The staff is very friendly (restaurant and reception). Clean, nice, big rooms with a sea view, very comfortable bed and good shower (with a strong water pressure). Just 2-3 min walking distance from the beach.
The location outside of the city (not easy to get there in August, very few crowded buses, very few available taxis). Not much to do in the hotel area other than the beach, the food options are also very limited. The food at the hotel (we took breakfast and dinner) was not very good. The local food dinner was nice, the other evenings we didn’t like to food. You can definitely find much better options for the dinner in Olbia.

It felt very relaxing from the moment we arrived. We would describe it as eclectic, welcoming and a perfect place to get away from it all.
We have been in 8 destinations since arriving in Italy, our least favourite was a 5* hotel in Sorrento, super modern and full of people who were only interested in Instagram. This hotel was the same standard as that, we had booked it as a final treat on our last leg of the trip but it offered so much more!! It felt like it the owners were less worried about aesthetic’s and what looked good on social media and instead they actually cared and catered for their guests.
We had the pleasure of meeting Stefania who runs the hotel and all the staff there did their best to welcome and cater for our needs.
We had a lovely room overlooking the private garden and the access to the beach was perfect. It is a such a beautiful location, right next to the most stunning beach with 3 lovely little bars and restaurants and a fantastic hike around the headland that suits all levels and is great to see.
We will definitely be back, maybe for a little longer next time but would not hesitate to recommend for those looking for an escape, peace and quiet and a beautiful beach.
We had no complaints at all, loved it.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival. For beach access it's very good too, with a nice garden and pool area to relax.
The air conditioning was pretty rubbish, designed in a really bad way so that the cool air blows directly at the wall and behind curtains, with no way to change the direction. It's really ineffective.
Unfortunately there is basically nothing to do in the 'town'. We used the hotel as a final night close to Olbia airport before travelling home but there really wasn't anything to do.

Staff at the reception were very nice and friendly.
Breakfast is great.
The area by the pool is very nice as well.

The beach access is great. Such a comfortable hotel-feels like home. Very traditional charming look! The restaurant is great-very nice serving staff, food is traditional Sardinian cuisine. The breakfast has very good variety. The hotel is spotless and well taken care of. My daughter enjoyed the pool as well as going to the beach. Close to a small grocery store and the bus to Olbia. Great smelling soap in the room! Very happy with our stay would stay again.
Our room was great-but just like with any beach properties, sometimes there were funny smells in the room but it didn’t bother us much.

Beautiful hotel, small, clean, personal.
Good food in the restaurant . Beach amasing and easy access with kids. Would recommend.
Would have been nice to have a car but luckily bus near by.

Great location steps from beach, lovely rooms, gardens and pool area, breakfast buffet had everything to a high standard, we reported our mattress was a bit funny on one side , it was replaced immediately , and the staff are happy , helpful and friendly, plenty of local restaurants and bars along the beach . We bought a beach umbrella in Olbia and took it with us for our trip so had that for beach mornings . Theres a mini market close by and a really good restaurant ( pizzas, pastas) on corner near that which is well worth trying
The restaurant attached to the property wasn’t that good , ok but we only ate their once as there’s lots of other lovely places close by

The hotel is very nice, clean and is well cared for by all the staff. Our room was very good. No complaints. Looking forward to going back there again someday.
Location, nice staff.

A spacious very comfortable hotel with lots of charm, lovely outside areas with a very clean pool and spa, also a quieter area of grass with sunshades away from the pool. We had a delightful room with a lovely view of the bay. The restaurant was excellent, equally the buffet breakfast. The staff were all charming and spoke good English
We wrongly thought that the gardens opened out onto the beach, our mistake and it was only a short distance to the beach from the gardens.

Facilities within the complex were of a good standard (pool, gardens, lounge, bathroom).
Staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Cleaning staff was exceptional, deserves a gold star.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variation, fresh and served from the counter with a smile. Location was nice as it was almost poolside.
Public bus service ran from almost outside the hotel into town 7 days a week and was punctual, inexpensive and regular.
Beaches we plentiful and within walking distance.
We were there off season (October) the restaurant was closed and many other cafes and restaurants in the vicinity were closed for winter. Those that were open only had limited meat choices although fish options were plentiful and delicious.

Lovely ground floor room with doors onto sitting area. I was very fortunate that I had been upgraded. Really did appreciate that and fact receptionist commented that it was a special birthday., Most rooms only have a window and no balcony.
The reception and cleaning were staff were all lovely. So helpful. My charger broke day I arrived and kind receptionist lent me hers for my duration.,
Beach is a short walk so not truly a beach-side hotel which I had been expecting but it is a short walk past the car park. Nice beach and also possible to walk a coast path. I went for 2 miles and it still carried on but I needed to get back as light fading.
Food in restaurant very good.
Found the all-male restaurant staff (apart from one exception)rather unwelcoming and as a solo female traveller I would have appreciated a few smiles and to have exchanged a few pleasantries. The man who I took to be the boss/owner - tall, upright, white hair and beard busied around all the time but never once said hello or smiled. Made me feel uncomfortable and it is hard enough to eat alone. A very lonely experience and the sense that I was not welcome.
Did not like at all the serve yourself coffee machine at breakfast and the very weak tea bags with no cold milk unless you went to where the food was served. Being greeted by a person who asks whether you want tea or coffee would be so much better. Conversely when it would be so much easier to serve yourself from a buffet you had to indicate what you would like and it was put on plate for you. It was only on last morning that I saw that at the back there was bread and a toaster!

1) The staff. So friendly, engaging, and endlessly patient with the many tourists of so many languages, 2) the location is barely 200 meters from a beach with a pathway that invites one to long walks, 3) an excellent restaurant and bar run by Michele, Giuseppe, and young Marco, 4) very nice rooms, each being uniquely shaped and decorated, 5) <100 meters from the bus stop which is super useful for getting anywhere in area, 6) lovely grounds, complete with a guest turtle, 7) a nice swimming pool and huge jacuzzi, 8) less than a mile from a "mall" with a laundromat, pharmacy, and grocery store, 9) within a mile or two of many small, very nice restaurants, and 10) the hotel has a very nice gym considering its provincial style! We used it almost every day. Kati(sp?) pictured below, was instrumental in so many ways for making our stay that much more exceptional. My wife considered Hotel Stefania the best of all our stays in Italy, and we both have very fond feelings for the place as it did a great job of making a hotel feel like family.
1) Though evenings were cool, the jacuzzi/spa was not heated. I don't know if this is for economical reasons, but it was definitely cold, as was the pool, and 2) the internet connection and reliability was awful. If you did maintain a connection with WiFi, you would be booted off and forced to log-on again within a few minutes. Sometimes it completely disappeared. I mentioned this to the front desk and the woman there (whose name I don't remember) just cupped her head with shared frustration. Dunno what the problem is, but if reliable internet is important to have during your stay, this must be a consideration.

The room was large, clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. I could open both french doors to the view, get lots of fresh air, dry my clothes, etc. I was traveling alone for a few days and needed some rest. This was the perfect spot. Short walk to the beach. Great breakfast. Quiet. Bus stop 1 block away. Small market a few blocks down.
Coffee machine was broken one day.

Great location , plenty of facilities at the beach with bars and restaurants
The air con was switched off by the hotel twice during the stay. I can only think to save money . Each Time I asked it was switched back on. It was not that hot at night but plenty of mosquitos around when the window was opened. We were bitten quite a few times. Best keep the windows shut and the air con on

The personnel was amazing! The room had everything you needed and the beach was great and was at a good walking distance. We really liked the garden around the hotel and hotels pool.
At the breakfast area there where a lot of fruit flies and the rooms where quit noisy.

it’s very rustic, the beach was lovely and breakfast was good .
the rooms were a bit old it could do with modernising, and a link of paint, and more light as well as full length mirrors

Extremely polite and pleasant staff ready to solve any problem - even picked us up when we struggled to get to the hotel due to lack of taxis. Great location, beautiful beach nearby, wonderful seaview - the photos correspond to reality. Breakfast alright, dinner exceptional. Rooms very clean (cleaned every day).
Wifi worked quite badly, a number of small charges that could have been included in the price (water in the room, beach service, dinner drinks also not free) - considering the price, booked half-board and four stars - one would rather expect it to be included. No kettle in the room. Overall 8 star rating is fair from our point of view - the disadvantages are in general rather minor; but given the price and star rating could not give a higher mark.

the location was amazing. very close to the beach in a quiet town.
the restaurant was dated. the menu and food wasn’t good.

location
it was very outdated, not good value for money. very expensive for what it was.
bathroom in particular was terrible, damp and nothing dried in there.
air conditioning didn’t do a lot and the curtains were covering it at night.
breakfast wasn’t good either.
the pool area wasn’t nice.
the staff were miserable also apart from the cleaner.
3.5
Quiet location . Very clean room
Poor breakfast choices, restaurant overrated.
Not a very good barman , served a G&T in a tumbler glass!

beaches and the location amazing, the view outstanding from my window, and the staff very helpful. I left several thing in my room, specifically my passport and they notified me immediately via WhatsApp so I could return to gather important documents for travel.
