L’accueil, l’emplacement

Boules de poussière sous le lit et dans les placards dès notre arrivée. Fixations du rideau occultant de la chambre tombées samedi matin, intervention pour réparation lundi... Donc deux matins réveillé aux aurores alors qu’on s’est couché tard pour profiter du séjour

Nous ne sommes restées qu'une nuit, sans petit déjeuner donc difficile de bien juger.

la kitchenette lit confortable

nous n avions pas de serviette de bain, nous avons du les demander, et pas de brosse wc pour nettoyer. Pas de lumière dans la kitchenette côté table ou l'on mange. Prise que d'un côté du lit, ainsi qu'un seul interrupteur.

All good except the shuttle service

Taxi service was horrible. We ask for shuttle for the airport one day before and appointment was for 7:15 and guy shamelessly came at 7:35 then driver went to get his coffee and then started to drive. How can you be so unprofessional! Because of this guy I missed my train and everything got delayed by 4 hours !! Shameless !! I hate it and they charged me 28 Euro as well. So if I pay I should expect service, isn’t it? For future travel please don’t trust their shuttle service or you may be screwed!

Not an easy access to and from Geneva airport with public transportation

far from the airport , no shuttle although the hotel stated otherwise From Geneva airport Took us almost 2 hours with the bus , needed to change a bus on the way. Going back (early morning ) needed to take a taxi , we asked the hotel to order us, and they told us the cost is 50 EURO . When we reached the airport the Taxi driver requested us to pay 65 Euro.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. Personal is very good. Breakfast - pretty good. the property is located very well, near the border with Geneva. a big Mall is located 5 minutes from the hotel

It took time to bring the cleaning staff to the room. The coffee machine wasn't perfect. We called to staff each time to repair it. A single person in the dinner room wasn't able to serve all the guest and bring the goods quickly

There was only one set of towels foreseen in the room. Asking for a second one when leaving in the morning, it was still forgotten by the evening. Not really the service I'd expect.

Very clean and spacious.

Despite the World Wide Web has been created less than two kilometers away from this place, this does not prevent the WiFi at this place being almost unusable. If you travel for work and need a decent connection, bring your own.

- Parking - 24 hours help desk - Perfect location if going further towards Chamonix - Comfortable beds - Bathroom was spacious and clean

- Breakfast was not good. Limited availability of food. Empty trays and less cutlery. - Chaotic Breakfast hall - Not good location if visiting Geneva as very far from the city - No urban proximity and no amenities near the hotel.

Staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke (previous guests had smoked); the entrance and second room smelled strongly of air freshener. I myself have trouble breathing. I could air the room the smell at the entrance is overwhelming. Fresh air is enough if something more natural can't be used. There were young guests noisy at night and I had to report and confront them myself. It did feel like being in a highschool dorm. Bathroom fixing were broken and overall the place could use a deep cleaning (thinking of floors and dusting).

Room was OK, comfortable bed, clean bathroom

Asked for an iron and ironing board - Got an iron but no ironing board. Breakfast on the second day was a disaster. Asked for an early morning call to have breakfast at 7am - never got one. At breakfast all the hot items were freezing cold, burners had not been lit. Fruit juices all empty from the day before. No bacon. Only one girl (not very good} setting everything up. No food for an evening meal - had to go next door to Leon Hotel and Restaurant.
