Best variety of food choices on their breakfast buffet

The pool is nice for kids

Everything was arranged and taken care of. We got umbrellas because it was raining. The bath house was suuuuuperb! The staff took such good care of us. We would be at the beach and they would come to us to make sure everything is okay. Really kind people :) The breakfast also consisted of local food from Okinawa, so it was really nice to eat. There was so much, that it was difficult to try everything.
The room was not well insulated. There was a window that had no way of fully closing it and our neighbors were outside chatting, so it was difficult to sleep with all the noise.

breakfast was great
the bus to pick up guest wasn’t at the airport and only runs once a day

The property was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The beach was extremely relaxing, the staff were all very helpful, and it's an incredible place to go to after spending a week hiking the mountains on the mainland. Seriously do not think we could have picked a better place to really unwind and let all the tension go, the facilities and location are far from Naha but that's an incredible bonus once you arrive at the property.
No complaints!

many activities possible on property (and off-site), super friendly staff, beautiful beach and property in general, on-site coin laundry, great breakfast buffet, variety of restaurants was good and convenience store is also nearby
some rooms and areas are visibly outdated, mattresses were very worn down and gave both of us back pain (we even upgraded the room with the same result), maybe it was because we were there at the very beginning of the season but at least 2 of the mentioned restaurants were closed

The room is spacious and tidy. The staff and friendly and helpful. The overall environment is nice and comfortable. We tried two on-site restaurants Adan and Iju both are pretty nice. The resort also has a private beach where we spent a morning just to chill-out and relax under the nice weather. Overall experience with the resort was great.
The room was pretty nice and mostly clean, just feel a little old. Water pressure was generall ok but at times it got unstable. One of the nights, there was water dripping out of the shower head all of a sudden when we were just falling into sleep. The faucet was already tightly closed and the water could not be stopped. Fortunately it stopped by itself after a while and it was only a little bit disturbing afterall.

pretty part of island
we were off season so the water was cold

The resort is located very close to Hiji waterfall and is convenient to access by car. It has its own beach, sauna (free of charge) and massage salon. Although old, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good, with both Asian and Western food options.
If you don't want to eat at the restaurants of the hotel, expect to drive for a few minutes to the nearest towns for food. The English level of the hotel staff can be improved, especially at the reception desk if spoken to on the phone.

Good selection, high standard of Japanese style buffet.
Stayed at a main cottage, location was a bit far from the main restaurant and front desk area, but we were able to call for a buggy to take us or we could walk.
Rooms were spacious and big. Beds were comfortable.
Onsen and sauna were fantastic.
Wifi was unstable, often out of use.
Showers in the room- hot water was either too hot or not hot enough.

The most lavish breakfast buffet I ever encountered in Japan. The private beach was nice, but the stormy and cold weather prevented us from using it.
The resort layout (a longish walk from the cabin to breakfast and to the o-furo) is suboptimal in cold weather. The on-site izakaya is wildly overpriced and the menu is limited; go to one of the nice eateries in the village instead.

Great place in an extremely beautiful beach. Lush green setting is important for the tropical paradise atmosphere of the resort. Onsen overlooking the ocean is quite nice and breakfast offers plenty of good food. In general, a fabulous place to spend a relaxing holidays.
Rooms look a bit tired and may require some renovation work to be up to date, particularly in bathrooms. Also rental bycicle finishing at 5pm is not useful and an exercise area, like a gym, for guests would be a very welcome addition.

Beach was close, buffet was excellent, laundry available. And if you are Japanese there are a lot of activities offered.
We were looking forward to the mangrove kayaking and was told no foreigners are allowed on certain activities ( to clarify I speak Japanese).
The restaurants were overpriced for the quality, if you must do one for the experience eat at the Okinawa cuisine other than go enjoy the fantastic delicious buffet with variety. However skip the all you can drink 90 minutes, definitely not worth it.
The shuttle bus only runs one time to and from the hotel -airport. So a taxi will run you about ¥25000 one way.

Facilities all in one place were great, especially for families
The floor of the room could have been softer for a toddler and the bed a bit more comfy

The beach, pool and restaurants were amazing!
The pillows were rock hard and the beds weren’t what I expected for such a fancy hotel. Also was disappointed that the beach bar closed at 9:30 PM on a Saturday. Thought the bar would remain open until midnight on a weekend especially with so many people there that wanted to stay and order more drinks.

The room was spacious and the pool was very relaxing
not having a pool side bar was a bit disappointing
5.0 / 5.0
it was secluded and exclusive!
perhaps improve the pool as it was a bit dated

everything was on top level
there was not shops to buy some sandwich or whatever, if you get hungry between lunch and dinner

very good services, clean and great breakfast
parking is far and confusing. this is our 2nd times staying and still confused! we wanted to checked in and parked the car later however the valet guy told us I can’t park there which why not? just a few minutes for check in! it’s very hassle with children! so I had to drive the car and then walk back to the front desk to complete the check in! it doesn’t make sense.

Loved walking around the big resort. Cart/Car pickup and drop off was always available when it was raining.
the pools and the private beach were great fun and beautiful.
I wish there was a bathroom dryer!
