The place is very convenient and relaxing!

I love that Restaurants and a Grocery is available in this place. Even a bowling place is there. Makes it very convenient. As well as the Free Shuttle to the nearest MRT. They will clean your room and change all linens and towels everyday. Everyone in the reception are helpful and welcoming. They are happy to help you with anything and if you need taxis, they will also assist on booking for you. It was a very pleasant stay!

Maybe one thing that they can add are ready water bottles in the room especially when guests came from a hot travel. But overall it's still fine as there is a nearby grocery.

The view was pretty good and the cleaners and staff were also pretty good but the staff managed to keep up with the towels on the floor🫥 so I respect that but I feel like they didn’t change the towels nand just chucked or threw it on the bathroom floor. Pretty good and nice though well done!!!!!! 😊

That room 305 smelt really weird and smelt really bad, and to be honest it smelt like gas and the elevator smelt yucky 🤮 but it was nice, I was also told the floor is extremely dirty and unclean but thank you for your cooperation! 😊

Pleasant & quiet stay as there didn’t seem to be many other guests around.

Our family room was very big & spacious. Overall cleanliness was good too.

Room make-up was quite late in the afternoon & clashed with time when kids need to take their afternoon nap.

Fantastic spot for a family staycation.

All of the rooms are family sized, a rarity in Singapore. The 3 pools were awesome. Other reviewers mention swim classes on the weekend. This is true, however, they only took up 2 lanes in the big pool and a small portion of the fun pool, so no worries there. The fun pool has a small slide that's great. We stayed there for it's location, close to a large number of hiking and biking trails. There are also many hidden gem restaurants in the vicinity. We were able to check in our bags so we could explore on our final day. We will return as there is much more to explore.

The price is a bit steep on the weekends. I would return again, but only on weekdays. Our room wasn't shabby, as some have noted. There was a slight musty smell when we entered, but that went away once the air con kicked in. Room was clean, with slight wear and tear.

Love The quad rooms and the balcony that has a great view.

The lady staff is not warm and welcoming. Instead very snappy and impatient to all my enquiries. The toilet needs a lil scrubbing and bleaching on some rusty and stained areas.
