Lovely property right in front of a small beach with clear waters

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay comfortable and stress free. The beach was beautiful with a private section for hotel guests and the food was amazing. Breakfast was included and had so many options to choose from. Our room was lovely, perfect for a 5 night stay.
Although the food and service was top tier we did find it on the pricier side so be prepared to spend quite a bit on a meal. You will also need to rent a car if you want to explore the area, other beaches and restaurants.

Everything was amazing, the staff members were super nice without exception, a special thank you to “Annelisa” who was just amazing.
The food was so delicious, I had some of the best deserts ever
It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport,
I would definitely come back to this resort

The staff were very accommodating where ever I needed assistance. Matteo provided many different suggestions for beaches, the wait staff were always available to provide any such as drinks etc.
The beaches were lovely and when we wanted to get out of the sun the chairs on the grass were comfortable and shaded. Our room had a great view of the sea.
Our room was very nice but the air conditioning was not powerful enough to get to the bed area.

We received an upgrade on request. The staff were very friendly (reception, beach, breakfast). Private beach with a nice view to the mountains. The room had a good size (superior room) and was pretty equipped. The hotel was clean as well as the beach.
The surrounding are is not so crowded. There are some restaurants in walking distance, but no gelateria or other locations to have a night out.

Did not like:
The policy of not allowing guests to use the parasols on the garden area was very odd. No-one could explain why they remained tied up when the private beach was very busy.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
The door was initially broken but they fixed it one day after. Somehow the locking door was difficult.
8.0 / 10.0
Staff were incredibly friendly and forthcoming and the private beach was nice - small but clean, not crowded and well equipped.
It is overpriced for the services included, given everything from spa, to beach lounge chairs to a freshly made cappuccino for breakfast are at extra charge. The staff's loveliness absolutely makes up for it, but at 400euros/night, a complimentary bottle of water during a heat wave would have been a nice gesture.
The restaurant has a lovely location (same as breakfast!), great view and garden, but the food is over-hyped. Lots of effort on service (again, fabulous staff) and plating, but the actual dishes we felt were uninspired and underwhelming crowd pleasers - if the crowd is all about the Instagram pic 🙂

Nothing!

The room was really small, the shower was going by rim hot too cold so I had to shower outside by the swimming pool in my swim suit. We also had a smelll in the bathroom comming from the toilet woo I had to put a towel over it. We had small plastic cups for our coffee and tea in the room.

Sadly nothing as after being offered a voucher from someone in the team, they’ve just changed their tune and now said they will not honour it.
Rude staff who speak over you and don’t let you explain your point.
Our flight was cancelled by easyJet, this was explained to the team on the morning of the cancellation in a written message, I received a response stating an voucher would be issued for the stay until October 8th 2022. They have now rejected these claims even with screenshots of the conversation, truly shocking as they’ve taken £1500 of my money with no refund, voucher to use as first promised.

great location on the beach
lack of variety of bars / restaurants around and €30 per day for beach loungers not explained before travel.

Very little
The hotel location is remote, Pittilongu is a residential backwater, a taxi to for an evening out in Olbia, costs 30 euro each way
Our junior suite did not have a private balcony, for a view of the sea you had to stand and the rooms dedicated outdoor seating and sun-beds were located on a corridor leading to an adjoining room. No form of shade from the afternoon sun was provided
We have grandchildren and would enjoy hearing them make screaming and shouting when enjoying the the sea and the beach. We booked this hotel for the peace and quiet we thought the Adult Only theme and private beach would provide. The private beach is a roped off section of the very, very busy public beach which at times sounded like a bedlam
The hotel concierge service when asked to book a day trip in a shared coach persisted in trying to sell an exclusive day tour (by his friend) at 1,000.00 euro, we did not feel that this was an hotel service but a tourist trap.

Staff welcome was good.
The whole "resort" is trying to be upmarket when really it isn't and charging accordingly so food and drink expensive for hotel quality. It's soulless. The restaurant (where really you need to go the full 3 Italian courses to get a total of 1 full plate of food at 20-30 Euros per course) is in a tired conservatory where everyone sits shoulder to shoulder like a canteen. The pool area is just a bit odd being wedged between the rooms across the road and away from the beach. While the area around the hotel is pleasant and the beaches are nice, it's nearly impossible to eat a typical Italian meal at a normal price unless you head into Olbia (also a bit uninspiring!).
