Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε φούρνο, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, κτλ. Ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο με καλές παροχές. Διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξαιρετικός κ κατατοπιστικός να ενημερώσει για το οτιδηποτε.

Το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό. Δεν υπάρχει ανσανσερ κ το δωμάτιο είναι στον πρώτο όροφο.

incredible. couldn’t believe the space, quality, facilities and hosts especially for the price

the property was amazing. the room was clean and spacious with a lovely en suite and a balcony to drink coffee on and enjoy the sun. the hosts Luca and Barbara were just so welcoming and friendly. they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and knew where everything was. I would stay there any time and would wholeheartedly recommend Baldacci B and B to anyone staying in Pescara. wonderful place and hosts.

The room and the facilities were really excellent and the hosts were super friendly, and helpful. They even called a restaurant for me to book a table.

comfortable and cool stay on a hot evening

We stopped overnight and had an excellent evening here. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. The room has been beautifully designed by Luca, who reserved a table for us at a restaurant just 5 minutes away. We were able to park inside the gated car park, belonging to the home. We walked down to the seafront through a residential area, which took us about 25 minutes.

Luca gave us a ticket to have breakfast in the local bar (coffee and cornetti) just 5 minutes away. This was perfect for us but other travellers may be expecting breakfast onsite. (A shared kitchen with fridge and cereals etc was available)

Everything was perfect. Clean, relaxing, had all you need, safe parking, really friendly owner. we couldn’t have asked for more.

You have to walk a little bit to get to the city Center, but Pescara is a really nice city and it wasn’t that much of a problem.

Beautifully designed place, clean and friendly. Current rating says it all. It is located closer to the airport than city centre but there is a bus service to the town (irregular). Nearby there is a superb restaurant with all the local specialties - must try. Luca is an amazing host. After check out we were allowed to keep our luggage till late afternoon and then he drove us to the airport. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. Luca, grazie per la tua grande ospitalità!

Stuff is extremely nice and helpful! Rooms are big and clean. Really nice and well equipped kitchen. B&B is located not that close to city center. But in 5 minutes with train station which was really convenient.

Ideal location to visit Pescara, with secure parking and a short drive to the centre.

The hosts were extremely helpful and kind, Luca walked me to the closest restaurant around the corner when I asked where it was. The room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was perfect. I could not fault this place in any way.

The B&B just opened just a few weeks ago and probably we were the first non-Italian guests. Everything was very clean and you could see that the owner put a lot of effort in it. Parking on the premises with an electronic gate was very convenient.

Communication was a bit difficult at the beginning because the owner doesn’t speak any English and his wife was away. Once she returned it became easier. However, there were a few misunderstandings regarding the breakfast buffet/a-la-carte breakfast and the use of the kitchen. It was advertised as a shared kitchen but the owners didn’t want us to use it (apart from an allocated place in the fridge). But I think they are going to change advertising things accordingly. The B&B is located in a residential area and public transport is a bit tricky, having your own car is recommended.
