Exceptional

Beach and markets is very close only few minutes, and Maria is always ready for any support . It was a very quite and calm place for vacation The Wi-fi is very strong. Very clean and kitchen is full equiped and have adapters for EU devices.

It was very dark at night so it needs more lights outside in all complex of apartments. Need electrical conection in bathroom and near mirror.

Great Apartment with everything you need

We loved this apartment in Nissi beach. Short walk through an alleyway near the pool and you are on the main Street from which you can get to the beach or restaurants and shops etc. Maria was very helpful and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed. The wifi was great, I had a zoom call with my supervisor in UK and it went great. But the real test was the fact I could play Fortnite with no lag!

Maria was very helpful, location was very good and neighbourhood was quiet. It seems a bit dangerous because of the lack of lighting outside, but if you have a child who sleeps during the day its perfect

My perfect Hollyday:)

I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a pleasant, relaxing accommodation. The apartments are well laid out, spacious, tastefully designed and well equipped. The pool is nice and clean. Maria was at our disposal in everything, a fantastic leader. Everything is close, beach, restaurants, shopping places only a 5-minute walk away. I especially liked the parking lot because I could always stop in a cool place. Thank you very much for my wonderful holiday here, we will definitely be back.:) Melinda and Adam

Perfect, spacious apartments near Nissi Beach

Everything was perfect! Spacious apartment 5 minutes walk from Nissi beach. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. The sun umbrella was in the closet so I could take it to the beach.

I definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area just a few steps from the wonderful beach, shops and restaurants. Maria is very helpful and contact with her is immediate. Transfer from the airport is a very good option.

Wonderful time spent with family

We liked the equipment of the apartment the most. The kitchen is really equipped almost as if you were at home which is the first time we have experienced. In addition to our utensils and kitchen appliances, we could also find social games and beach rackets. While other apartments offer the Netflix service do not give their account, we used Maria account because we have not made our own yet. Another thing that made us happy was the covered parking (under the construction of the building) in front of the apartment door. It is very practical when you have a lot of luggage but it is also convenient due to the great heat in summer in Cyprus. Certainly is much more comfortable when you sit in a car that has been in the shade. The third thing is the environment of the building which is arranged, palm trees and other Mediterranean planted, which especially by the pool make a pleasant and peaceful environment. If you do not have noisy neighbors in other neighboring apartments, you will be able to enjoy the peace. For me and my family personally, the most beautiful Nissi beach is only a 10 minute walk away. You don't need a car. I can also say that in this price range this apartment is definitely the best we have used so far.

Very cosy and quiet place. Good support from the stuff.

Probably not so fresh, a lot of things need to be repaired. Air condition works only for limited time, so in case you want to have in turned on during the night, it requires you to wake up a few times during the night.

3 weeks stay

It is exactly 5 min on foot to Nissi beach. It os a ground floor apartment with a huge balcony. It has everything you need ever for a longer stays. Bakery and Supermarket are 1 min away. Veru close to the beach and in the same time you cannot hear any noise.

Nice appartments

Maria is a very good host! One day the internet speed became low, she updated the internet plan next day for us. Also she was always interested about our stay, whether we need something or not. Absolutely can recommend this place to stay and can approve high rating on booking!

Perfect for a small family with a car

Everything you need to live, cook, wash. A big terrace, a clean swimming pool. Very qiuet, also possible without a car, but not that convenient.
