Budget accommodatie met alles self - service. Voor alleen prima en niets eisend maar als je iets meer wilt dan verder ki

Bungalow was prima en zwembad was ook goed

- zoektocht naar juiste bungalow. Park is opgedeeld in meerdere delen maar in elk deel zijn dezelfde huisnummers. Het is zoeken naar jouw bungalow - receptie dicht om 07:00 om uit te checken. Geen info waar sleutel te laten. Dan maar in de brievenbus (?€ - 1 handdoek, waarmee je alles moest doen. Geen aparte douche handdoek en toilethanddoek. 1 toiletrol voor de hele week. Alles self-service , opzich prima maar geef op zijn minst een douche handdoek én toilethanddoek. Heb zelf een toilethanddoek moeten kopen

NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Durante mi estancia tuve multiples problemas y no me solucionaron ni uno: Dia 1: llegué y habían dejado la basura de varios días en el apartamento. Tuve que llamar a limpiar y recogieron, pero no vi a nadie con productos limpiando. Pedí que me cambiaran de bungalow porque no me sentía cómoda y no me hicieron caso. Día 2: ¡Me entraron a robar dentro del apartamento y estando yo dentro! Tuve que ir a la policía a denunciar y entregar los papeles en la oficina, pero aún sigo esperando a que alguien me contacte. No hay vigilancia ni hay cámaras. Por lo que nadie me puede solucionar nada. Dia 3: Se quema la cocina. Nos dijeron que comiéramos fuera y que sin problema trajéramos los tickets. Al día siguiente, cuando fui a entregar los tickets me dieron 60 euros (20 euros por persona) porque, por lo visto, es lo que cubre el seguro ¿Quién come un día completo por 60 euros?! En resumen, un viaje nefasto, me pegué todo el viaje en la oficina y sin solución, las piscinas sucias, gente de fuera entraba sin control y no respetaban las normas, cero vigilancia... un lugar para NO VOLVER JAMAS! NO LO RECOMIENDO NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO

Creo que acabo antes comentado lo que me gustó que fue: la cordialidad del chico de la oficina (que no sabía donde meterse), de los camareros (MASCULINOS) de la cocina, porque la camarera estaba super agobiada y hasta me habló mal porque fui a comer a la hora establecida y me dijo literal "que no le dábamos tiempo para limpiar". En general todo MUY desastroso, falta de seguridad, falta de limpieza, muchas cosas rotas...

4th time here they are great value Only yards from supermarket Hippo not cheapest Selection of bars ie Zanebar / Mollys Irish bar Chinese and Indian restaurants plus cors bar Only €3 to euro spar supermarket cheap

Showers by pool need attention other than them it's value for money

Keep away from Bungalows Castillo Beach

Very dated, in bad need of refurbishment, walls need washing as remains of squashed bugs and cock roaches are plain to see, We had no kettle or toaster when we arrived, only one knife, one spoon, one coat hanger, bath was rusty and someone had painted over it, toilet was cracked, only one toilet roll and when you need another you have to go to reception and ask for one, they don't always have them, unfriendly staff and not helpful, No handy man on site at night, our cooker and microwave went off and I had to find fuse box and fix it myself, reception didn't even come and look at it, All in all the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely fabulous value for money

The price was superb, we had two separate bathrooms as well as two bedrooms..there was a proper oven, coffee maker, kettle toaster plates cups cutlery even a corkscrew. The terrace had full sun in the morning and was screened from neighbours. sun and a sea view.. it was fab. oh and it was super clean

It seems the review will put the negatives first, so i just want to start by saying... it was really good.. see the good section below...and my negatives really are just me being fussy and highlighting things that could be solved... The beds and sofa were not as comfortable as they could be, but again at that price, who cares.. I would have liked things to cook with and bigger mugs. There were only two saucepans, and neither of them could go in the oven. But I think I am unusual in my love of cooking, and this is just me being fussy. The bathroom floor and the bath itself was very slippy, and my dad actually had a fall.. and so non-stick bath mats would have been very useful both in the bath and for the floor.. but I would definitely return as we had never had such a great deal

The cost of bungalow was very good value .I probably would not want to pay a lot more for these .If people are expecting the Ritz then pay more .

Other than reception we did not see any staff But I didn't expect to much as the bungalow was great value for money.

Bungalows Castillo Beach

There was nothing to like about these bungalows

They were very outdated, back in 1970 they probably would of been the place to stay. The bed springs poked through the mattress when you turned during the night its was squeaky followed by springs. Waited 2 days for a kettle. Toilet flusher broke, paint peeling off the walls. Furniture from the 1970s avoid these bungalows. Up 3 long hills no entertainment around much apart from a few pubs so you had to walk into town which is about 25 minute walk Just avoid these

very agreeable

Third visit love the location and facilities very quiet. Not suitable for those with mobility problems but great for those who enjoy a walk into town with scenic views . Close to the market and bus station. Shops bars restaurant and evening entertainment close by but far away enough not to disturb your peace. On a steep hill but not all the way up and only a short taxi ride from town if the incline bothers you. Easy going down so why not stroll down in the morning get a taxi back up and dine locally in the evening Several pools on site.

Reception understaffed but still helpful. At this time of the year not 24 hours which potentially could be awkward ie having to phone someone on your mobile if arriving late or putting you keys in a letter box before 8am.

everything poor hygiene wee on the mattress room stunk off dry wee every time we put a plug in if tripped the mains in the bungalow we asked the staff to help us out and go no help at all my girl friend is pregnant and was being sick because off the smell off dry wee in thd room we later decovered it came from thd mattress cause if had all dry wee stains onit

Pool and relaxing

Rude receptionist left us wait near 4hrs for 2 rooms. We sat in reception area while bus load came at 3pm and all allowed check in and given rooms. All looked spanish... place wasnt cleaned once rooms are tiny stayed 7 days and no clean towels or sheets
