Beautiful hotel and amazing service in a great location.

Beautiful hotel that is located in an absolutely perfect location - right in the heart of everything going on in Fira, but still nice and quiet at night. Staff was wonderful as well, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and stress free.

There wasn’t a single thing I disliked. Everything was great about this place.

One of the best locations - beside bus station and EVERYTHING you want to see and do.

The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. In particular, the reception Ana was so helpful and even upgraded our room for us. Such a great experience at this hotel. The location is PERFECT! So close to the Fira bus station (every bus goes through here from the island) and at the start of everything Fira has to offer in terms of restaurants, shops and the walk to the other towns. This hotel is incredible.

Stunning Hotel .

The Hotel was beutiful and spotlessly clean, the location was perfect, within walking distance of the Caldera and the nightlife. The staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly, they really couldn't do any more to help you. The food was exellent, from the buffet breakfast to the poolside lunch menus. All in all we loved our stay at Aressana hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

First class hotel with affordable prices and centrally located.

Complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods. We were very impressed with it. The location was awesome with gorgeous views from the dining room and just steps away from the major area of Santorini.

Exceptional

Friendly and warm staff. The welcome cooling towels and lemonade were a nice touch upon arrival. Yannis at the front desk was helpful and kind. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the whole hotel was exceptionally clean and it was beautiful and serene. We loved the pool with drink service. Also had lunch out there and it was delicious. It was also very helpful having you all arrange our transfers. Drivers were friendly too!

Just a Wonderful Place!

Fabulous Hotel with lovely spacious rooms. We had a garden level room which was fine for us. The staff could not do enough for you. The breakfast was wonderful, continental and hot English breakfast options. The location could not be better. 2 mins from all the bars and restaurants and the main streets, although far enough away not to be disturbed. Bus station within 5 minutes walk. The pool is extremely cold and does get much warmer even in July I was told! But it does wake/sober you up! Will be staying here again on our next travels.

the property was easy to find and the location was perfect. it’s close to restaurants and shops but still quiet. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was delicious as well.

The property is central with walking distance to the main shops. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. We had a private dinner at the restaurant and food was really good.

Variety of breakfast choices, room size was great, located near shopping and restaurants

Had to drag luggage up a cobblestone street. Church bells rang next door waking us up on Sunday. Eggs were runny and bacon soggy.

Amazing Hotel and Location

The room size was really big - we stayed in Premier Triple room, we had a stunning view from our balcony. The service was amazing, each and every staff were so nice and accommodating, whether ordering room service, at the reception or when laying by the pool. The food and drinks were really nice too.

For the price of the accommodation I thought the décor would be a bit more modern, the bathroom is out-dated but was clean which what really matters!

The hotel really is lovely, very personal and bespoke. The staff are absolutely exceptional - a young team but top quality, attentive and engaging. Such a fabulous experience.
