it was difficult to find the apartment, and to be able to access it. Honestly, very bad experience.

Good position, easy check-in and check-out

Very uncomfortable sofa-bed, we couldnt even sleep those 2 nights. The sofa-bed wasnt made so first thing we noticed when making the bed was dirty mattress! Bathroom wasnt clean enough. Neighborhood was loud/noisy.

Best time in Prato

The host is really nice and helpful! The dates of my trip has some slight changes due to flight cancellations, Stefano was willing to refund me the night that I didn't stay, also sorted the extra nights so to avoid the extra cleaning fees (if I make a new booking online). The location is great, very convenient, near to the station and many nice restaurants (and gelato of cos!)
