We rent by the week, SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
1-bedroom condo with queen! Sofa bed in living room. We also have an Aero bed in closet! TV in Bedroom which plays DVD and Amazon Prime, Netfix! TV in Living Room with Spectrum! Sleeps One to four people only. Coverlet changed after each guest. Pool, short 10 minute walk to beach!! Trolley Stop in front of Condo. Located on Route 1 at the Ocean Towers Condominium Complex. Linens, bath towels, all the comforts of home.
You do not need to drive around in this busy resort town! The condo is on the lower level. Free parking! Coin operated Laundry on Site! Easy way to keep up on laundry! I clean the condo myself after each guest, NO cleaning fee!! Can't beat that! Stay cool with 2 air conditioners on those hot summer nights!

Richard’s place is clean and well equipped. We have stayed in a few of the units at Ocean Towers and this one, without question, is the best. The pool area is quiet and spotless. The unit is close enough to the beautiful beach and great restaurants to be able to walk to either. Without question, we will be back!

We rented this lovely condo again this year. It is spotless and tastefully decorated. Rich is a wonderful, generous host, providing us with water and a lovely bowl of fresh fruit. The location and facilities are ideal. We loved all the new upgrades and can not wait to return next year! Thank you!

The condo is very well arranged with all you need for a relaxing home away from home. It’s an easy walk to Ogunquit center, Ogunquit Beach, and the Marginal Way on nice sidewalks. With plenty of restaurants to pick from.

We’ve returned to Ocean Towers four times and this unit twice. The condo grounds and this particular unit is very well maintained and very clean. It had everything we needed during our week stay, Richard has thought of everything. Close to downtown and the beach, we all love it so much! Thank you for taking such good care of your renters.

The condo was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay in Ogunquit. The pool outside was wonderful. The location was awesome being able to walk to the beach, Marginal Way, and the downtown area. There is so much to do in this lively and lovely town. We had a wonderful vacation.

We rented the condo at the end of June. The condo is tastefully furnished and decorated, cozy and spotless. Everything you need for a vacation is in the condo. The trays, plastic dinnerware and glasses were a bonus for the pool area! On site laundry is so handy. Our host was extremely responsive before arrival and so generous. We were welcomed with a lovely note, fresh fruit and refrigerated water. You can not beat the location as you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quietness of the complex, sitting outside our door with morning coffee and peacefulness of pool area after the beach. Thanks, Rich.

It was easy to work with Richard, he answered texts quickly. His condo was clean, quiet, and well-stocked. It also felt very roomy despite its size. The beach was a short 10 minute walk as well as the Marginal Way, local shoppes, and numerous restaurants. I used my car once only to pick up groceries, about 10 minutes down the road. Highly recommend!

Kitchen nicely stocked. Electric oven is great for reheating/cooking food; quiet and respectful neighbors. Laundry area is clean and convenient. Fruit bowl and water definitely a pleasant surprise! TV remotes challenging but I am not an electronic geek!

My husband and I stayed at Rich,s condo for a fall vacation. We found it to be very comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The property and the surrounding town were quiet during my stay in late October. Even off season, Friday night through Sunday, the town was full of regional tourists (mostly in small family groups) who came from within fifty miles of the location (my non-scientific estimate). The property was one bedroom. I was alone during my stay. As a senior, I would have never considered staying during the summer tourist season. This property was located in a group of several dozen units with a pool. Three of four units were occupied during my stay. I was on a working vacation where solitude was essential. I was pleased with my stay.

This was a super vacation stay Everything was perfect, the condo had everything one could ask for. Richard made us feel welcome with some lovely treats. The location was super for us to visit other areas as well as Ogunquit. Hope to repeat our stay in the future

My parents and I stayed in Rich's condo for the first time this Summer and it will certainly not be the last! Rich was so communicative throughout the pre-arrival process and very quickly answered the few questions I had during our stay. The condo is in the perfect location - walkable to both Footbridge and Ogunquit beach as well as downtown, but being just far enough away to not get stuck in the Summer traffic! The condo was extremely clean and had all kinds of extras for us to use (coffee, tons of towels/linens/ even laundry detergent!). I highly recommend Rich's condo in Ogunquit! You cant beat the price, location, cleanliness, or check-in time that Rich generously provides!

My husband and I stayed with our 7yo son. He loved sleeping on the pull out couch and the pool. It was just what we needed for the week. Rich was very responsive. Any time I had a question he answered within minutes. It was also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We wouldn't have had to drive anywhere if we didn't want to. We had a great stay!

The whole process of working with Rich was effortless from beginning to end. The condo has all you need, including easy access with a keypad (no lost keys!) and easy parking with a pass. I was lucky enough to have great / warm weather - the pool was refreshing and walk to the beach was an easy 10-15 mins. I have stayed in Ogunquit and other Maine towns before and this was one of my favorite trips! Also, I traveled solo and felt very safe staying here. I look forward to returning!

The condo is perfect for a beach getaway. It’s a large one bedroom that is perfect for a couple but could accommodate 3/4 people easily. The pool area was nice if you didn’t want to go to the beach. The beach is an easy walk carrying a chair and umbrella so you don’t have to worry about parking which always fills up early. There are great restaurants and ice cream two minutes from the place and the town center is less than a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved it. It was clean, adorable and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Steps to the lovely pool and grounds. Short walk to the beach. close to many good restaurants. Cannot wait to return. Communicating with Richard, the property manager was excellent.

The condo was immaculate. Rich had loads of spices water shampoo books and games. We would recommend this condo to everyone. Richard is so very generous A plus plus and my husband and I travel all the time this is one of the BEST ever

It’s been years since we vacationed in Maine, I’m glad we ended up going back. The condo is exactly as it is pictured. Clean, comfortable and many amenities. Rich was always quick to respond with any questions I had before our stay. We really didn’t need to use our car for anything in Ogunquit. The condo is a mile to Footbridge Beach (the nicer beach IMO) or Ogunquit Beach. It’s only about a half mile walk into town and under a mile to the Marginal Way. We really enjoyed our stay and do plan on going back. Thanks Rich!
