Staff was second to none.
Most restaurants were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The place is great for family vacations. Parents may also enjoy nice and romantic evening in the restaurants. Recommended

Personnel exécrable et peu professionnel. Les touristes font des vaches à lait. Et ils nous voient que comme cela.
Le personnel et le service

The garden was nice.
It was a disaster. There was no bell service when we arrived. The room was dirty, and uncleaned as you seen on the pictures attached. I payed for a 5 star hotel, and I ve got a 4 star…
The Staff was really really rude, and they were cutting us every single day. There was no housekeeping everyday. At the spa they charged us for 1 hour and we got only 28 mins massage, we complained but they didnt care it at all.

Nice location. & great ocean , friendly locals
Having stayed at club level for 15 years was really angry to arrive &! Find they had changed the policy & my 9 year old who had spent every summer of her life there could no longer use the club lounge . Having recently had an ankle surgery , it was most inconvenient to have to walk and take a bus to get breakfast daily , rather than just go to elevator up to lounge . Also they put us in a room next to a room being reconstructed $ the men started at 7 am and banged and drilled & slammed rhe doors for hours daily and hovered on balcony over looking our own , at all hours
Management has changed & were rude & unhelpful

Location
Service , restaurant foods especially cove breakfast place.
Cove elevator wasn’t working. You have to wait in line every single day to go to your rooms. Also tv channels wasn’t working. Keep getting disconnected

The hotel itself is very nice
Accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs is an issue
Also restaurants to have lunch are a nightmare when raining and all the pool options are closed

The property has a lot to offer, different pools, the beach would be nice if serviced better…close to the airport and some friendly staff. Also good restaurants.
If you stay at the Cove with kids you cannot use the nicest pool as it’s only for adults. Hence no need to pay extra for the better hotel, where the rooms are old anyway.
Also we have a crawling toddler and the room had stairs so we asked for a barrier or something and they didnt help us at all.
No kettle to make boiled water for baby food, we had to pay $4 every time, for boiled water!
At the Cove pool there are no umbrellas anywhere, so where am I able to sit in the shade with my baby? That’s terrible.
Also no umbrellas by the beach, also terrible.
Nobody cleans the towels and the beach looks very messy.
the sunbeds are all dirty with sand and other stuff and old towels.
Plastic stuff on the beach and towels in the water, nobody walks down the beach to clean.
The waiters have no hats and have to cover with towels when its rains, that’s not a good treatment.
The gym is too small for all these hotels.
In general, everybody can use all the facilities, so it makes no sense to pay more for the Cove.
Also, they even let cruise ship people buy day passes, so even more people are there.
No nice place to have a lunch by the beach in a nice atmosphere.
Had do not disturb sign and they rang anyway, woke the baby… barely an excuse or anything.

The hotel is ok. The rooms are acceptable but very old and dirty… very far from 5 star hotel. The greatest part is the hotel staff (notice only for the Cove)
Be very careful when you are visiting Atlantis, the staff outside the hotel is very sketchy. It is so sad that this hotel is surrounded by all this trap places. 1) Seaglass- their specialty is the double- charge. They double- charged you and then you need to go there every single day to ask them when they’re planning to return your money- better put everything on your room, much easier- much safer. 2) Moreover, please be very careful with all these bars and restaurants located all over the Atlantis. Once you place your order, they ask how will you pay, and it doesn’t matter if you say card or on the room, they push a device in your face and say “Insert the amount”… when you ask them what amount exactly they repeat again “Insert the amount”… however when you ask them for the third time what is this for, they say super quietly “For the tip” Imagine being with your kids or being in a hurry and not paying attention… you will end up tipping them 100% but wait for it… that’s not all. 3) If you decide to order room service, you will be charged 10% tax + 19% gratuity + extra $4 delivery… so I am wondering how I pay both gratuity and delivery at the same time. I spoke with many US tourists and all of them were really shocked about this absurd. 4) In conclusion, if you want to waste your money better spend it in the casino where seldom you can see a server and the chance of winning is close to 0.

Room was perfectly sized for our needs, and overlooked our favorite pool. Everyone on staff is super friendly and easy to talk with. The weather here is just perfect; not overly hot and with beautiful breezes. It is paradise after all...
I would like to see a little bit of a freshen up happen with the decor, especially the room carpeting. No real complaints, though. I think a few more coffee shops would really be an asset with no shortage of customers.

it was the most disappointing vacation we ever had , actually we went for our honeymoon and thought that we have chosen a luxurious hotel however since we have arrived nothing went well . despite the large number of restaurants that they have included on their website everything was fully booked , despite they mention white gloves luxurious service the concierge did not even put the effort to help us book a place to eat , we were literally begging every night to find a place , we should have booked at least one week before for dinner . breakfast is like the hunger games , need to wait for 30 min everyday to find a table and the prices are very high . they did not have water in the room you need to go yourself to get the water as they pretend that they are a sustainable hotel however once you go to the pool everything is served in PLASTIC glasses . we have raised our concerns but no one supported . if you like queues , if you want to stress it is the place to go.

less crowded here than the Royal, so good choice if you want the waterpark but not the hustle and bustle 24/7
We booked a room with access to the Lapis lounge, but be aware that the TVs are blaring at a volume that makes converstations impossible.
All guests always tried to gather on the tiny balcony to escape the noise. So the Cove is a good choice, but don‘t go for the club lounge, not worth it.

The location was very nice.
The staff (90%) were not very friendly. It almost seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Very disappointing for a place that is not cheap.

We felt that the Kids were safe, good variety of restaurants, gym facilities were good and beach was good.
The adults pool was like enduring spring break with drunk adults and booming music; not very relaxing or sophisticated. Difficult to get reservations at restaurants and lastly you have to say that the prices for accommodation and restaurants were five star expensive for what is at best a four star experience.

The staff were friendly.
The food was terrible.
We had breakfast at mosaics. The restaurant is very old and dirty. The carpet was a disaster. There was no a la carte menu so a simple breakfast was not able to be ordered forcing me to take from the buffet. I only had oatmeal. The bill was $120usd for myself and my husband. Complete taking advantage of us. So we only ate there once and Starbucks the remainder. The Seabreeze restaurant was also terrible. There was a hair in my husbands food. That is unacceptable. The quality of the food was far below anything we ever had. Rooms are dated. Im sorry we stayed here.

the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish!
although there were a wide selection of dining options the quality of most of the restaurants was not great. the prices for food are extortionate! this meant that we explored dining options outside of Atlantis and absolutely loved the fish fry area with much more authentic local food at more realistic prices. foodies don’t spend too many nights dining here as we only enjoyed two restaurants, fish by Jose Andres and Nobu. I think many people would prefer to have some good quality local restaurants inside.

the people and the sip sip pool
the staff wasn't friendliness. our showers in the indigo suit didn't work for two days. The management team didn't want to accommodate for ANYTHING. people pay almost 2-3k a night... every meal for two is $150+++. And we got treated as an f we only wanted freebies... when you are staying at a 4/5 star hotel you expect good service and do not have to shower on the resort floor. Gym.. could shower after… going in the water.. couldn’t shower after… etc. but you can go get your belongings and go shower in a community shower for 2-3k a night.

Good rooms, pleasant staff, great location
As with all Bahamian hotels the add ons. An $85 bottle of wine on room service menu costs $113 by the time it reaches you room that is a 32% hike. All Bahamian hotels use this form of fleecing, if only they could be honest about cost up front.
