The beach was stunning and the views too we loved the staff and enjoyed our stay but there r a few things we had complains. Not enough restaurants just one so the food was very limited choices. Also no kids club there should be a kids club for kids. The hotel isn’t kept very clean or maintained out toilet had many issues. Over all we loved our stay but it could improve a lot more.
The ride to and from the hotel is very very rough and not easy for families with kids
We loved the beach and the views

Transport to the island was very well organised. The small island is about 30 mins by speedboat.
The staff and service were exceptional tgrougoutour our stay. The room we had was spacious and beautifully designed with aircon available as needed. The facilities ànd food were amazing and the lsland itself was stunning. The beach is clean witb fine white sand and turquoise water.with big waves and a stunning, sunset view.
The resort is helping to restore coral reefs and we has a great snorkeling experience which was through an organised trip on the other side of the island.
The food prices are high and service and tax are all added to the prices.
Other than that, it was a perfect.

This is our second visit to the island. The hotel is beautiful in all respects. The cleanliness, attention, reception, and the staff are very kind and polite. It was a very enjoyable stay at paradise .. And I will visit the place for the third time for sure . but be sure to book from Delivery from the hotel itself, as I booked from a travel agency, and they would charge us more 600 baht for the bags, and on the return we had to continue with the trip for 3 hours, and they refused to return us without . And when we arrived at the port, they said that there was no place on the bus for bags and the 1st bus left the port .. Their treatment was very bad .. the agency called ( the raya princess ) ,, dont book any trip from them
I was very disturbed by the visit of tourist trips to the place and the inconvenience they cause, since I visited the place years ago and the overcrowding was not like this .. We came to the hotel asking for privacy and quiet. I hope you will reconsider this issue

Room was excellent. Beach was outstanding. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Beach gets crowded sometimes with day trippers, but hotel grounds are secured for hotel guests only.

Adult infinity pool was great. Beach was well maintained and the ocean was crystal clear.
A must do, the morning guided island walk. Well worth it.
The staff are so professional and really are helpful.
Power outages. some villa rooms are connected to the eco solar power. Ours? Was not! Total power loss for almost 20 hours and with no air conditioning….not a nice experience, but was informed that this was not a common occurrence.
The activities offered are expensive, but to be expected in a 5 star resort.

A paradise on earth, beautiful eco resort, designed by integrating all the houses in the green environments. 2 restaurants, good breakfasts, nice swimming pools. from the beach you can easily do some snorkeling.
Rooms could be a bit more clean

The pools, the food, the beaches are STUNNING.
The service not quite what you would expect for the price.

Our third visit to The Racha , first after the Covid shut down. Sadly its not quite back to previous years with limited staff meaning only one restaurant can open. The location is stunning and lovely staff do the best they can,
From previous years we were disappointed with the food and no other choice of restauarant.
4.5
Stunning design of the resort and individual suites . Beautiful beach with white, powdery sand and turquoise waters. Efficient speedboat transfer to and from the island. Large, adults-only infinity pool. Children can use a family-style pool in the back of resort although many villas have individual, small plunge pools. Good selection of interesting dishes served at the main restaurant (Earth Cafe) at somewhat high but not outrageous prices. Overall a wonderful stay and I would gladly return.
Ridiculously slow and unreliable wi-fi. It is so bad that their own resort app often does not launch. Breakfast buffet ordinary for the level (and price) of the hotel. Suites are cleaned around 3:30-4pm which is unacceptably late. Until then you are unable to take a nap or use the in-suite plunge pool because the cleaning personnel can enter at any time. Apparently priority is given to suites being vacated that day for new guests arriving later the same day over guests who continue their stay. Inexpensive-looking, yellow slippers provided for guests in each suite cannot be taken home. Why not, if they are disposable? And if they are not disposable, does it mean that they are being reused by consecutive barefoot customers? Beach is pretty but littered with small trash presumably left daily by day trippers. Cleanup effort is clearly inadequate.

Located on the white sand beach.Staffs are very nice even when they were hard working,They still give us smiles..Food are excellent.GM has his Ears openened to a complain.BBQ was excellent..Poor staffs who have to make grill for us standing in the Heat but still have a goid smiles!!!😃😃
At Sun set Resturant there were very little choices..The House wine are Terrible! They sell 3 € Wine for 40 €..Too much for that quality!,After we could not drink the white wine,We have order the Rose,We have to throw away too..We end up going to shop behind the Resort to get a Drinkable white Wine for 750 baht. This should not be happened to a 5 Stars Resort like this.We were not the only one who complained about the wine!Thank God there were other people did that too.

Whole family Love the Racha. It’s a Maldives in the Thailand with a luxury service.

The resort is in an unbeatable location, right on a beautiful white sand beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is excellent. Facilities are very nice.
The resort is clearly struggling with staffing after the pandemic. There are not enough beach or pool chairs for all guests. The wifi is spotty which is not necessarily a bad thing but then the hotel should not rely on its app for communications.

The beach is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. The sand is like powder and white, the sea clear blue, beautiful temperature and perfect for swimming as calm
the excursions are extortionate! if you want to visit phi phi islands / Jane’s bond island etc it is better to do from Phuket if you are staying there before or after as you will save several hundreds of pounds ..literally! Also there are not many dining options either on site or surrounding the resort. one of the advertised resort restaurants was only open for lunch which meant there was only 2 options…and the upstairs Italian one doesn’t really count I think as it’s more of a pool snack place where it’s entire menu is at the Earth Cafe anyway…so realistically there is only one option!

The view is nice, staff is very friendly, amazing facilities on sight.
I will also leave a review on trip advisor for the managers and will also describe here the four pain points that I would like the managers of the hotel to pay attention to:
1. The food - everything is cooked on the palm oil or if I am mistaken a very cheap cooking oil, making the food very greasy and taste very bad. Everything that is cooked for breakfast, lunch and dinner is cooked on this discussing oil. Fried lobster, steak, pasta, spring roll, fried eggs for breakfast everything is cooked in this cheap oil which makes the food taste disgusting.
2. Toilet lead in the master bedroom - we stayed in the villa with swimming pool over the ocean view. The Villa number 1202. The toilet lead in the room is broken. Even I called technicians twice, the toilet still remains broken, the rear cleansing is not working and the toilet always making sounds, had to always manually flush.
3. Room service - staff is not cleaning the rooms properly, they don’t clean the floor, and when they mob they do it very fast and not taking attention to details. After their cleaning we had to clean the floor again, because we have a baby always on the floor. When they clean the rooms, they see dirty dishes but they don’t take care of them, they just leave them like it’s part of the room decor.
4. We booked a premium room and paid extra price for the view, private swimming pool and the music. The swimming pool speaker is broken, and I remember staying in the similar room before, it was also broken. I was informed by the hotel staff that speaker has an issue for all the villas, and that something has been ordered. However, it’s been four months since it was broken last time, still didn’t fix it. So the swimming pool speaker and the master bedroom speaker do not work for the swimming pool villas. The hotel
Should inform their guests in advance or at least take care of the issue, but four month of the issue tells me that nobody complains, and just over pays for the rooms.
