Unsatisfied for a women and her child staying there due to domestic violence and no clean room

You charge me for staying when dv connect we’re laying dot it and the whole 8 days I stayed there the cleaners did not clean the room once, there was crumbs and what not everywhere due to children and the cleaner never ever once came in ro clean. In fact one cleaner knocked and ask if we have booed back in and I said yes for the whole weekend and she laughed and proceeded to respond with oh awesome that means I don’t have to clean.

Quiet, spacious, good value.

Our room (twin + single) was really spacious and quiet. No traffic noise. The grounds were spacious and the gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. The property backs onto parkland. Good quality pub-style meals in the restaurant. We enjoyed the games room. We expect to make this a regular base for our trips to Brisbane.

Location appropriate.

During showering, with the floor surface wet within the shower recess, I realised there was a higher risk of slipping and falling. Elderly patrons would be at high risk of injury as a result of slipping and falling.

Very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed th grounds and how much room the kids had to play and run around. The beds were also very comfortable.

Great location with only a short drive into the city. The room was simple but a good size for a short stay.

The room did not smell very pleasant. We couldn't open the window to air the room at all.

We were very comfortable, enjoyed walking in the park at the back, the location was perfect for us,

the room was very comfortable, when we asked for clean towels they were brought, there were no tissues.

there was just enough tea, sugar, coffee, milk.... no tissues

It was a room with a bed and a bathroom and a roof.

Deluxe queen room had nothing deluxe about it. Was just a normal old room. 15+ year old bathroom. Serviceable but nothing deluxe. Restaurant offerings weren’t much chop. Schnitzel was thin and had too much batter. The chips were ordinary. The seasonal buttered steamed veggies was just microwaved cheap nasty packet frozen veggies ($6 for that rubbish. No thanks). Go to the local pub and get better food for cheaper. Room was overly perfumed (to cover up creeping damp smell). Bed was cold, sheet and a blanket is all you get. Spare blanket in the cupboard smelled overpoweringly of mould like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. So yeah. It was just serviceable 2 1/2 stars at a stretch. Wouldn’t go back.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but I need to cancel 1 night because I had to go to Mel. I contacted the hotel and email the hotel but no one replied to me, which was very disappointing.

Ideal Location, Great Food from restaurant , Friendly staff

Close to Nissan Arena , ideal location We ordered room service that came, food was amazing and didn’t wait very long for it after a big day at netball , good pricing too.

nothing we didn’t like but maybe a few more washing machine and dryers particularly when sporting teams are in town, makes it a long day to have to stay up waiting for a machine :)
