This hotel has been breached by scammers

The property’s guest security has been compromised by scammers. I received a DM from the property here on Booking asking me to follow an external link to “verify my identity” or else my reservation would be cancelled. The link asked my name and card details. This was a scam and one that I’m sure a lot of people will fall into, since it looked very legit at first glance. I did not fall into it myself since I work in tech and could spot the scam, but once I arrived at the hotel I immediately alerted the front desk that they have a scammer who broke into their Booking account and scams guests. Their reaction was to tell me that they know and they’re sorry. I was baffled. It looks like they aren’t interested in doing anything about it, since they simply consider it unfortunate, and all they could do is add a banner of their website saying to beware of scam messages. The issue is you can only see this banner after you scan the QR code available in the room, so after getting to the property, whereas the scam message goes out before the payment gets fetched, PRIOR to you even getting through their doors. Incredibly baffling and can I also add, fraudulent. This hotel knows it has a data breach and scammers can steal your money while accessing their channels, yet defer any responsibility onto the guests to avoid it themselves. I will try and escalate the problem to a competent authority that hopefully can at least fine them or something.

Jättebra vistelse med underbar utsikt mot vattnet och perfekt frukostbuffé

Otroligt fin utsikt mot vattnet. Gott om plats vid frukosten och man kunde även sitta ute. Frukosten var en av de bästa jag ätit på hotell.

Alles Perfekt, Hotel ist zu empfehlen

Es war alles Perfekt, Nettes freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war super. Direkt am Wasser gelegen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber.

Es gibt nur eine direkte Boots, bzw. Busanbindung ans Hotel. Die nächste U-Bahn ist etwas entfernt. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür und kann das auch nicht Ändern. Badewanne mit Vorhang zum Duschen ist nicht so meines, da kann man noch nachbessern.

Schönes Zimmer, beim Frühstück war alles da was man will, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter , ideale Lage der Tiefgarage, Anbindung an die Öffis (per Boot) super! Restaurant = sehr gute Küche!!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern - aber....

Diese ehemailge Mühle punktet mit seiner Optik und äusseren Erscheinung sowie der Freundlichkeit seiner Mitarbeiter. Aus dem Fenster blickt man über das Wasser auf Djurgarden mit Gröna Lund und Skansen. Etwas weiter in der Ferne leuchtet die Innenstadt Stockholms. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Bad war recht klein dimensioniert und nicht abschließbar. Leider muss für den Pool, den Fitnessraum und das Spa eine zusätzliche Gebühr entrichtet werden. Auch die hoteleigenen Parkplätze kosten extra. Aufgrund der Hotellage sind für jeden Besuch Stockholms entweder Bus, Bahn oder Fähre zu nutzen (Ticket kostet ca. €3,50 und ist 75 minuten gültig), die aber stets pünktlich fahren - Fussläufig zu erreichen ist hier leider nicht viel, ausser die Haltestellen...

I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent that one can bring dogs! Thank you for having this option!!! The dinner was exceptional, and all staff super helpful and friendly! Parking was also super easy to sort out!

We were not given the correct information about when the pool could be used; and in fact, we were told it could be used, when in fact it was closed the weekend we were there. This was a pity, especially for the kids!

Great view and central location and the staff were very nice

Room was not cleaned daily. Limited menu at the hotel restaurant/room service. Bed had a 'foam' top that I wasn't particularly fond of. When neighboring rooms closed their doors you could hear/feel the shudder in your room.

Fantastic place, would stay there again

Lovely large room (and bed), wonderful view of the sea, knew about the pool but the spa was a lovely surprise.

A car park that isn't half a mile away would be nice!

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel.We‘ll come again as soon as possible.

The breakfast is amazing and the location is great.

Breakfast was good, room was bigger than expected and overall the facilities fulfilled all expectations

When I did the check in it seems the staff was solving some sort of problem and the attention was a bit on and off from them. I did not like that at all. I absolutely do not mind to wait (as long as it is needed) but this context switching from the staff felt a bit unprofessional. I would have preferred that they sorted out what they needed to fix and then attend me properly. I acknowledge tough that it was late (almost closing the check in window) and probably the staff was tired after a long day.
