Apartamento limpio pero necesitado de una reforma, poco acogedor y camas incómodas.

Está bien ubicado y la zona es tranquila. El cuarto de baño parecía nuevo funcionaba todo. Es lo mejor del apartamento

La cocina se ve vieja, la puerta del apartamento no encaja en el marco quedando una esquina del marco descubierta, como si la puerta estuviera torcida. Las camas son bajitas y los colchones muy blanditos y no muy cómodos. Se escuchan ruidos de los apartamentos colindantes al igual que se cuelan los olores de los vecinos.

Muy adecuado para ir con niños pequeños

Lo que me gustó más es que las ventanas tenían persianas, lo que permitió que mis hijas no se despertaran muy pronto por la mañana y todos pudiéramos decansar más. Además el apartamento tenía todas las necesidades cubiertas.

Faltaba una toalla para los pies en la ducha, y el apartamento era viejito, así como los muebles.

Very nice place, great location. Need to improve the air conditioning and batthroom leaks,

Loved the location and the builing. It is very central yet very quiet. Loads of places to eat and shop. They have a friendly staff at the lobby 24 hours a day and can leave luggage with them if necessary.

The air conditioning and venting is really bad. Summer is very hot in Madrid and this apartment has only on small AC unit, very noisy unit in the living soom and no air con in the bedroom which makes it impossible to sleep. It is either to sleep with the very noisy air unit or with the heat. Very unconfortable. Also, toilet leaks all day, and is very anoying specially at night as the bathroom is in the bedtroom

Great for a city break. Clean, comfortable and close to all necessary facilities.

Apartment was clean, bright and central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Totally exceeded my expectations as very good value along with very good location and facilities. Would highly recommend.

I liked everything about our stay in Goya 75.

Fantastic Location

The location was fantastic... It was really easy to get to other parts of Madrid's centre either by walking or catching the metro. The apartment was great value for money and I didn't mind that the furnishings were a bit dated.

Overall I was really happy with the apartment, especially because it was great value for the location, but it would have been even better if they had a kettle in the kitchenette.

It was good value for money, and better overall than I'd expected.

The apartment was much quieter than I'd expected, a real bonus in such a central place in Madrid. Also, it was spotlessly clean which I had been worried about seeing other reviews, but it was great and there was daily maid service.

The "hot" water was never more than lukewarm.

very good location and bed and room ok but only the poor cleaning and find full of Dust

kitchen there is only one old frying pan and small pot no toaster no kettle

Outdated rooms. Old furniture and weird layout. They need an upgrade very badly.

Disappointing

It is almost impossible to have a shower. The water comes with very little pressure. We were on the 6th floor. The staff while very nice and friendly told us that nothing can done.

Location and price.

There was no hairdryer in the room. Despite being an appartment building, if you offer a one-night stay service, I think the place should provide basic comfort services like this.
