CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Fantastic condo. We enjoyed our time immensely. Two things, DO NOT leave any belongings on the beach after 5. All of our chairs, wagon, skim boards, boogie boards, sun lotion, towels, snacks, kites—everything was taken while we hunted crabs around 9:00 PM. There is no recovery from the city. Also, the dryer takes HOURS to dry .

Our Condo was amazing! We got moved from the 6th floor to the 9th floor about 4 or more months before our trip. We were Ok with this because we prefer higher floors for the view. Turns out this put us on a corner unit also which was very nice and spacious. The owners also told us about a month before hand that the HOA decided to begin construction, but it would only be on the building next to us. They said the pools could be closed but they gave us a discount and the option for a full refund. We decided to stay and I am so glad we did. The construction workers only worked from 8am to 5pm. For the most part we were at the beach and it didn’t affect us. Even with the construction about 25 feet away on the side of the building closest to us we could only hear it while on the balcony. The condo was very sound proof, I wasn’t expecting that. As far as the condo goes. It had a cracked toilet which was replaced the next day and everything else was amazing! I would definitely go back and the staff was very friendly and upfront during everything!

As always, OB doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful beach & clean building. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. My only complaint are the beds ARE NOT comfortable! Was hoping after 2 years they would’ve replaced the mattresses. Noticed under one of the beds the middle brace was busted. Could explain a lot. Suggestions on restaurants.. GT’s on the bay is a MUST! Doc’s is always on the list. Cya next year OB!

Perfect low key Spring Break option for our little family. Condo itself was more than we needed, but very nice. Facilities were smaller than some of the bigger complexes, which we loved! Plenty of parking easy beach access and indoor pool. Location was convenient to everything!

This place is very roomy and it is so clean. As for the property it is well kept and you have easy access to the beach. One complaint is that residents with no handicap signs took up all of the handicap parking spots. I had to look hard to find anything wrong with this condo. I finally found it on the last day. The outlet covers need to be painted or replaced 😀

If you want simple, yet beautiful, comfortable, serene, and relaxing, this is the place! The condo is nicely decorated without overdoing it. We had 6 adults and 2 children and finding this place with 2 queen beds and 2 king beds is hard to find, so I was thrilled to find this. And it did not disappoint us in anyway! The view of the beach is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and the AC worked great!! What more could you ask for? This will definitely be where we stay next time we go!!

Perfect!

This was a great location, and we had the best time! We had four adults, two children, and a baby, and we all loved it. The beds and bedding were comfortable (no cheap microfiber sheets!), there was enough space, plenty of utensils, dishes, and small appliances, and somehow even the tiny I’ve maker kept up with all of us, including dumping some into a small ice chest every morning. Communication was great as well, and the text line was always answered quickly. Thank you for a great time!

We liked this place very much! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony! The balcony is a nice size for sitting on to relax or eat dinner. Great location to some wonderful restaurants (The Gulf, Luna's and Cobalt). Also only 10 minutes from the Gulf State Park. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. We loved having a door code; so much easier than keys or key cards. The only thing negative thing I can say is that a person from the management company stopped in on 3 occasions of our 1 week stay. One of the occasions, our 17 year old daughter was in the condo alone, which made us uncomfortable. They stopped by the first day to change a furnace filter- understandable. But then someone stopped by the following 2 days stating they needed to change batteries in our tv remote control (we had not called about this). It felt like a bit of an invasion of our privacy at that point. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about this property!

We were very impressed with the condo we had. It was so nice and clean. Perfect view and such a nice atmosphere. When we arrived, we were searching for our building so we asked someone for help. She showed us where it was and also informed us there was some construction going on there as well. We did find that out the next morning and the mornings to follow while we stayed. They started working around 8 am every morning drilling and hammering. Luckily we made some breakfast and headed out a few hours after they would start. But it lasted all day, everyday. We still had a great visit though! Our kiddos loved the heated pool as well.

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony that faces the beach and it has comfortable furniture. One or more of us were out there when we were home. The beach is a sugar sand beach, beautiful but some days in February were too cold to go down to the water. Would come again to this place and stay longer.

Great family vacation spot. We had a great time and enjoyed the location and the views. The condo was beautiful. The balcony is fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Security is not in the office consistently. That made getting parking passes for our friend difficult. Then when they did show up they had his car towed! It would have been a perfect trip outside of this.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and nice and the balcony is big and comfortable! The location is wonderful and the on site security was very helpful when we needed to contact them. The ladies available for contact during our stay were all so helpful and kind! We've been coming to the area for years and this was by far the best stay yet. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but we were lucky enough to have good weather most of the week. We just took it as a sign that they cared enough to make improvements! We absolutely will be staying here again. Or booking through this company! Never more grateful!
