Loved the stay, would come back, but not for breakfast.

Location was great, room and house were fantastic. Staff are lovely. Bed fantastic. Fabulous.

Breakfast was so sugar heavy on the options and a bit skimpy. How about some plain yoghurt, boiled eggs, plain muesli? Proper butter - breakfast lets down the rest of the accommodation which is fabulous. Shower was really pathetic pressure and so hard to get right, either lobster or freezing.

ラグビーの聖地イーデンパークに徒歩で行ける。マウントEdenや麓の街並みの美しさ。食事処もたくさんあって便利なロケーション。

寝入りばなの突然の非常ベルの誤作動には驚いたが、ナイトシフトのおじさんは慣れた感じで棒を置いて行った。

Lovely, Cozy Escape

What a precious, lucky find. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, please do, you'll absolutely love it. It's cozy, historic, clean, has every amenity possible, and is close to everything!

There wasn't anything to dislike. It was absolutely a fantastic experience!

Warm welcome to New Zealand!

Exceptional care and hospitality by the caretaker/host. Shared ideas for places to go, where to eat. Very friend.y and helpful.

Could the light breakfast be included in the cost rather than an extra charge? Beds were not made up yet when we were ready to retire.

Love this Boutique Hotel and highly recommend.

The wonderful team at Bavaria Bed & Breakfast Boutique Hotel really were outstanding. So warm and friendly, and made you feel right at home. The bed was comfy, the parking is excellent. Easy to find in the dark as it is lit up. Wonderful shared area and yet still have the privacy of your own ensuite. I'll be back for sure.

Mt Eden is lovely-we’ll be back Comfy beds & clean quiet accommodation Although we didn’t stay for breakfast the provisions were there in the kitchen/ dining & looked inviting 😊

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Mt Eden is a pleasant area to stay in, which is quite central but still removed from the big, busy streets around the CBD. Nice stretch along Mt Eden Rd nearby with good cafes and eateries etc.

Beautiful colonial NZ B&B in lovely area.

Lovely comfortable B&B, very friendly and helpful owners. All the bedrooms had large comfortable beds with balconies overlooking a lovely garden. Loved waking up to the sound of the tuis. Nice lounge available for guests’ use was a bonus.

The bathroom was on the small side.

Lovely place to relax!

Mt. Eden is a lovely neighborhood--lots of restaurants and shops and fun to browse. Friendly people! The neighborhood was quiet and yet convenient. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the garden and picture windows that showed lots of trees! A nice breeze was blowing through! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel is intimate and comfortable.

Bathroom is a bit small, and a vanity sink is always appreciated when you have a lot of toiletries like me!

Bedrooms are small but functional and own bathrooms and then a great shared space for breakfast/relaxing. I was made to feel very welcome and will definitely be back
