Solide, gepflegte Unterkunft in guter Lage

Tolle Lage - man kommt mit der U-Bahn in 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt (Linie C).

Parkgebühr 21 EUR ist sehr teuer

Pleasant stay in Prague

Rooms were well equipped and clean with comfortable bed, it has offered all we needed for our stay. Location was good, it was close to Metro C station so we could reach city center quickly (13 minutes). It was great that there was a possibility to do an online pre-checkin, it saved time when we entered in the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

A bit crowded elevators, at peak period (morning, evening), we had to use stairs instead.

Snidane velmi různorodá

Vyjezdova brána nikdy na naše auto nefungovala. Pokaždé jsme si museli vyzvednout nový parkovací lístek.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food in hotel restaurant was tasty. Bar and coffee facilities were good and good size seating area to accommodate customers.Aymen and Chris from the restaurant staff took good care of us.

Beautiful hotel with very luxury feel. Personnel was amazing, rooms were super nice and overall the hotel was very impressive. It highly exceeded my expectations.

The door was a bit thin, so sometimes you could hear people passing by to the elevator. But this was not a big deal.

Nice hotel, close to metro, great breakfast but a little overpriced if I consider the shortcomings.

Liked the view, brightness of the room, breakfast selection and quality. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Closeness of underground station.

Since having a hospitality background I have to mention things that need to be improved. Shower leakage, missing towels that were not added even the next day. Most of staff was not professional, did not seem very happy. Few smiles. Very long waiting for check in.

Great hotel on the edge of the city

Very nice and cozy rooms with modern amenities. Calm surroundings in a family-friendly neighborhood. Not in the city center, but the subway station is very close and can get you to the main station in 15 minutes.

Most of the staff were foreigners and did not speak Czech, but English worked fine enough.

It wasn’t a spare at the end , next time another place to stay

I had a bathtub in my room which was pleasant

It seems to be a nice price for the accomodation, but at the end it’s maybe more expensive than some better hotels…The location isn’t very good and for parking (from about 6p.m. to 9 a.m.) I paid 650 CZK ..the breakfast was quite bad also, ..poor and the eggs were disgusting…the breakfast room was also extremely busy, so it was difficult to find a spot to sit ..the room wasn’t very comfortable neither..the bed was small and the mattress too soft …the staff could be more friendly :/

Comfortable hotel - next to a metro station - friendly staff

The hotel is quite big, but the rooms are quiet. Located outside the city center but just next to the Metro station (3 min) - very comfortable, you can reach the city, the old town or the main railway station in 15 minutes. Breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m. which is nice. The reception stuff is very helpful - immediately solved any problems or questions.

Our door needed fixing 2 times during our stay (the automatic lock didn't want to work), but the staff helped us very quickly. There are only two elevators in each half of the hotel which turns out to be too little - sometimes it was no problem and sometimes we needed to wait 5-10 minutes for our turn.

Superb

Normally I don't prefer big hôtels, but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet and comfortable the room was. Staff was very professional. Even breakfast (which was great) was very well organized although it was crowded.
