We stayed one night with checkout on a Sunday. No breakfast is served on Sundays, but we received in advance a basket with some bread and orange juice etc which served as breakfast. It was also possible to make coffee in the room.
Calm nice area. Excellent hotel restaurant.
Good price.
As previously informed, there was no staff on Saturday evening, but check-in was very easy with a code for the main entrance and with our room keys available just inside. Similar with checkout.
Good with private parking included, which was very convenient when we headed for the airport with our rental car.
Unfortunately there was no elevator, but this was OK for us.
It would have been even better with ordinary breakfast on the Sunday morning.

Good location in the old town. Close to restaurants and backery accross the street. Price was reasonable for Ferney Voltaire.
Access to the room was difficult. Had to climb several steep stairs. No elevator. Decor in the room was dated, needs an update.

I didn't expect much but please consider putting a fan at least and change the furniture, room is too overcrowded with furniture and it's very old. Bed was comfortable though and clean. It was an OK stay, don't get me wrong, but maybe you can modernise a bit and offer water in the refreshments too. merci!

The room was simple but pretty. Personnel was very friendly. Breakfast basket was good, although it would have been nicer to have it in the morning, with fresh brioche and cool orange juice for instance instead of the previous night.
One of the shudders was blocked in an open position so it was impossible to close. Hence, the room (no 15) was full of light from early morning, and the noise from the street rather consequent. It is a pity there was no fridge in the room. Bathroom light did not work.

Old style hotel, bed very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room are welcome.
Some of the room furniture a bit rustic.

Nicely located close to airport and Geneva. Had to be comfortable with local bus systems to get around.

Very nice hotel, in the most vivid spot of the city. Walking distance from all the major local attractions and from two bus stations. The price-quality ratio was very good. French breakfast in the room, every morning, and many small restaurants and bakeries nearby. A dinner costs roughly 25 euro/person, with wine included. I could recommend the place to everyone who would like to stay near Geneva, you can reach the city center by bus, in 30 minutes. A bus ticket costs 4,3 euros, but you can buy day tickets, for 9 euros. You don't have to miss in Ferney the Voltaire castle and some old theater built by Voltaire for the local community. I will definitely return when in Geneva, because it's a genuine experience!
Take care to the local restaurants working hours! You cannot eat between 12-18, every restaurants kitchen is closed! And after 18, you can drink at the restaurant only if you eat, too! It's funny, but french!

The restaurant.
No elevator. Room on 3rd floor with all our luggage !!! Staff not there . Poor communication
Scary in case of fire. Way to expensive for value. Will never go back.

Location, village
Room seems old, furniture beat up, carpet was old, stairs were difficult to manage

No-nonsense but very practical, well organised stay - for a very good price for what I got. The location is excellent to walk in Ferney plus the connections to Geneva. The simple breakfast basket + coffee machine was quite enough. Excellent walking area + small cafes right outside the hotel.

Close to Geneva Airport, easy to park, convenient for a brief stop over
Very late check-in (5pm), so we had to spend 4 hours in Geneva killing time before having access to our rooms. We spent a Sunday night at the property and had no idea we would see no staff whatsoever for our entire stay. The fact that the access was via a code which was sent via email very late (arrived after we had left), and it was only by trawling through my booking.com messages that I happened to find a copy of the entry code, was not made clear to us at ent stage during the booking processes. There was no number on the door to call had I not found it! The restaurant was closed too as were most places in the village - avoid a Sunday if you can. So no personal touch at all, despite calling itself a hotel rather than a guest house.

The bed was very comfy and its convenient in the center of the little town. Also possible to walk to the bus station to get to Geneva. The little breakfast basket was a nice touch.
The place looked run down and basic. Old carpets. Room smells like food in the evening from the cooking downstairs. Very noisy in the morning, due to the traffic passing through the town. The first night I was woken up before 6 am - unexpected in such a small town. Cheaper than Geneva but still overpriced.

No real breakfast service but v nice brioche and fruit left in room - nespresso machine and kettle good idea
No real reception service unless restaurant was open that day/lunchtime so couldn’t get a taxi ordered or our flights checked in . Had to go to another hotel to do this .

I appreciated the herbal tea bags.
Not so nice without a reception or someone to go to if there was a problem.

I had exactly the room I wanted. The staff was very helpful. The location is really fantastic, very close to the bus stops for Geneva and shopping places.
Nothing was bad.

Arrived late and left early. Everything was explained over email and we had no problems getting into our room after our flight. Bus 66 takes you from the airport to within 2 blocks of the hotel. Great place to stay when arriving or departing from Geneva.

It is a very sweet hotel in a lovely location in Ferney Voltaire. The room was clean and pleasant.
One of the staff was extremely rude. My daughter, who now lives in Ferney, had reserved a room for my husband and me. She went to the hotel weeks before we arrived to specifically ask for a room overlooking the street. (She was so excited about us visiting for the first time and really wanted us to have a beautiful view) Although she was assured of a room with a street view, when we arrived and found ourselves with no view at all, she asked to switch and the staff member she spoke to was very rude and dismissive. It was quite shcoking. We thought we would make this our resident hotel when visiting her in Ferney but will definitely go to the one down the road next time - not as picturesque but it gets great reviews for friendly staff!

Cosy old fashioned rooms. Got very nice brioches, jam, coffee, juice and fruits as a snack in the room instead of breakfast, which we enjoyed.
