Airport was close that's the only reason we choose this motel.

Location

The upstairs room has a Family and we could hear them stomping through the roof. There was no shops close by or restaurant to eat the only food service was Domino's. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

property old fashion .smokers below in accomodation .no kitchen .plates and cups and cuiltlery ls left out on bench .not the standard i would expect booking.com to endorse.adequate for one night .

For $185, very overpriced with a grumpy Chinese manager, who closed reception at 5 pm.

They cancelled there 9:30 shuttle. Small fridge with no freezer, so no ice. No lift, so had to take heavy suitcases up stairs. One small, old towel.

Don't stay here

It was convenient forus to stop at as th were flying back to England that night. However, the drain smell and how dirty it was put us off

Perfectly adequate accommodation for my purposes. I would stay there again in similar circumstances

I needed a location near the airport for an overnight stay due to an early checkin. My main priorities were a location fairly close to the international airport, clean, comfortable and away from noisy traffic. The property is old and dated, however the room I was in has been refurbed to some extent, was very clean and the bed very comfortable, free off-road parking was provided and there are some nice places to eat nearby (although not within walking distance).

Simple stay near airport

Ideal for place to stay near the airport for a night. Nicer facilities than expected. Easy to do late check in. Simple and comfortable.

It fulfilled a purpose because we booked only the day before, but it was way too expensive.

It was quiet and close to the airport. It had a microwave and some plates which was useful.

The toilet was way too close to the shower and the shower floor was slippery. It was very run down, quite a shock considering the price we paid.

Novena Palms motel a very convenient place to stay.

It was very convenient and fairly priced. The room was clean and tidy. There was a nice TV on the wall. The bed was comfortable.

It was a cold night and we did actually get quite cold because the air conditioning is noisy and doesn't heat the room up that well. We really could have done with a comfortable thick doona

No bells and whistles - good, clean, cheap for short stay for transit airport/cruises.

Large size room with its own sizeable balcony Microwave and utensils for self meal prep/heating etc

Bathroom was quite tiny and no toiletries. They also had Made in China toilet paper - surely Australia makes enough toilet paper for its hospitality industry?

Feel safe when I stay here, it’s tucked away, yet, so close and convenient to airport, didn’t hear any traffic or airplane noise. the rooms where clean tidy and comfortable.

Nice big rooms , quiet as it's down the back off the main road, office lady the owner I think is lovely makes you feel welcome always have a laugh,

it wasn’t what what advertised, once we arrived at the office we were then informed we had to travel to an extra distance to Banyo to a house that was not only extremely old but we felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. If I it was clear this was the case we would have booked elsewhere, Honestly it was poor form.

The lady at reception was lovely and welcoming, and the room was generously sized with updated facilities.

Honestly, only one fault...the toilet paper. It's weird like polystyrene and doesn't tear off.

strange and uncomfortable but ok for one night.

good shower.

pillows were hard as rocks. strange room set up. no where too to put 3 suitcases unfriendly staff/ unwelcoming correspondence via email and in person. no face washers no where to put anything on a counter in the bathroom. only 3 cups, 3 spoons and 3 plates left on a drying rack - but when we were there only 2 glasses. recommended 2 take out food options - the Italian option was overpriced and shocking food. an absolute rip off. said it would arrive in 40 mins took 70 mins - driver forgot drink - changed the pasta option and carbonara was like scrambled eggs.
